Stay away from those people. When you approve the price later they add convenience fee from the app they are using. So even if you’re using fleet checks they will charge you extra 3% on everything. On a $1000 it’s $30

HIGHWAY ROBBERY My truck lost air pressure, so I called for road service. They charged $500 just to show up and diagnosed the issue as a main air line to the compressor. Then they quoted me $1,700 to fix it. When I asked why it was so expensive, they basically told me they could charge whatever they want because they have plenty of work, and if I didn’t like it, tough. Since I was already out $500 for the service call, I didn’t have much choice. To make matters worse, they said they’d get to it “when they could,” possibly around lunchtime the next day, and that they’d be handling other calls first. Meanwhile, my truck was stranded on the side of I-85, which is dangerous, and I couldn’t just leave it sitting there. In the end, I had no choice but to call a wrecker. Honestly, if I hadn’t already paid that $500, it would have been cheaper—and safer—to tow the truck straight back to my shop and let my own mechanic handle it

I had an air leaks on my Cascadia, I called them and quickly asked me to send it. It took them less than 30minites to figure out the issue and fix it within delay. I recommend the repair shop for all your truck issues.

Chris Frazier did outstanding work, he arrived earlier than expected and finished the job withing 30 minutes. He talked the driver through what he was doing and advised on the varying tire pressure concerns to look out for on steer tires and was very kind and professional with follow up conversions. I would highly recommend him to service your vehicle!

I Had a radiator hose blow out on my truck. I was able to get off the highway. I had a gentleman from advance auto parts give me a ride to Jones shop. I asked if they had a new hose that I could purchase and they gave me one and didn't charge me for the hose. That meant alot to me and I'm very thankful for Jones and Sons shop. I will gladly return if I'm ever in the area and need help.

Jones and Sons is the only company I use for my fleet. They are the only honest people left in this business. Their mechanic David has saved my guys on multiple occasions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Spoke with Gracie a couple days ago about a part for our truck. Within 30 mins, she had called me back with availability, pricing and scheduling. Was very impressed and happy with the quick response time. Would highly recommend

DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! I called them yesterday because I need a road services and I end up with $462 dollars bill , they guy came up again later because the truck was starting up but was shutting off again , the guy said we had electrical problems , start it problems such and such.... After we spent $2100 dollars more today in road services , we discovered that the passenger diesel tank was empty LOL LOL LOL, when I called them , they said that hey can't do nothing ....PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's sad to say I feel like I was ripped off. Called for service for a trailer blowout. I was told they could have a driver there soon which they did for the most part. However, I was nickled and dimed for everything. $99 for the service call, $30 fuel charge, $10 supply (not sure what this was) and a $300 for the service call. They charge a minimum of 2 hours @ $150 an hour which they do not tell you when you call. The service tech was there less than an hour. These charges do not included the tire. Beware and ask the right questions. I've used other companies in the past and never paid over $480 to get a tire changed before. Jones & Sons charged me almost $900. I wish I read the reviews first.

Jones and sons is one of the best repair services in the area. The staff is extremely nice and everyone is super friendly. The office staff goes above and beyond to connect you with the best technician for the job. If you are anywhere in the Kings Mountain, Spartanburg, or Charlotte area I HIGHLY recommend them.

This company is fraud . I called them for road service. My truck air line was blown under the truck . He said , Air compression gone . Then he towed my truck and change the air line . They charged me $1600 . They takes 6 hour for change the air line which is 15 minutes work . They don't work . They come here only drink cold drink and food . Every 5 minute they need drink . OH my Jesus save from them . All the reviews are fake . Take care of them .

DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Last night we called them for a roadside estimate, when they told us it would be 1200 we told them never mind. Once we figured out their driver was by our truck we called them back and established it was a mistake. They still went ahead and took 399 dollars from our driver for getting out. We called them today to get the money back they are saying they don't know how to use ring central and find a recording of the phone call earlier. They refused to do the right thing and in my opinion they don't deserve to be in this business.

Nice wrecker guy. Guy behind desk pretty much like everyone else out there. Treated me as unimportant wallet holder. Not how can we help you but how much can I charge you. QUOTED me $445 for a trailer tire plus $60 for install. Thought he must have been thinking it was a steer. Wow

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ‼️ They are crooks and should be in jail. Truck broke down sent out road side tec, said he needed to tow the truck to HIS shop and could change a injector and would cost about 550.00 for the tow. So after the 500 road call we told him to tow the truck and at that time he told me he was thinking it might be a wiring harness. So he towed our truck and said he would get started. Well he tows the truck 70 miles to someone else’s shop and then told me that I would now have to deal with them. So they have me now, after two days they tell me that they don’t know what is wrong with the truck and can’t fix it but that my tow bill is now 950 and the trouble shouting would be another 800. Do your self a favor and run from these people. Said they checked the wiring harness and they didn’t, could see the grease around the bolts hadn’t been distributed. Run Run Run.

OMG!!!!!!! Don’t ever take your equipment here to be worked on. After working on my dump truck for nearly 3 weeks, got it back only to have it break down again. $6600.00 for heavy duty front differential. 90 warranty on labor 1 year on parts. Well with all the rain my dump truck didn’t have much work. Went to my mechanic for oil change and pm services. The differential shouldn’t be services until 250k miles, we’ve put 18k miles on truck since being at Jones’s. Differential busted again. Sent to my mechanic, pulled it out sent it to Carolina Powertrain in Charlotte, where the new one was bought less than 9 months ago. Didn’t have any oil in it, warranty won’t cover it. So long story short Jones won’t do anything, says driver should have known. We own and drive it ourselves. No oil leaks in parking space where I’ve parked for 2 years. No oil on outside of differential. How could we know they didn’t put oil in it to begin with. $4800.00 for another differential. Really disappointed.! After several calls to Jones, no one knows anything or keeps passing my messages on to the boss. My next call is to our local TV station and BBB. Live and learn!!!!!!!

They gave my Semi a jumpstart at a drop in Stanley, NC. After I went to their shop to get the alternator replaced and they said it was ok. So far my experience with them has been good, so I wll continue to use their services in the future

We had a truck/trailer get stuck in a residential area after he had gotten lost with his GPS. It had just rained and it was too muddy for him to back out on his own. I called Jones and Sons at 3 in the morning EST and they were more polite than most people I call during normal business hours. They were out to my driver in about an hour and while the situation didn't end up as easy as previously thought, Michael went above and beyond what was asked of him. Every person I spoke with was polite and helpful. Their rate beat any other company that was willing to come out that morning (which was not many). I can't say enough good things about this company and our experience, albeit short, was exceptional. Again, thank you.

Called for a road service call, tuck appeared to be in derate mode. They sent a tech out, he plugged the computer up and said he couldn't fix it and left. They sent me a bill for $478.24. detail of bill is... $99/service call, $220/labor (2 @ 110), $20/fuel, $99/computer testing, $10/supply charge, $30.24/tax. When I questioned the bill the lady was very snappy and rude. I did not understand the computer fee being extra from the labor fee. Also, I questioned the supply charge and was told it was for shop supplies??? #1 I did not go into your shop, #2 your tech did not use anything on my truck other than the computer that you already charged me $99 for so please explain the charge better or remove it. After yelling at another lady in the office to relay the conversation she finally removed the $10. I requested a copy of the receipt which I still do not have. This company has a horrible customer service and the rates are ridiculous. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I don't even fell they deserve one star but that's the lowest the rating goes!

I got a service jones and sons on my truck March 5, 2018 to change a turbo they did not clean the system causing the new turbo two months later to get damage again they did a terrible job I do not recommend this shop to anybody zero star 0. This picture is the new turbo Day I have to replace Al’s truck service New Hampshire they did an excellent job.

These people are ridiculous. Went out to one of my broke down trucks and didn't even bring a computer to perform real diagnostics. Checked a couple fuses and charged me $350 and told me tow it to a dealer. It is a basic Detroit 12.7 and they couldn't even diagnose it. I have a repair facility in Florida, I know for a fact this isn't a hard truck to fix. These guys are 100percent crooks.

We've worked with Jones and Sons on several occasions and never been disappointed. We own a small fleet of trucks. Our most recent experience with them was a couple of days ago. We had to call on them early morning (5 am) and I was very impressed with their customer service and the amount of time it took to get our truck towed due to an accident. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and the guy who actually towed our truck was Drake and he was so pleasant to work with. I really appreciate this company. Their prices are very fair and customer service was top notch!

I don't know the name of the tech who towed my truck and trailer last night. He was very professional and super nice. He took good care of my equipment and got me to the Charlotte Freightliner safely on a cold, icy night. Thanks

These guys really know what they are doing; they treated me very courteous and with respect; I was on my way in no time. Fixing big trucks has gotta be hard and I called and the nice lady dispatched someone and he was there in no time; he had all the tools and the know-how and I was on my way. Decent place and friendly. We were in and out as quickly as possible. I'm not sure what the review before mine was about but they handled our situation pretty well. It took just under 3 hrs with customers in front of us to get the trailer looked at and fixed.
