Patricks is the real deal. Everything from maintenance, repair, inspections, and towing this family business will take care of you. They are customer and service focused, a winning combination.

We went to another place here in Edenton for our trucks front end, we where told it needed an entire front end rebuild, they didn't know we had had it done already, so we took it to Patrick's garage, they were honest, did some work that it really needed.
Been going to them ever since.
Family is so nice/kind.

Called to make an appointment to fix my car and they told me the earliest they could see it was in 2 weeks. They told me to bring it in when they open at 7:30am. I waited the 2 weeks and got there at 7:45am. They were not open yet and I had to wait until 8:00am for someone to show up. When they did, the lady told me, "sorry, we can't see it today, I can reschedule you in 3 weeks."
I asked her if she could do better than that since I did have an appointment and I had already waited 2 weeks but she refused. She then very rudely told me to just take my car somewhere else, went into the back, and slam the door behind her.
I should note, that I was perfectly polite throughout all of this and I would not have written this review if she didn't slam the door behind her. But slamming the door on me is rudeness on a level that is unacceptable, so I had to write this review.
Patrick Garage is a very good place to go to get your car fix!! They do inspection's also.My Husband had his Car fixed there. I would recommend him to everyone. His prices are very reasonable.
Very honest and upfront when they didn't have to be. I called over my car engine. They immediately requested that I have it towed to the dealership to be fixed. To my surprise the dealership is replacing my engine with a brand new for free. Patrick's garage could have taken it and did it there self no problem and charged me thousands. Thank you Patrick for your honesty and also looking out for members in your community.
I would like to thank the folks at Patrick's Garage for coming to our rescue last week when our truck with camper in tow broke down leaving the Outer Banks. We were originally towed to Colonial Tire in Edenton and they refused to look at our truck for a week and a half. Patrick's came right away when we called. His son even gave me a ride to pick up a U Hall truck when they discovered the trucks engine could not be repaired. This is a family owned business and we were treated with kindness and care. The owners son even purchased my truck from me. Thank you for your kindness Patricks. I highly recommend your business to anyone needing assistance when visiting the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
