Kept my truck for 3 months to complete three minor requests... and completed nothing. Never answered the phone and never returned my
messages.I finally asked for my vehicle back (3 months later) and Jeff calls me on my phone threatening me. They did manage to break my rear view mirror off and throw garbage in the truck bed.
First class service! Keeps our tow trucks in great shape and very little down time when we have an issue. Jeff treats our trucks and cars like they were his.
Has had the car for 6 months. Will not call us back or let us know what is taking so long. Can't figure out what is taking so long or why he won't return calls.
