Patrick was awesome got there quick got my subaru out the creek it was in with no extra damage and very quick and smoothly give the man a raise immediately.
Said that my vehicle will be picked up. Called and said my vehicle was picked up. And give me a payment link. Come to find out the vehicle was never picked up. I paid and never got a proof of refund. There’s many other tow companies to call think twice about this one.
Dalton was outstanding, courteous, and caring. He he arrived at the exact time he said he would. Which was less than 10 minutes. It was 9 PM at night, raining and we had two blown out tires. He made sure we safely got into our Uber before he left. He contacted me when he dropped the car off, gave me all the information. Dalton was an absolute Angel. He’s definitely an amazing young man and any company would me lucky to have him as an employee. 3 old ladies on vacation.
I had a fantastic experience today with the help of Megan over the phone, who kindly and professionally assisted me after someone fraudulently claimed to own my office building and had my car and my friend's car towed off the lot. This was a really stressful experience that Megan helped smooth over with empathy and compassion. I recommend this business highly and I'm glad they were the ones who helped me resolve the issue. Excellent service at a fair price. They moved a Class B campervan for me, that I couldn't get started. He maneuvered around a big low limb, a concrete wall, and between 2 trees and parked it out of the way off tree cutters who needed that area for their lift truck.. Plus he did the work efficiently and pleasantly. Highly recommend
Fantastic service: We had to get our son's old van picked up and towed in, then evaluated and the battery replaced. Amazing service from Allegiant: Great notifications of time of arrival, professional service, the town truck driver (I think his name was Julian) called us to let us know it was delivered OK. They didn't try to upsell on a bunch of extra work. Absolute A+ service
Edit: I was going to delete this but seeing as how the owner is lying in his comment, I have decided to keep it. He was towing an ATV (not a car) 35 miles to the repair place and then 35 miles back. The total was $340. That equals about $4.86/mi for an ATV. I have attached the invoices as proof. I did not choose this company, someone chose them for me. I would never choose them based on the comment and how the owner has continued to ask me to pull this review down. I think the way he has responded is case in point as to why you should not use this company.
Charged $340 dollars to tow an ATV about 70 miles round trip. Would not recommend ever using their service.
These guys are AMAZING. They were able to rescue my work truck off an embankment with NO DAMAGE. They answered quickly, even though it was in the evening on a Friday. They told me what they were going to do and then they really did it. It took 3 of their trucks, as I was also hauling a full dump trailer of concrete. They are without a doubt the only towing company my business and my family will use going forward!!!
Nicholas saved the day! I was in AVL from Raleigh and had issues with my truck. He came quickly to diagnose my tire issue and then transported the car to the repair shop!
I want to give praise to Cameron the owner at Allegiant Automotive. My son’s car was brought to this shop in September of 2023 for some repairs to be done. Throughout the process there was a lot of frustration due to lack of communication from the repair shop, there were also some heated conversation due to my son’s car being in the shop for several months, with the repairs not being completed on the vehicle. My son and I felt like we were getting the run around from previous employees that are no longer employed with Allegiant Automotive . There was also lack of communication between the shop and the shop owner. However, after speaking with Cameron the shop owner he was unaware of these issues that were going on with the shop, as well as my son’s vehicle. He was told that the vehicle was a forgotten vehicle and it was impounded. When Cameron became aware of these issues he made things right for my son. He waived all fees, (100%) and made sure the repairs were properly completed on my son’s vehicle in a timely manner, and covered the cost 100%. Cameron went above and beyond. Cameron is definitely a man of his word. My son is now able to drive his car. Seeing my son smile makes me smile. And we are forever thankful. I highly recommend Allegiant Automotive!!!
I’m a few days late to review. But they did amazing. Nothing bad to say about this company. Fast & efficient. Great communication. Great prices. Dalton did a wonderful job with great service and handling. He was and is very professional. They get the work done. Would highly recommend if you need towing that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I would use Allegiant Towing again if I have to.

The owner is very understanding. I had my car towed there, and I suspected I knew what the problem was. An AC compressor and spark plugs. A misunderstanding arose when I was anticipating a quote, and they spent time running a diagnostic. Mr. Doom was very understanding, and waive the fee. I felt partially bad about because I know they spent time looking at it. I asked him if he could just discount the diagnostic for and he said no, and waived the whole thing for me so I might come back. Which I thought was really nice and very professional.
I asked if they could source a used compressor for me. Mr. Doom said in order for him to be able to stand by his work he only orders the correct and proper parts.
I came to these guys with a tough situation with a school bus that needed to be moved. unfortunately, the stars did not align and there were too many issues with this particular situation that we were not able to get the bus moved. Cameron and his team rectified the situation immediately by refunding me in full, which once again proved why allegiant towing is my go to Company when needing any vehicle moved. I strongly recommend this company.
I can't say enough good things about them. We've used them for towing and classic car restoration. You can tell they like what they do for a living. Great work. Cannot say enough positive things about this company. Our classic car broke down on the highway, they were okay with having it towed to their yard and holding it there while we waited for a part to be delivered. Alex came to tow the car and demonstrated exceptional care while hooking and unhooking it from the flatbed, and the group at the shop allowed me to use part of a bay to get out of the rain while I got it running again. They even recommended a hotel near the yard and took me there to stay the night while we waited on the part. At all times, everyone we interacted with was generous and helpful. Fantastic people who made all the difference when we were in need.
We were stranded at a campground in need of a tow. After a very stressful day trying to get our motorhome engine started, our roadside assistance company reached out to Allegiant for a tow to the dealership. Alex was so kind, professional and efficient in getting our motorhome hooked up and delivered to the dealership. Allegiant has the BEST ! response time ! I was not with my vehicle at time of towing, for that reason I had to pay $20!extra for additional truck equipment. Totally fine with that. I got myself in a self inflicted pickle this afternoon and needed a tow truck for roadside assistance at home. Response time was quick at about 30 minutes. The driver Dalton was extremely helpful and getting me back on the road. Would highly recommend this company.
I dealt with a breakdown a few days ago and I had to get my vehicle towed twice — the first one within Asheville, and the second from AVL to Marion. Thank you, Allegiant, for making this a smooth process! You answered all of my calls the first time, booked me when I needed you to, and got my vehicle back on my property. This is a professional company that I highly recommend to anyone that finds themselves in a jam.
Called them the morning of and needed a splitter removed immediately off my car before it caused further damage to the front bumper. They got me in right away and had it off the car super quick for a very reasonable price. Will 100% be using them in the future.
A friend of mine recommended taking my 2012 Ram 1500 to Allegiant auto repair. Dalton Revis was the tech and he did an excellent job replacing a gasket on the top of the motor. I was very satisfied with the work and the price for fixing it. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Thanks guys!
Absolute nightmare, beware !!! MOST unprofessional experience ever Towed our vehicle and kept for 4.5 weeks —— would not communicate , couldn’t get ANY answers because they were clueless as to what our vehicle needed ….these people switched out parts that were not needed - Paid for rental 5 weeks ($ 1000.00 ) While vehicle was sitting at their garage ! People need to speak up about these businesses taking our money and not fulfilling their duties —- RESEARCH reputable garages to care for your property and not just cash your check …. PS if your vehicle is in -operable, do not use them —-or your vehicle will be in their possession sitting for weeks if not months!
My van broke down on me and of course it was in the middle of no where and Allegiant was to the rescue. They promptly picked up my vehicle, fixed it and was gracious enough to accommodate my very unique situation of being 3 hours away. I'm not completely done with them but as of now I feel blessed to have them in my corner. Thanks Megan and the staff at Allegiant!

They advised that they are a 24 hour operation without any price changes even for night towing.
Short version: Absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with, dispatch, Jacob, Zack Gillian, were friendly and helpful!
Long version: My husband and I were on vacation from Indiana in our F-250 pulling a small trailer with our motorcycle in it. We were about 30 miles from our hotel in Asheville when our truck went into limp mode and lost power. After searching for local towing companies we chose Allegiant based on their positive reviews and the fact that they also offered repairs/service. Given the distance we had a reasonable wait time and were clearly dispatched someone immediately. Jacob showed up got the truck loaded and trailer hooked up and got us to our hotel leaving us the trailer (with the bike) and taking the truck to their service location. Gillian worked with our warranty provider for our transmission and worked quickly to get the truck up on a lift and get the issues diagnosed. We ran into issues finding a rental that would provide a vehicle we could tow the trailer. We had reservations in the Gatlinburg area the next day and were out of options while we waited on the warranty company. Gillian let us know that they had a secured lot where our trailer could be stored so that we could rent a car to get on with the rest of our vacation. They came and picked up the trailer from our hotel and delivered to their tow lot. They spent a considerable amount of time testing and troubleshooting and going back and forth with the warranty company. For the amount of work everyone put in to take care of our vehicles we were pleasantly surprised in our final bill. Whether you are local to the area or out-of-towners in a situation similar to ours I would definitely recommend Allegiant and we can not put into words the gratitude we have for your team making such an unfortunate situation while trying to enjoy our vacation much less stressful for us!

When we arrived at Allegiant Automotive in Asheville, the entire staff was welcoming and reassuring as our vehicle was under their expert care. This place was absolutely amazing. They got me in the same day I called and were able to diagnose the problem with my car so fast. They were able to get parts in the next day. Cameron and Gillian were a huge help with getting everything set up for me. The mechanic, Patrick was absolutely wonderful. He kept me updated as an easy job turned into a much more difficult job. He worked exceptionally hard to get my car fixed properly. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I was driving by in the area amd accidentally hit a dang wheel that was in middle of the road. After pulling over amd doing some business to call 911 and all, I called this company and they were able to help me. The driver gave me updates as he is on his way and got to me from his estimated time. He did a great job securing my SUV on the truck, and since we had to go pee he took us to the gas station that is open (night time here) and got that done and then dropped off my SUV at the repair shop.
