We love this place. we run our own business doing mobile mechanic and they make it so easy to go in get what we need if they don't have it they order it. They are always so nice and helpful. Def recommend to get your auto parts and such here.
The workers don’t seem to even know anything about cars or parts only people who do is the guy at the register mostly and its Johnny the store is way overpriced and not very helpful
Ordered some parts from these folks as we were having trouble with our Jeep they were very helpful and was great that they were able to pull up my account from Florida, so was able to get my military discount and saved a few dollars! Came out and read the codes from the jeep and gave me a print out. Definitely Great Service will be Back in the future as I've got property in the mountains near by! Thanks Fellas!
Amazing!! We were stuck on the side of the road. The staff was very patient on the phone to help us find the right part. Then were very accommodating without arrangements to have the part brought to us. Y'all made a potentially bad day not so bad.
Great store well stocked with lots of options! I especially appreciated the help of one of the employees today fix an issue on my car. He was more helpful than he will ever know!
Good experience. Jackson was really helpful. I'm a regular O'Reilly's customer. Unfortunately, I had a 7 month old 12V battery die on me. We'll see if they will honor the warranty. I'll update once I know the outcome.
Update: Jackson called to inform me that the battery will be replaced under the warranty.
Both Jackson and the company responded in a highly professional manner and says a lot about their customer service.
I have to say Mark he is the manager he is the most kind understanding hard-working manager I've ever met a very kind soul. The staff that work underneath him or very hard workers as well they all work hard to get the things you need
Not open when they are supposed to be. Really inconvenient when you drive twenty minutes. We will go back to using napa, who was open on time this morning
O'Reilly store in a smaller town is nice and handy but the inventory also matches the turnover of what they sell. They're well stocked with the repair items a person might need. Specialty items can be ordered promptly but that always takes a day or two.
A guy named Michael really helped me today really went out of his way to help fix my wipers he is really the best there , I don’t know how the ast manager is even a manager but definitely Michael should be a manager because he really was awesome !!!!
If I could give more stars I would. I went in and asked if they sold wiper arms and he(I unfortunately didn’t get his name) took the time to search, and found one but it was over $100, he asked if the bolt was maybe loose and I had no idea. He came to my car and tightened it, fixing my issue for free. He saved me a ton of money and genuinely made it the easiest experience of my life.
My sons car broke down in Newland. O’Reillys helped them and comforted them and was so nice to them and did everything they could to help. They were just amazing! Thank you Newland OReillys!!!
Very good friendly local store employees are always smiling and greeting you as you walk in and they usually have the parts that I need, I have no complaints
Very helpful Staff that is dedicated to Customer service. I was looking for brake fluid for my Mercedes-Benz, and was not seeing what I needed. After requesting help, the employee helping me went above and beyond trying to locate the brake fluid I needed. Additionally, the store is newly opened and is very nice with great stock.
I went to get brake shoes and was told my car didn't use them. I ask the gentleman to go outside and see and he told me he was too old. Finally after 15 mins of waiting I was brought brake drums and I told them again that I only needed shoes. Another guy came, got on the computer and realized I was right in asking for shoes. Bless these gentlemen.
A few weeks back I came in for them to scan my computer for codes. I was told by one of the employees they couldn't check it because I mentioned my check engine light wasn't on. Never in my life have been told they can't check for codes simply because a check engine light isn't on. The awesome guys at high country llc down the road ended up helping me not only figure the problem out but fixing it! I DO NOT recommend going to O'Reilly.
