Our Suburban was in an accident that involved damage to the passenger side. I spoke with Steven on the phone and dropped the car off. The process was super easy. Steven dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Communication was great, and our Suburban looks better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend Deal's Garage and Auto Body.
Greg is a wonderful Christian man. Labor is only $35 an hour. But he has made a couple mistakes that could have costed me my transmission after changing a radiator and not connecting the hoses back tight to the point when putting new transmission fluid in, it ran straight out. And my car had to be towed back and he asked me to help him pay the tow bill which wasn’t quite fair since the issue was his fault. Then I took my daughters car there for a transmission mount but he changed a motor mount instead and sent is on our way with the same problem not fixed. I told him he changed the wrong part and then changed the other sides engine mount. Very frustrating that he didn’t change the transmission mount and he caused major suspension damage by advising us it’s fine to keep driving when it should have been parked. Now I’m paying thousands of dollars to replace all the broken parts elsewhere that were damaged by the long time broken transmission mount. He argued with me that it didn’t have a transmission mount but it does. I went to him with an estimate from another mechanic listing the transmission mount part number and he still got it wrong. Twice! It’s sad because I was really excited to have a Christian mechanic with cheap prices but I won’t be going back.
They never came to pick up my car like they said. It was raining was a excuse for one day. They were suppose to pick it up the next day. Never came or called as to why they didn't come. The weekend came and went. Monday came and the car is still sitting in the yard @ 5pm. Still no call or anything. I don't expect anyone to drop everything for me and I know people get busy. It only takes a minute to pick up a phone and keep clients informed about things.

I have an F150 that I’m very particular about. I have taken it to Steven twice for body work; the first time someone backed into me, the second time a deer ran into the road and really messed up the front end. I took it to Deal’s the second time without hesitation because of the amazing work the first time. Not only did they match the silver paint perfectly (no small task), and get the alignment back, Steven also liaised with the insurance companies so I didn’t have that hassle to deal with. I cannot praise this family enough. If they were heart doctors and I needed surgery, I would go to them.
I was really stressing after my first accident. I felt like the car was never going to be right again. After taking my car to Deal's, I was blown away by the work. I hope to not need his services again but will be back if I ever do.
I took my car here because they seemed nice, but when they gave me my car back and I realized that their "work" was done badly I was ignored and told I dont know what I'm doing and that I shouldn't try to fix a car. I wasnt fixing it, that's their job and they failed to do it, but still took my money happily.
I took my car here to have some frame work done and when I finally got it back (months later) and I paid him. the frame was installed wrong and he would not help me fix it. When I took it to another shop to fix it he denied that he did it wrong and wouldn't at least help pay to get it done right. When i asked for his mesument specs he wouldn't give them to me(because they would show that he installed it I the wrong place) pay however more it takes to take it to a better shop, it's not worth paying to get it done twice, I learned the hard way and it cost me thousands of dollars.
I have always taken my vechiles to Greg. He is a Upstandable Individual with vast amounts of professionalism. He always gets the job done right. Give time for his busy schedule because folks he is the best in town. Everyone knows it, which leaves him backed up some of the time. If you simply ask him when it will be done, he will give you an accurate time frame to which it will be done. He doesn’t overcharge or fix things you didn’t ask him to fix.
