My husband was in a motor vehicle accident on Monday around 4:30 PM. The following day (Tuesday) around 2:30 PM, we visited the lot to retrieve items that were still inside his vehicle. Unfortunately, we were initially informed that the key to his car had been lost less than 24 hours after towing, so we were a little distraught.
However, I am so happy to share that the company followed through on their commitment to search for the key! They called me this morning (Wednesday) to let me know that they had found it, and we can now go pick it up. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and effort in resolving this issue.

Have never had a issue with towing. Called them earlier today and they said it'd be a few hours which was fine, except they never came to get the car and when I called they said they was closed and hung up on me when I inquired about my car that I called about at 230
I had to have my truck towed off the highway to my mechanic. He did great job getting my truck to it's destination. I won't hesitate to call them again if I need another tow.
I don't understand how anyone can give a good review on this business. I've given them a couple of chances and each time they charge me for things they can't fix and "fix" something I didn't ask for. I'm a woman and not sure about auto mechanics, but I've taken their "work " to someone else who verified my thoughts.....BEWARE - Very, very shady characters. They were referred by a friend who "had known them since school", and I guess that's their cue to overcharge. There are plenty of other skilled mechanics out there - this is not one of them.
Very short when talking to them and I wrecked my car and they lost the key when I asked for it they had lost it and Steve asked like he didn't care so I got my stuff out of my car and got out of there as fast as I could and the other workers there are very ride and would not help me at all.
So probably the most confusing experience ever. Called to get a tow at 2 in the morning and reply was “Get someone else” and hung up. Ended up towing my car that morning at 5:00am because of police saying it was in the street (when it wasn’t) charged me $200 to tow. Asked him to look the truck over and after one day his reply was “idk what’s wrong” and charged me another $60 to look over it only to not be able to fix it.
Do yourself a favor, stick to your normal mechanic. They know what they’re doing.
Just went there today and Steve Barns was very hateful to my boyfriend and me went there today and my boyfriend asked about Steve about putting a motor in his vehicle and he was hateful and said that he didn't have time for that and then he asked him about a towing prices and he hateful said idk where are you wanting it towed from. Also he kept walking away as we was asking him about questions. He doesn't seem to want to help anyone. Steve Barns is a very hateful man don't go here your money is better somewhere else.
The business has been in the same location for 45 years . You wont find a more experienced shop anywhere .The prices are more than fair and the staying power speaks for its self .Steve wouldn't still be there if he wasn't doing something right .
Cost 280 dollars just to tow my car and stay overnight. Horrible place.crazy price. Just cause my insurance was going to pay they jacked thw price up so high my ppl will not pay it. Do not use.
