I had to have my vehicle towed from a very disrespectful, unprofessional, untrustworthy fraud of an auto repair shop in Graham today and without hesitation Faith from Battleground Tire and wrecker came out and towed my car to Mebane for a very reasonable price. I knew she was the one when she arrived because before to just tow and get paid ( as many do) she first tried to see if she could just jump the car. She was really down to earth while still showing professionalism. I will definitely refer and use them again… ASK FOR FAITH!!

I’ve used multiple towing and recovery companies from Burlington to Durham. This is by far the worst. I called to see if they were able to jump start my battery and replace a headlight, the receptionist helped tremendously, but failed to mention any pricing or that sort. She ask for my cc information but told me to leave the pricing empty. Once the work was done, I never received a phone call or anything, they just charged my card. I called back to ask why was pricing never discussed? The receptionist replied, you never asked. If you want a company to do right by you, stay away from this company.

Highly recommend Battleground Truck Repair. Great people! Great place! On our way home from family vacation at Onslow Beach, NC we needed to stop at rest area to take a break and stretch. My husband gets out to talk to our daughter and son in law and hears something. Looks and there’s antifreeze come out of the back. We sent the others on home. Another 7 hr drive. We ended up having to stay the night in the rest area. Battleground towed us in to their lot. They let us boonedock in their lot for the night. Awesome mechanics, Clar and Buck! Everyone we came in contact with there are awesome! The girls in the office made sure we had food. Clar and Buck had the pump off and had us fixed in no time and back on road to Ohio. If you ever need any truck, RV repair, tires, towing, auto truck parts and are close to Burlington, NC please give them a call!! Family owned since 1970! Paid them for a private towing to my home… they left the car blocking the driveway with no way in or to my parking area of my home. I called and asked for the driveway to be cleared and the requested a relocation fee. Keep mind I had already paid to 200 guess I paid that for them to block my driveway. Keep in mind the only reason the tow truck didn’t fit if that’s the response they will give is because they were being greedy towing multiple cars at a time. Which had nothing to do with me

Went for inspection, came out didn't even know what make of car it was , then told license plate light was missing not working, showed him where it was, then when i went to fix it i found out he did not have the light switch turned all the way on , the lights worked perfectly.and for some reason they had my hood open which i have never seen done for a inspection. Went to another shop got inspection quickly and easily. I would not recommend this place.

Faith was professional, curtious, responsive, quick to arrive, and was delicate with my Audi TT. She took care when loading, securing, and unloading the small coupe. She was especially cautious about my low to the ground bumper. You WILL NOT have problems with this organization, if you do you're likely a Karen/Ken. Treat your driver with respect and they will be happy to reciprocate. I hope I never require their services again but in the event I do, I'll be happy to have their assistance once more!

When my truck broke down on the way home Monday, Dec 27 2021, I called AAA. They were unable to help because they had a high volume of calls and only 1 driver in the area. They contracted my call to Battleground. The driver, Mr. Walker, was spectacular. He got my truck hitched up in no time, drove the +/-30 miles to Cary to my mechanic and made sure that I had transportation to get home before he left. Service at its finest.

Phillip deserves a raise, he was AMAZING!!!! He went above and beyond his job role to make sure that I found a way to get my keys out of my trunk, which I was unable to do, due to my keys not being in the ignition. This is that nightmarish place who makes your life hell. Had my car for 11 full days, 8 business days. To change a clutch. In the books is a 9hr job. Took them 8 days. Didnt even touch it for 4 days! Fabricating lies about "special tools" being needed. I was a mechanic for 5yrs after high school. Spoke to my old boss who looked up the job in alldata (website for mechanics) and confirmed the time it SHOULD'VE been done (9hrs), and no mention of special tools. All the while i had to call out of work a few days, and throw more money away to rent a car to get to work. The dealership would've been overall cheaper and without a doubt faster. HEAD MY WARNINGS do not let them attempt to fix your car! As a fellow business owner this is NOT how a business should be run.

Pity i didn't find this place on Google search. It was recommended by another good service in the area (diesel engine and heavy equipment), and Battleground responded according to our expectations. They said 60 min approx time for the road service to arrive to our 2007 freightliner business class, they were there in about 15 minutes. Got it up and running in 5 minutes (it was a minor problem, but they went straight to the problem -knowledgeable-. They charged a very reasonable price (when we are used to be ripped off on the road when any of our trucks have a problem). We were stranded! Four pasengers, one elderly out of her medication, one six months pregnate. Mr. James came out instantly around 1am to rescue us! They, and I mean everyone!
