My car was towed because of an issue with me and the Graham Police department. But I paid for my mistake I go to get my Jeep out of impound and get it home after paying $425 for 3 days and there's dents in the edge of the hood and my grill is correct they're scratches down the side of my driver side fender that wasn't there before. No I know I made a mistake but is it too much to ask for if you're paying that much for somebody to at least take care and do the job like they're supposed to do it and not tear your vehicle up. So along with the 425 bill now I guess I'm going to have to pay to get that fixed because I know I'm going to hear oh we didn't do it if I call up there so I just wanted you be careful if you're using them for anything.
My Passport that I purchased 5 months ago, wouldn’t. Dale’s Towing. came out to tow it. After checking and discovering it was the battery…Tucker jumped it off and told me I just needed a battery. He was respectful and polite. I would recommend Dale’s Towing.
Gene our tow truck driver last night was so great to my family. First thing, he was on within 5 mins after the call for help. Gene was straight forward about what he was going to do. He explain what would happen and that would happen after picking up my truck. I asked him to pick my truck in a place behide the shop and believe me. Gene did what I asked as a client. I would recommend this driver and this company for any kind of service in the Alamance county area.

Fuel pump went out on my suburban on My way to work Heard about Dale's on Maverick radio. Call and they was there within 15 to 20 minutes.Quick response. Driver was very professional and nice. Will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.
Their attitude is very arrogant, they come across as having a superiority complex and don’t listen to opinions. They think they are the smartest, yet with four people and three cranes they struggled more than usual to load an excavator. They left the machine poorly positioned and abandoned a strap they couldn’t remove. There was no one else in the area, otherwise I wouldn’t have put up with them. I do not recommend them.

Jody with Dales towing made it out to us quickly and was able to get us up and moving again and off the side of the road. He was professional and very helpful and was eager to help us. I would highly recommend Dales towing if you are in the area and need assistance
My son's car broke down and we called AAA but they said it would be 3 hours until a tow truck could get there. I have the pleasure of knowing the family who owns Dale's towing so I immediately thought of calling them. They had a driver out within 30 minutes. Thank you for taking care of my family!

I broke down for the very first time in over 20 years and had just recently purchased Roadside Assistance. This is the company that was sent to me. Caleb was fantastic! So nice. Answered my questions very professionally and took excellent care of my truck. Dale's towing kept in touch during a very short wait. I had it towed from Burlington to Mebane and the prices were very fair. I would recommend them to my family any day.
Great service. Guy was very polite and personable. Threw my spare tire on truck for me and put some air in it. Used them through GEICO. Happy with my experience.
Zack came by to tow our car after we got into a bad car accident. I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt the moved by our experience with Zack to write one. Got in a tight spot today and Jody was out to save the day in less than 20 minutes and made my life much easier in the process. Experience with Dales Towing couldn’t have gone better.
Mr. Robert had been monumental in helping tow are car that broke down with an over heated engine. Despite towing the car for 60+ miles he had allowed us a free ride in the tow truck to our home. I was with my two sons and appreciated the kindness without which we would have had to shell out a large sum for a taxi ride.
Highway patrol had my vehicle towed in even though it was completely off the roadway on 1/11/25. No one notified me it was towed. When I found out on 1/14/25 Dale's Towing had it ,They told me it was $1325 for the tow and 3 day storage at that point and would be more the next day . After posting on social media , the following day I was told whoever I spoke with made a mistake and my bill was $900. Either way a $900 bill for an 18 mile tow and 3 day storage I didn't authorize is beyond RIDICULOUS. Daily storage is $65 per day. As of 1/17/25 I have still not been able to retrieve my belongings. Between Highway Patrol and Dale's Towing blaming each other, I now have to wait till Monday 1/20/25 ( which is a holiday) to retrieve my belongings/ property. Apparently there tow yard is only open Monday - Friday according to what they relayed to Sargent Sharlow with Hwy Patrol , adding additional storage fees.
Jody told me yesterday 1/16/ 25 at 3:00 via phone conversation the lot is only open until 4 and there was a "police hold "on my vehicle . Sgt Sharlow was told by someone within the company the hold was released Wednesday night 1/15/25.
Seems the staff is confused and can't keep everyone updated with correct information. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.
The only towing company willing to help me. Called them at 6am & he was here in about 30 minutes. Everyone else told me to wait 3 hours. So thankful for this guy and his team!
Was able to tow my 30ft airstream and park it at a spot I didn't think they'd be able to manage given how big their trucks are. The driver was able to park it where I needed it without issue. Great job overall for a reasonable price.
My car broke down on the highway on a hot Saturday afternoon. I called Dale’s and Chris arrived in about half an hour. He is amazing and so helpful. Took a look under my hood and identified possible issues and even helped me restart the car to drive it off the highway. You’re in safe hands here.
Jody happened to be my help when asking for road side assistance through my geico app and he had such an awesome sense of humor it just made my stress and anxiety go away that much faster. Not from here and drove here from Florida just the night before with a friend and I was panicking immediately. We exchanged some contact information just in case because we were up here for a week and he knows the area and i might of needed help again. I am glad I saved his number too. Such a cool guy, humble, knows the jokes to make you laugh off some of the worry, answers questions. Even needed his help later that day AGAIN. Started stressing out all over again and right away Jody was giving me advice on where to go to get a battery and who installs and whose affordable vs who is going to take longer knowing I needed my car all week for a conference for work
I felt like I was truly annoying Jody but he kept answering me and kept communication all the way and helped me get another jump and helped me in more ways than he even begins to understand. I'm a young lady in a town I am not familiar with and there are people who can definitely take advantage of that. Jody was just awesome and in the end of it all I wish this man so many blessings and customers just because of how relatable he is and an overall great guy to help save the day. Even was helping me send a guy over to help me on his day off.

Dales Towing was great! We have AAA but they were a 4 hour wait. I called Dales and they were there within 30 minutes or so. Super nice and helpful and affordable. Would definitely recommend!
Jodie helped rescue my keys from my locked car! He was very polite and was there to help within an hour! He had my keys out in under 5 minutes and I was on my way! Excellent communication and customer service. If needed I will be sure to use Dale’s towing again!
We needed service on a cold, rainy night and were striking out trying to find someone to come out. That is until I called Dale's Towing. The gentleman who answered the call was courteous on the phone and the driver got here super fast to winch a stuck car out of my yard. He was efficient and professional. This was all done for a reasonable price! Good service all around from start to finish.
