Very disappointed they wouldn't allow me to pick up my vehicle this past Saturday on/about 1pm even though their advertised hours state they were supposed to be open at that time. The extra fees for the additional days hurt.
Morgan’s Towing provided truly exceptional customer service. My mother, grieving the loss of her husband, and having to deal with car issues on top of everything else felt overwhelming. Geo was absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and understanding every step of the way. He took the time to help her, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine compassion when she needed it most. His support made a stressful situation so much easier, and it meant more to us than he probably knows. We are extremely grateful to Geo and highly recommend Morgan’s Towing for their outstanding service and heart.

Had a flat tire stuck at a gas station, Called Morgan Towing ..Very Professional and Friendly service ,We were able to have a driver sent out didn't take long at all for them to come and accompany us .The Driver Geo was very friendly and professional on helping assist us , getting our vehicle to the tire shop .I would definitely recommend 10/10 service you won't be disappointed!!

Car broke down alongside the road and it was 20 minutes and they were there and unbelievably helpful. Could not recommend them more, very fairly priced as well.
When asking my mother-in-law who's car hit a pot hole so hard that after changing the the blown tire if she attempted to jump the car or not, I was given the answer (nope, it's not that, there's something seriously wrong). 4 towing calls later (we thankfully haven't needed a tow since moving to this side of the state 12 years go), we found Morgan's towing who was willing to drive about 45 minutes out to pick up her car. Though they could have easily made an extra hundred bucks to tow the car back, they attempted to jump it first and indeed... It jumped. They ensured us that they would be close if we needed to call them, but thought we should save the hundred bucks, and of course we agreed. Cars home and good to go. Now I know the first person we will call if we need towing again.
I just wanna tell y'all they are the most hard working honest and most friendliest people you will ever come across, Kevin, wife Melissa, and sons Blaydon and Braxtyn Morgan is the best around, I love you guys.
I needed a tow last minute/end of the day from Pittsboro to Graham. I spoke with Mrs. Morgan on the phone and she coordinated everything, was friendly and kind and even listened to my story about what happened to my car. I was a bit of an emotional wreck. The truck arrived within 40 minutes. My Bronco Sport was parked in my apartment complex in Pittsboro and had to be dropped off at County Ford in Graham. Now I couldn’t get the car to go into reverse or neutral; no matter what I did the car would jerk forward really hard (catastrophic transmission issues) and I didn’t think we were going to be able to get it out of the parking spot let alone onto the truck (my car was surrounded by other resident’s cars) but Kevin and his son figured out how to do it! They were both so great, very professional, and friendly. The price for service was more than reasonable and I couldn’t be more thankful. I definitely recommend Morgan’s Towing! You will not be disappointed.
5 stars for sure for their customer service and timeliness. Needed to get a vehicle towed with some circumstances that made it more difficult than a typical tow and spent several hours the day before trying to get it towed. Morgan's Towing was able to come out and get it done on a Sunday. Their staff was great from the Operator who answered the phone to their driver, Geoffrey, who took his time and did a great job getting my daughter's car towed back home. Definitely will use their service in the future.

I used Morgan’s Towing because my car wasnmt starting even after I jumped it. He checked under my hood before towing and figured out it was a very fixable issue and my car was running again! I am very appreciative of his service and efforts to check my vehicle to see if it truly needed to be towed. Excellent service. Cheap too. Would highly recommend

Yesterday i was on my way to Mount Olive University for one of my boys special day, a 2.5 hrs from home. Unfortunately the unexpected happened in Burlington area, Morgan's Towing was the third place i've called and happy i did. Both other places were asking for $300+ for the same service/distance, Morgan's charges was $80 cheaper. NICE AND KIND people, FAST/RELIABLE, and EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. I'll most certainly recommend them to anyone. The driver was very kind, nice and understanding, i believe he is the back up driver. I forgot his name. Thank you for responded in timely manner.
I really appreciate that Kevin and his Little Man (The Owner) of Morgan's Towing service came out to check on my car that had been involved in a mva on 6/6/23 . From the woman who I spoke with on the initial call to ask about their tow service to Kevin that made sure my son and I were OK and safe. I didn't expect the kindness and empathy that they showed me during this stressful time. We live in a very cruel world and I don't hardly ever see this, I didn't think people in general let a lone a company would have in the situation that I was involved in. I definitely will use Morgan's Towing service when I need Towing in the future , my best advice is to call Morgan's Towing service first.
I was very grateful for the amazing service provided during this car emergency. Emergency to me but not necessarily to the original terms of Morgan’s towing and this is why I’m giving 5 stars. Being granted empathy, and care isn’t something to be taken lightly in the times we are in. I can’t thank this family enough for helping me last minute. Never will I ever look at this company the same ever again. I use to speak highly of these people as myself and others in my family have use morgans as the only one around but that's being changed. And if I may I don't put blame on the company for the purpose of the tow not the issue at all, but as far as no working with people with payments and just coming off as being really a money hungry business when no I don't expect a handout and business is business I'm very understanding of that but people do have hard times and not everyone has almost 350.00 within 24 hours as it wasn't a expected expense! Even when i do call to try to work anything out about getting my vehicle back I'm pretty much told to just go buy a new one!

By far, the best and most considerate towing company in the area! The woman I spoke to initially was kind and gave me a sense of calm and assurance after my car died on the highway. We were told it would be about a half hour and Kevin showed up in 20 minutes flat! Had us hooked up and home in no time. The price was fair and reasonable and unlike some other companies in the area, they did take advantage of us because of our unfortunate situation. We used Morgan’s this past weekend when my brakes failed and we needed a tow to our preferred dealership. Within 45 minutes of calling OnStar, our vehicle was loaded on a flatbed and headed to the dealership. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service start-to-finish, and the driver of the flatbed was professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Morgan’s to anyone!

We used Morgan's twice within a week for two different vehicles and would recommend them to anyone! Very great people to do business with and fair prices! In an effort to avoid having to tow one of our disabled vehicles, the driver attempted to see if he could get the vehicle's starter to operate. Will definitely call them again in the future!
