Accidentally hit a deer a 2 years ago while I was pregnant. This towing company was the only one to answer so we used their services. I was so concerned about my baby that I forgot to get my gold rings out of the drivers side door compartment. Unfortunately the next day when we went for our belongings, my gold rings were gone. The only rings they left were the sterling silver ones. The gold ones had more sentimental value than anything. With me being pregnant and not having a way to prove they took them I just left it alone but I figured I'd let you guys know so you can be more careful when using their services. Been busy being a mom that I never came back to leave a review & sadly it’s not a good one.
Mike saved the day & our vacation (literally, he's our hero) We were trailing our boat down to NC from IL. While on the freeway, our boat trailer tire caught fire & destroyed the trailer. Not only did Mike show up quickly, he was polite, down to earth & very genuine. He loaded our trailer & boat up with such care. Thank you Mike!
Response time was swift, the driver (Mike I assume) was polite and worked quickly, and their rate was more than fair for the distance traveled, I was stuck in the cold and they helped me a lot, I'd definitely recommend them over any other company in Burlington and I will use them again if I ever need to.
I was curious (please ignore the rating, it makes me choose a star and I didn't have enough space on the "question" form) if this place is actually opened, at 220 Elmira? The structure itself is very decrepit, several windows are busted out, and even several doors to the plant are left wide open. I've never seen any cars in the parking spaces, and it appears the only place here is 'Carolina Dyeing and Finishing' which still have an active website, seems open, but the site itself looks strange and worn out? It doesn't look like anyone has touched this place in over 15-20 years.
They were so polite and came within 15 minutes, after calling a whole other company and they never came. I was scared on a dark road and they made me feel safe and taken care of. Thank you to the men that helped me!! Much love
