I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place is amazing. I was having a really bad day and my truck broke down on the highway. The predicted time was 2 hours and the driver got to me in 30 min. Not only was he fast, but he was very nice and professional. He even waited for my ride to get there. I am so grateful to Jake and Alamance Towing & Recovery for helping me out and going the extra mile. I will recommend to them to my family and friends any day. Thanks again guys!
After sitting in my car for two hours due to another tow company ripping me off, alamance tow came in less then 20 minutes when the eta was 45. 95 degrees out and was sweating and they were super helpful and understanding ! will definitely be calling them next time i have issues and or recommending them (:

They are the best I called them to tow my car to the repair place but the tower changed my tire check my battery and also told me to not turn the car off and drive it to the repair place once I get there to turn it off . Worst towing service ever! Said would be here today at 6 PM. Didn't show. Called back at 6:30 got a message that they would be here between 45 to 75 minutes. 8:30 PM, no one here. Called them directly and while I was trying to explain them what was going on they hung up on me! Holy crud how freaking rude! Called them back and I asked them "Did you hang up on me?" "Yes, yes I did" Really?!?! Wow what a jerk. This person should be fired! What is he doing answering calls!!!
Never again! Garbage customer service! Total trash! Won't ever use and definitely don't recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would.
They told me that the insurance company told then, no hurry. Doubt that's even true becauseI told them I had teenagers waiting home for dinner. But even if it is true, why give me times at all? Why say you're gonna be here at a certain time and not be? TWICE!
The most disgusting customer service. I was asking the person on the line about a clearing company that literally states they are located at Alamance and the person hung up on me.

I had this tow truck guy come and name was Drew Sharpe he was excellent fast and great customer service I will be calling him for my next tow if I need one
This was the worst experience ever. they were towing my car and hit something with it causing a giant scratch from the back to the front and when I called the man said “don’t ever call this number again and take us to court” as rude as he could be. Needless to say I’ll see you in court
A little miscommunication with my insurance company, and them, and a mechanical issue that came up but was unavoidable. Spoke to the owner who was very nice, and went out of his way to help me, and tell me when my SUV had arrived at the shop. I would recommend them, and will def use them again!
We where unable to use them for what we needed but they went above and beyond to try to help us find someone who could help us and would not rest till they knew we where taken care of . AMAZING people I would recommend them to everyone. A+

Called repeatedly. No response. Was told at 2pm to call back in a half hour due to a wreck. Called repeatedly to no avail. Even called on Saturday and left a message to call me. Still haven't heard from them.
Great service. My truck was stuck in some wet grass/mud and Greg showed up and pulled it out. I was able to do everything via text, which I appreciated. Greg showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and had me on my way in minutes. Thank you!

This tow company is very professional and quick. I have a 2019 Ford fusion that had a flat tire, and of course new cars don't come with spares. Kevin arrived fairly quickly, he was very professional, and got the car to where it needed to be without any incident. The The rate was very reasonable also. Would highly recommend.

I cant remember the guys name who towed me. But he was awesome, quick and very professional. The truck said cam but his card said greg so I'm not sure who it was. Either way great service, arrived quickly and got me to the shop just as quick.
