I had almost 3000 pounds of a variety of metals, they only paid me 137 dollars and was very rude and uncaring, the guy at the window shared he was going to call the police on me for taking so long because I was cutting into his time to go get a beer, they take advantage of the fact that the man in the back never sorted out the metals so they can title it to the lowest price, they ripped me off and refused to review the cameras and said they would call me back next week because they had so much going on, if a auditor checks this company someone would be in trouble, be careful with this place they robbing people
I've been a patron of CMC recycling for many years. For the past 3 year we have been using CMC container services at our work. This helps our company save cost and do good for the environment. Our CMC rep, "Cash" (yep that's his name) is awesome! We have one point of contact, and he gets us the containers we need when we need them.

i previously posted that my weight of my scrap was under counted. I brought it to the attention of the manager Greg and he paid me for the difference i felt i was owed. We agreed that first time customers should get a weight ticket so there is no descrepincy as to the weight of materials.He seems like an honest guy and gave me a gift card for having to drive back. Will give them some more business in the future.
Visited the operation 3 times this week. From everyone from the time I entered and exited was excellent and very efficient. This group of employees showed what customer service should be like. This was refreshing!!

My brother brought a load of scrap metals over to CMC Recycling location in Burlington Friday, Sept 24, 2021. In the effort to secure his load he had place the truck's spare tire with rope over the load for safe travel. However, in the unloading process he placed the spare on the ground on the passenger side of the truck. Some miles after leaving he realized that he had forgotten the spare tire. After coming back and inquiring, he was informed that no one ever seen it. He was so hurt and devastated because it's our dad's truck. After reading his email to me and understanding my brother situation I immediately contacted CMC Recycling and Ms. Kelly answered with the most kind and pleasant voice, asking "How can I help you. She assured me that she would look for it or have someone to look for it and if it's there they would find it. In less than an hour a voice mail from Ms. Kelly stating that they had found the spare tire. When I informed my brother the following day (because he didn't answer his email or his phone), He was so happy until there were tears. But, as he explained it, they were tears of joy, just the opposite of the devastating day he had on Friday. Words alone cannot express my thanks we have for Ms. Kelly. There are so many customer care reps who feel they are too busy to even take a little time to look, but not Ms. Kelly. She is nothing less than Awesome. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts and hope that CMC will proper recognize what an asset she is to the company. Then, properly reward her for being such an awesome asset.

Went for the first time and Tyler helped me out getting ready for drop off. Staff was friendly and helpful overall. Drop off system for scrap is also convenient.
Went here for the first time today - Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Good prices too - in line with daily averages at other places, & maybe a few cents higher. Give them a chance if you haven’t been here. I would definitely come back here again
Convenient place to recycle metal, but most of the employees act like they don’t have a care in the world. They make you wait for everything, the cashier is never at the window, and when you ask someone else if they could find the cashier, all they tell you is “oh, they’re on break. They’ll be back.” Not really sure why “Express” is in the name of this place.
To add to the lazy, the employees usually mark down on the ticket that I’m dropping off “shredder tin” regardless or what it actually is. So they’re not paying for what they’re getting.
