I can’t give a zero
Bought a part with a warranty (the man told me if I got a warranty and the part didn’t work I could bring it back. We’ll behold it didn’t work
Tried the part it didn’t work and took it back the man tried to fix it and tell me it worked and not honor the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Do not purchase any parts from this company!!!!
I purchased an engine and it stopped working within 3 days. They said that they had a 3 months warranty which is a lie because I called and told them that the vehicle stopped working after 3 days of having it fixed!!!!! When I got a diagnosis on my vehicle, Chevy said it was the engine. Acknowledged that I did call and complain that the engine was not working!!!!!
This is an update this crooked company worked along with Juan from Route 66 in Burlington NC and they never sold me a new engine. I’m at a lost and I hope this business loses all of it’s potential customers!

Please don’t waste you time or the call. A true Mom/Pop but with out the Mom or Pop touch. Called for 3 days no one picks up, finally on 4 day out of desperation called once more and lady picks up I say hello like 5 times before we talk(cause I could not believe it was real). Told her the part I was looking for, she said yes we have it (Fuel pump) I said great she says it’s already out and was tested.We only except cash and no warranty. I say ok and drive 1/30 mins and show up ask for the part guy says ok yeah we have it give me a few mins, 5 then 10 then 30. I go outside and see the fork lift with the car that I need the part from fuel pump, I walk over to the guy and say the lady said my part was already pulled. He says nope that’s why I’m pulling it buddy (smart a$$). The part was bad, gas gelled waste of time 3 hours drive time. Gessh
Had car reserved to drive (4) hours. However, wasn't going to leave untill I talk to someone and be sure I was getting my part. As stated in previous complaints its true, they could careless. Talk to ty once a week ago. I've been calling ever since. Want to thank the previous reviews and warnings to stay away. Glad I didn't assume and drive (4) hours for nothing. If there that miserable they should get out of the business.
Is it possible to give Zero Stars? What a joke! I called on a Monday and spoke with a lady that said they had 3 parts I was looking for. Told her I was driving up the next day. I drove 4 hours with a trailer the following day to pick them up. They were closed! I called the number and the voicemail said they would be open the next day so I left a message and I got a hotel room and stayed the night. Next morning I waited until 10am to arrive. Still closed and no one would answer the phone. What a wasted trip and cost for hotel. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.
We never knew this place even existed! They are so friendly and helpful! My daughter ordered a headlight and the service was remarkably fast and professional! Will be back if in need of auto parts.
Drove two hours to pick up a motor, when I got there he refused to sell it to me. Told me it was ready to go but took him an hour to find the motor once I got there. Wasted trip and waste of time. Asked him to cover my time and expenses since he wouldn’t sell the part and refused to do that as well. Very very poor customer service and person. I would take all business elsewhere even if it cost more money for the same part.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and overall terrible company.
Called the previous day to verify both parts and that she could put her hands on them. I drove 2 hours to pick up two parts. Lady verified she had both parts in HAND on prior day. After 2hr drive, I get here and they only have 1. Never verified the items like asked and LIED.
Then when handed the one, wanted to charge me full price and nothing for wasting my time. Refused to let me speak to the manager or even call her. Never could enter the yard.
The guys word was, "$100, that's the price, take it or leave it." No sorry for wasting your time or nothing.
I would avoid this "business" at all costs.
Ty is fantastic, very helpful and a man of his word, i had a few reservation about buying from here but I can say now that I will continue to go here from now on
The owner is a horrible guy he's very rude he did a job for me told me it will be a week and it was 3 weeks and then still wouldn't give me any explanation of why it was taking so long when I called he was rude about the service I was asking for all around terrible experience never would do business again
