Do not recommend at all the communication was terrible and they had my car for over 3 months. The only good thing thay came from it was Ramona turning in my plates before mt license was suspended because I haven't had many cars or had been through this before but honestly she called me and screamed at me and had me in tears. The car was supposed to be done weeks ago and she didnt tell.me the last part came in or that it was done. Lots of ignored phone calls and texts said it would be delivered for 3 days in a row and it ended up getting repoed due to no payment for being out of work for half the summer. Anyways, I had a terrible experience and im sad I lost my car but they were going to deliver it as a "courtesy"... Will never go there again in the future 🙃
The receptionist mona was very nice and helpful getting everything taken care of. Very reasonable prices on everything especially for the extent of work I had done to my car, very pleased with the work
Have had many different vehicles worked on by Carson. Always does a great job and his prices are very fair. He even let me use a loaner car while he diagnosed my truck and ordered parts. The parts took a while to come in. Had the loaner for weeks
Our vehicle broke down approaching Warsaw. They came and rescued both the vehicle and the pop up camper and after being here a few days and finding out the vehicle was junk, they purchased it and helped with rides to secure towing with a uhaul for the camper. They went above and beyond and where the kind3st folks I've met in a long time
Wish I could give no stars! My Rav came back to me still very broken. One visor still hanging, my trunk doors electric isn't hooked up right from when they cut the roof off, there is something rattling in my roof, trim on the outside comes off when driving, pieces of my temperature gage still missing, my windows don't work anymore. This a family vehicle I don't wanna be scared to drive my kid not know what's up top rattling that could hurt us if God for bid another accident happens. Almost $11,000 in repair and they can't fix it safely? Called my car insurance company and the company is taking it into their hands and valley will not be happy. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the end of them!
Wish I could give them no star. So got into an accident with a deer and Carson stated he does body work. We decided to give him the chance and never again will we be going back. One of the visors is still completely broke and he told us to bring it back to have that replaced as it was part of the repair. We called Mona and asked for them to make it right. Well almost a week later and we haven’t gotten a single call back with an answer. Car had damage done to roof. Still while driving I can hear something rattling between the roof like there’s a loose piece of metal. Sadly they have already been paid for all the work and it’s not complete.
I had another car worked on there and when I received that back I found a mouse nest in my glove box and everything was replaced with used parts causing my one headlight to be different.
Mona, at Valley Sales and Service is amazing! I had some work done at another shop they own and a part was faulty, no fault of Valley Sales. Mona stood behind their service and replaced the part at no charge to me. Valley Sales and Service provides quality repairs and honest service. Thank you.
Been a customer since 2016. Had All my Jeep, Fiat and now Mini Cooper service and repairs done here. Great people, timely repairs for a price that won't make you want to cry. Ramona, the office clerk is awesome to deal with and communicates above & beyond. Will never take my vehicles anywhere else!
I cannot speak highly enough about the team at this business. My work van quit on me today under the light in Warsaw and I was barely able to get to the shoulder of the road. I walked down to valley sales and service and within 10 minutes my van was on the tow truck, back to his shop and Karson was troubleshooting the issue. They fit me into their busy schedule right away while I had to go cancel all my evening cleaning appointments and wonder if I needed to cancel all of tomorrows too. Just a few short hours later my van was fixed for about a 1/4 of the price I thought it was gonna cost (best case scenario) Karson and Mona are great people and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received today. Our family will be return customers without a doubt.
We were driving home to Maryland when our van decided to give us issues. Luckily, we were coming into Warsaw and was able to coast it into their parking lot. They immediately came out to check the codes and figured out what it was. They had our vehicle in and fixed within 2 hrs and for a very reasonable price. BEST shop I've ever been to.
I had a very terrible experience with this place finding things that were wrong later on terrible it was just absolutely a terrible experience would not recommend anybody to go here just so angry I feel like they were just shady about the whole entire situation not a very honest place not a good experience at all😞
My car broke down driving from Bath to where I work in East Aurora.They gave me a ride to work that morning (30 min drive!) . Pat, who drove me, was a very nice person to talk to and I enjoyed the ride to work. They replaced my alternator (for a very reasonable cost) and dropped my car off at work when it was finished! I can't say enough how thankful I am for this repair shop's timeliness and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone that is from around the area. Thank you Valley Sales and Service!

They repair my sons and I vehicles and are always timely, professional and reasonable! They didnt hesitate to quickly repair my sons work car, damaged in a minor accident. They are also the only ones who are willing to work on his classic sports car! Mona is a great person, she even delivered my car back to me after repairs and collected payment at my home due to my disability at the time! Thanks for your dependable services! I normally work on all my vehicles, but I recently bought a used Jeep Wrangler..yeah I’m stupid. But I bought a full warranty.
Well anyway. I took my Jeep to them for a lot of work. I dropped my Jeep off in the morning and was staying at a place right next to their shop. I was able to get a chance to watch them work….And I’ll never go to another shop. They were doing everything I would do, and they had the correct answer for every question I asked.
Great Service! Was in town for dentist appointment when the support band on my gas tank broke. They took me in right away and had me back on the road in just over an hour! Thanks! You guys know how to serve your customers!
