So friendly and so fast at counting! We take our cans in from our business which tends to have some random garbage and non returnables in them sometimes from customers, etc. And they do not mind at all. We dont take our cans anywhere else!
Great place, everyone was very polite and they have a great fast system down. We'll be going back there for sure, it's worth the few extra minutes of driving.
always friendly and quick. Even when the person ahead of you has a truckload of bottles, there is a small wait. Despite the exacting work, they never seem short tempered.
This place is super clean! All the employees are super friendly and really get to know the customers! Our little boy loves to take our cans and bottles back! They also accept donations for missions and other community needs!
I love the redemption venter. It’s bright and super organized. Not only can they count abs sort but they talk with you too.

This place is the best!! They are all super friendly and fast!! There is usually at least two people counting at a time (sometimes 3). They work like a machine, it's great! My daughter loves coming in to watch them in action. They have a table of donated baked goods from Toos that are free to anyone that wants them. I love Warsaw Bottle Redemption...I never go anywhere else!
One of the employees met me with the door open as I carried in my bags. I had 5 bags that were counted and done In less than 5 minutes! I've been to countless redemption centers, and this is by far the cleanest and most welcoming! Great place, great people, would recommend over and over! Thanks again!
I'd give it 5 star's if it wasn't for staff making mistakes in miss counting. They don't do any kind of written tally as they go move along,(it makes me wonder how many people have been ripped off there) any other redemption center I've been too keeps a tally as they count. They also need to clean the count table more like most people I try to reuse as much as possible and I had to throw my new bag away because the outside was nasty after being on there table otherwise the place wasn't bad
They are thief's. I had a bag of 54 cans, and 4- 6pack glass bottles along with another 15 or so glass bottles. They gave me $1.70. Something not adding up here. Will never go to them again.
The warsaw redemption center was awesome. I was waiting in line outside with 5 or 6 garbage bags full of cans. When it was my turn one of the men came out and carried my bags in for me. It was very clean inside, they all wore masks ans practiced covid safety! They were very quick. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Very friendly great experience! I will def come again!
All the employees here are very friendly, respectful and courteous. My interactions with Mr. Shaw and Steve (& really everyone, but I don’t know names) have been thorough, helpful and they understand time constraints so they make the visit as quick as possible. They also maintain safe practices
So I will never go to wasraaw redemption again in my life the old man in there is a very rude man 3 times we have been there in the last month he rudely greets us at the car barking orders the first time we went was while we had to remain in our cars he yelled at us to remain in our cars we already knew this cause we read the huge sign out in front on the building then while he is getting our bags out of my car he has major attitude making the whole situation uncomfortable he slammed my car doors didn't even shut the truck which I was glad cause he probably would have slammed that too. When he brought our money out to us he shoves it in my hand and walks way!! Yelling at the next in line which was a older man and his grandkids. The 2nd incident was the same as the first and the 3rd was today when my daughter(who was with me the1st time) took bags from work and this man again is rude this time she gets out of her truck with a face mask on to help since you can do this now tells her she has to give him her name and number and they will get to them so my daughter tells him I'm not leaving I live 35mins away and these are work cans so I'll just wait so he rudely says well i don't even think we will get to them tonight.... what you still have 2hrs left and nobody is here so why can't you get to them he didn't even answer her on why they couldn't do them nowhe just repeated we won't get to them tonight so she told him to just never mind and that due to his rudeness she you never be back to that redemption center again and she'd be sure not be recommended them to anyone ever!!! We all know things are crazy and scary right now but this is a business and it's employees are their face of that business and when your customers are treated rude it just makes that business look bad!!
3 Times Now and My family and I will never use this business again!!
I have been going here for a couple years now. It seems that as they get more business they become less personable and have taken on an "all business" attitude. It is very disappointing. I wish they would go back to being friendly and making customers feel welcome instead of making them feel like an annoyance or irritation.
Great place to return your cans! All the employees there are fast, efficient, and very friendly! Very clean inside. I can't believe I ever used to return them to the store and stand there for at least 15 or 20 minutes putting in each can one by one!
Go there all the time to return cans and bottles! Always a peasant environment and they are FAST and HONEST about the total given to you when they're done sorting cans and bottles! I always leave a tip!
I love going here. Not just me but my kids get a kick out of taking cans back as well. We are always treated with respect!! They are quick to get us in and out as well!! Thank you for making this a quick, easy and comfortable place!!😊
On many different occasions, I have gone in and had Eric or Steve help me with my bottles and cans. Each time they were professional fast and accurate! I even engage by making small talk with them. They are a pleasure to deal with, and that is the only place I will return my bottles and cans to. I remember a specific time when I even counted the total number of cans before bringing them in, and there were quite a few, just to see how accurate they really were... Needless to say they were right on the money!
The only place I go to return cans. The hours are great, everyone is so friendly and it's so clean! Oh and did I mention, quick? They will have you in and out in just a couple minutes , even if there is a line.
I can go to a redemption center closer to home but I choose this one..It's the BEST I've ever used most friendly and supports the community and others in need.i will ALWAYS chose this center above all others..it's WORTH it..thankyou for ALL you do to help others.

Today was my first time taking returns to the Warsaw Redemption Center and I was impressed with the customer service. I couldn’t have been in there for more than 5 minutes, I had 6 bags of cans/bottles. The employees are very friendly, I will be taking my bottle/can returns there from now on!
Prompt service by friendly people! People who know me know that I take large quantities to cans at a time, which would take forever to redeem, one by one into a machine. They count by 5 or so at a time so it goes by quick. I think Tops has a $12 limit so you can take way more here!
Took six full garbage bags a few months ago. Got $50. Took 13 full garbage bags plus a few small bags this time, was asked if I'd like to leave them and they would call when done. Received $58 for those 13 full large garbage bags. Doesn't add up!!
