I recently went in DAS Auto and Truck -parts , Accessories and Installation Services in Yorktown Heights. There, I was greeted with a warm smile by the owner ! John, the owner, and his staff were very attentive to my needs, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store itself was very well stocked organized, and very clean. I was able to get what I needed within minutes, thanks to a staff member. I happily give DAS Yorktown Heights an A+ recommendation! This is the place to go if you want service with a smile! DAS Auto Parts came highly recommended from a friend. After experiencing some key fob and car battery issues gave them a call and they were able to help pin point the issue and next steps over the phone. Still stopped by to have them run some tests on the car battery to see if a new one was needed. They showed me what was going on and that a new battery wasn’t needed. They did not even charge and wouldn’t accept a tip. Some of the friendliest and most professional customer service I have ever been around. Strongly suggest using these guys for any car needs.

Great local place in Yorktown. I highly recommend and John is so very helpful there. It’s right next to suburban wines which is a plus. Also, if you’re heading to uncle Giuseppe’s, or TJ Maxx, you’re practicing parking over there anyways!

I walk into business like this and If I'm the only person which I was, I give them 5min to acknowledge my existence or I walk right back out. Not to be mean but if you cannot greet me, then why would I spend any money with you. DAS Auto within 5 minutes greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. Now I have every intention of having them install a remote starter for me. Def recommend visiting them.

I have been a customer at DAS since they opened. If you want personalized help and informed, knowledgeable staff, shop here. The owner came out to my car with the product to see if it would work for me and got me the right solution for my issue. They are more your neighbor than your vendor. You won't find this level of service anywhere else. I was having battery issues and they tested everything to confirm it was indeed the battery - not the alternator, not the starter. Saved me a lot of time and money. You are wasting your valuable time and money going online or locating a shop that might steer you into expensive solutions. Stopped in this morning to have an Extang Solid Fold ALX Hard Folding Tonneau truck bed cover installed on my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x Cab Crew. The people at DAS Auto of Yorktown Heights were fantastic! They were very accommodating, did a great job on the installation and explained and demonstrated operation of the bed cover. I highly recommend this store.

This is a well-managed and maintained store with inventory for everything auto. They are honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I give them more than 5 stars, because they are personable and they CARE. Whenever I have shopped there, they have been helpful with all my questions. They even offer honest advice on a product whether it is seat covers, or wipers or batteries. I always receive excellent SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE. I send all my friends and family to this store. For honesty, personal attention and fair prices, they are the best around.

When the job took a little longer than expected, they provided a loaner vehicle without hesitation, which made the experience completely stress-free. This is my go to place for auto parts. The store is very well stocked. The staff is courteous and kind, and I don’t ever feel intimidated walking in there. They are ready to perform minor maintenance items such as putting in a new lightbulb or installing a new battery without an appointment. I highly recommend this DAS location

I had a great experience today; John help me out with a scratch that I did in my car by accident and I was so worried and he help me out. They also replaced my wipers blades from and back. I will really recommend this place and will definitely go back. Thank you so much.

Such a great place, well priced, extremely helpful and professional!! Most importantly, super quick! I had been putting off getting my windshield wiper replaced because I hadn’t had time. I stopped in on a Friday night. I was in and out within two minutes! The two workers were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, I told them my type of car, the price was BEYOND fair and reasonable and they quickly grabbed the part. It’s nice to see place not rack up prices like some do! They were real down to earth people, they went outside and replaced my windshield wiper for me in 15 degree weather! (Super thankful for them!) 10 out of 10 recommend will definitely be back for all my needs !

10/25/2024 - I found myself in trouble and out of my home town.... My car battery was acting up, preventing immediate starts and limiting interior usage of technology (perhaps the colder weather or an old battery) regardless I am greatful for whole team at DAS Auto Parts. They do not talk down to you, explain what is occurring and provide you with your options - no judgement from them. Honestly, this is a diamond of a shop! ... I only wish they were in my hometown. ... They will keep you and yozr family traveling safely! Thank you from a friend - Maryland.

My brother & I in California asked DAS in Yorktown Heights, New York to help out our 85-yr-old sister (who had just moved back to NY) by receiving & installing a trailer hitch and wheelchair rack-&-ramp on the back of her SUV. John went all out for us, picking up the SUV miles away at our sister's home, installing the gear, adjusting the backup camera to still work with the new equipment, and returning the vehicle to our sister -- all for a VERY good price. Our disabled sister had to do NOthing, and got great service and a great deal. We are grateful for John's kindness and DAS' excellent customer treatment.

I want to start this review by saying that I contacted 5 to 10 different auto parts stores in Westchester County, and none were as attentive or helpful as DAS Auto. This shop really helped me out, providing assistance throughout the process. I called them a day in advance, and they had a specific hitch delivered to their shop. They installed it along with an electrical system in just a few hours. I was pressed for time as I was being stationed in the military in Florida, and they managed to complete the job within 24 hours. I can’t thank them enough. If you're in the area and need anything at all, DAS Auto is the best!

I love DAS auto. I live in Fairfield County in CT and routinely drive 45+ minutes to go to DAS auto. When I first heard of this store from a friend I knew I had to drive and see the store for myself. Entering the store I was mesmerized by the sheer amount of automotive-related products that had. From lighting to wheels to suspension to tools, and my absolute favorite part, the detailing supplies. Being a car guy with an automotive detailing business I love seeing the wall of detailing supplies. From Adams Polishes, and Chemical Guys to smaller brands like The Last Coat they had it all. The detailing supplies and automotive parts allow me to make my vehicle stand out and look amazing! I would hand have recommended his store to every one of my friends and will continue to support such a unique amazing business!

Staff is super helpful, fun and engaging and they typically have what I'm looking for. The store have many parts on stock or they can order them for you. Really helpful and knowledgeable of the parts and diagnostics of the car. Have an awesome car detailing section with amazing products! Would definitely recommend
