Exceptional service! Highly recommend! I took my car into the shop two days ago and was seen by Byron who was very gracious and friendly. As he expeditiously attended to my car we had a wonderful chat. Before I knew it he had replaced the air intake hose and cleaned out and secured the car battery. I couldn’t believe it when he told me how little it would cost. I actually felt bad and gave a little more. It’s incredible in these times to find a credible and affordable business like Thornwood Auto Body. You will NOT be disappointed!
I recently brought my vehicle in for a restoration project in which it needed a lot of attention. All I can say is, Thornwood Auto Body is the ONLY body shop I would go to and one of the BEST in Westchester county. Byron and his team were very friendly, professional and honest throughout the whole process. My Subaru is 20 years old and they literally made my car look brand new! Byron was very very helpful with assisting me. I stopped by the shop during the day, told him the issue and it was handled promptly. He also explained why my mirror needed certain clips. Everything was quick and greatly priced, so well-priced I gave extra.
Alex and his team at Thornwood Auto Body deserve 10 stars, not only 5! Not only did they complete the work in just 2 days, it was delivered with perfection and he did his best to reduce the cost. His estimate was accurate, with no surprise cost increases later on, and ending up 30% lower than any other body shops in the Pleasantville, Thornwood, Briarcliff Manor areas. During the work, he even texted me updates with photos. Alex is very honest and communicative with a friendliness you rarely see in the auto industry. I recommend Alex and his team 1000%. I am a customer for life (but hopefully won't need him again!).
