I called to schedule a tow three days before the tow, and it was confirmed. I called the day before the Tow and reconfirm it. The morning of the tow the driver showed up could not reach me on the phone and abandoned the job. I scheduled my car to be serviced a month in advance to get this slot and now it was missed because The tow truck driver couldn’t reach me on the phone. But then he was able to text me after he canceled it totally ridiculous.
So I needed a dolly for my Tesla because the battery completely died on me. So I searched for the nearest tow truck company around with a dolly. I called 1st Class Towing and the guy on the other line explained to me that he had no dollys available, but knew a friend at another company who may be able to help.
Although he was not able to get my business, he didn't try to drag my car onto a flat bed, but rather referred me to someone who may be able to help. Integrity is big with me, and 1st Class Towing clearly has it. I'll be using them in the future.
Got into an accident and my BMW X5 needed tow. Was in a tricky tight space and called westchester towing for help. They came im the time promised and got my car out. Very skilled and didn’t overcharge. Will definitely call them again.

Stay away from these people they are crooks. And they will threatened you and hang up the phone on you. Dealing with these people was a nightmare. And they will tell you they can do whatever they want because the police don’t get involved with towing issues. Stay away or you’ll regret it
Needed a tow and called Westchester Towing. The owner, Martin, was quick to respond and get to me. He was super responsible and kind. Helped ease a stressful situation. Highly recommend!!

Needed a tow after getting a flat tire. Quick answer & the owner was super responsive. Came faster than i expected and the price was more than reasonable for where I had to go. If I'm ever in that situation again, i won't hesitate to call Westchester Towing.
