I had a total loss of my 2022 Mazda CX-30 in September 2025 and was searching on all of the apps (Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, etc) for another CX-30… I found several ones that I saved and received a notification of a price drop on almost an exact replica of the one I lost at Mazda of New Rochelle. I inquired to the dealership and Ashley, the internet manager was quick to reply and sent me an IPacket on the vehicle. It was everything I wanted in the higher trim and with very low mileage and no accidents with only one previous owner! The cherry on top was the price… it was the best price I had found thru any other dealership! I live in the Capital District and the dealership did not deliver but they let me pay a deposit over the phone to hold the CX-30 for 48 hours to go down and check out the vehicle. I drove my rental down the next day and I felt welcome and excited upon my arrival! The CX-30 was in mint condition and I knew I found my new ride! They worked out the financing and got me a lower interest rate thru a financial institution I never heard of and even helped me drop off my rental locally! I highly recommend Mazda of New Rochelle and can honestly say they deserve the high ratings and positive reviews others have left! Thanks you to all the people that turned my nightmare of losing my beautiful car into an experience of getting something even better that I LOVE to drive and feel happy to walk outside and see every single day!!!

I must say from the minute I entered Mazda of New Rochelle it was a welcoming non- judgmental feeling. I must say my sales person Jasper did a tremendous job ensuring I got the car that I really wanted and comfortable in. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Mazda of New Rochelle I am a repeat customer whose household has leased four vehicles from this dealership, and I have referred two additional lessees over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been deeply disappointing. In December 2024, I negotiated a new lease with Charles and Manager Mariah. I spent several hours at the dealership, only to have the terms we agreed upon changed multiple times. I had to carefully review the fine print to catch discrepancies that were not initially disclosed. Now, ten months later, I am dealing with an ongoing issue with Mazda Financial related to a returned lease that was supposedly settled when I leased my most recent vehicle. Despite reaching out to Georgia, a manager at Mazda of New Rochelle, more than a week ago, I have yet to receive a response. While I remain a loyal Mazda customer and will continue to lease Mazda vehicles, I will never do business with Mazda of New Rochelle again. I strongly recommend that potential customers consider other dealerships such as Tasca Mazda, Mazda of White Plains, or Palisades Mazda, where professionalism and integrity may be better upheld.

I recently purchased my first car — a Mazda CX-50 Premium Hybrid — from Mazda of New Rochelle, and I have to give full credit to Jasper, my salesman. He was absolutely amazing — patient, understanding, and never pushy. He was incredibly accommodating with both my father and me, took the time to answer every question, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. I wasn’t even planning to buy a car that day, but thanks to his professionalism and calm demeanor, I felt confident moving forward. 10/10 — definitely ask for Jasper if you visit this dealership! However, I did have a serious issue with the finance process. The financial manager was extremely sneaky and misleading. We had already made a deal on Saturday, but when I returned that week to finalize (with my full down payment) and pick up the car, he suddenly claimed that Mazda had “declined” the deal because my credit score wasn’t above 800 (mine was 750+). He said I no longer qualified for the promotional rate and instead pushed a new loan through another bank at a much higher interest rate — and he only disclosed this after taking my down payment check and after we had signed all the paperwork. This experience felt very dishonest. When we pushed back and said we’d rather cancel, he conveniently “stepped out for a minute” and came back saying he got an “exception approval” for the original deal — which made the whole thing feel even more suspicious. He also kept pressuring us to buy unnecessary Mazda coverages that didn’t make financial sense. All in all, I love my car and highly recommend Jasper — he truly made the experience positive. But be careful during the finance portion. Double-check everything before signing, and don’t be afraid to stand your ground if something doesn’t feel right.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing my experience was! I had been car hunting for almost a year and was feeling anxious from previous bad, shady dealership experiences, but wow, I couldn’t be happier! Everything was straightforward, and the pricing was exactly as promised: honest and transparent from the start. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and Lewis and Jose were incredibly helpful every step of the way, answering all of my questions and concerns. The process was quick and stress-free. I had an excellent experience with Lewis at Mazda of New Rochelle back in February 26, 2025. From the moment I walked in, Lewis was very professional and attentive. He guided me through the entire process, staying in contact with me until I finalized my purchase. Even after I bought the vehicle, there were a few things that needed to be addressed, and Louis made sure they were taken care of promptly. What truly stood out to me was the effort and preparation he put into my car pickup it made the moment even more special and memorable. "Be cautious of this dealership! They claim to offer great customer service, but their actions say otherwise. They pick and choose which service plans to honor, despite Mazda's nationwide warranty. The survey follow-ups are harassment, and they'll try to manipulate your feedback. I had to pay out of pocket for service. If the maintenance plan isn't paid, they'll hold your car until it's settled. Other dealerships, like the one in South Carolina, treat customers with respect and fairness. Don't fall into their trap – read reviews carefully and beware of their tactics. They need to do better." My advisor was great :) his name was Phil. the rules to the dealership for maintenance plans horrible not fair. I will not return ever. Not. a great experience for my first time as a customer.

My 21 year old daughter just bought her first car. I can’t recommend Mazda of New Rochelle highly enough! Pedro was so patient and kind, took the time to explain the features of the cars, the buying process, the maintenance required, etc. He didn’t rush us at all, which was our experience at other places. The finance manager, Tinu, was equally patient and fully explained the entire financing process. They delivered the car straight to our driveway! Superb customer service, would definitely buy from them again.

Went to Mazda to test drive a CX-5 and was set up with Gwen, and immediately was struck by her kind and personable nature! She made the process so enjoyable! It didn’t feel like a regular boring dealership experience. She was also very sweet to my daughter. We decided to go ahead and make the move to Mazda after our test drive and our time with Gwen. Today we drove away in our brand new CX-5! The car is a dream, beautiful, amazing tech, full tank of gas, just overall wonderful, we’re so pleased! The business manager was also above and beyond!!! He made the experience of me handing over my money so pleasant! Lol. However, the icing on the cake was, when we jumped into the back seat, a teddy bear was waiting for my daughter, and she was beyond happy! My daughter has a teddy bear obsession so that meant so so much! On top of that, I got a beautiful Mother’s Day gift and handwritten card as tomorrow is Mother’s Day! Guys! Get your car from here! And please be kind to the staff, they’re amazing.

I purchased my 2024 CX-5 in April of last year, and as I approach my one-year anniversary of ownership, I’ve been reflecting on how much I genuinely enjoyed the buying experience with Gwen. After some frustrating encounters with other dealers, she completely matched my buying style. I had a tight timeline and had a lot of task before I relocated. We discussed everything over the phone and via text, which made the process feel convenient and low-pressure. Most importantly, she was transparent. No vague “come in and we’ll talk price” tactics just honest communication, responsiveness, and clarity. When I arrived at the dealership, Gwen had the car ready for me to view, and the entire process was seamless. Her non-pushy and professional approach sold me. Even though I’ve since relocated to another state, I would absolutely make the trip to buy from Gwen again. This was the first time I purchased a car and felt no regret just satisfaction and trust in who I worked with.
