It was our first time do make an appointment. I can say that making reservation online was very easy and smooth. Liam was the one who took care of us and answered all our questions. Getting a rundown video on the status of our car with explanation gave us a relief and more insight of the condition of our car. I would highly recommend this location.

I Purchased a 2014 Mazda CX5 from them, very friendly and organized. They did allot of service to the car before I bought it.
I was also pleased with the fact that they sent me a check back for overpaying for the Registration Fee.
I would do business with them again.

I’m a returning customer at Mazda of New Rochelle. I previously had a CX-90, but it was too big and difficult to park near my job, so I switched to a CX-50 and she’s a beauty in red. I had my first service on January 30th, and Amanda took great care of me. She was welcoming, offered coffee, showed me the restroom, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The service was quick and smooth. Everything I’m saying about Amanda is genuinely true she’s excellent. If you’re going to Mazda for service, Amanda is the one to see. Honest dealer. No games! I was hesitant walking into Mazda of New Rochelle after bad experiences at three other dealerships that week. Every one of them tried the usual tricks like inflated rates and hidden fees, etc.
Dumitru was completely different. Honest, transparent, no pressure. When I needed time to think, he followed up professionally and made me feel comfortable coming back. He showed me all the numbers upfront and gave me time to review the contract carefully. And he gave me a good deal! No games. Just straightforward communication and genuine patience with all my questions.
I left with a 2025 CX-5 at a good price and felt good about the experience. Something I didn't think was possible after the week I'd had.

I recently bought a car at Mazda of New Rochelle and had a great experience. What stood out the most was the transparency and respect I received throughout the process.
As a woman shopping mostly on my own, I had several experiences at other dealerships where I felt talked down to or treated as if I didn’t know what I was doing. That was not the case here. Dino and Alfred answered my questions clearly, never made assumptions, and always treated me as the decision maker, even when I brought a man with me on my first visit.

Jasper was attentive, thorough (he even had velcro to re-attach the ezpass) patient, literally wonderful. I will never be sure I got as good price as I should have or could have, maybe that just is how I feel at every dealership, but Jasper was the best customor service experience I've ever had at a mazda dealership hands down. Georgia appearing with treats in a basket at the end of of long day was lovely too.

I had an outstanding experience at Mazda of New Rochelle, and I owe it all to Jasper (sales) and Lucky (manager). From the moment I walked in, Jasper greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and zero pressure. He listened carefully to what I needed, asked smart questions, and found the perfect CX-5 trim in under 10 minutes. His product knowledge was impressive—he even showed me features I didn’t know existed, like the 360° camera demo on the lot.
When it came time to talk numbers, Jasper was transparent and patient. He worked with Lucky, who jumped in to make the deal even sweeter with an extra incentive that fit my budget. No games, no “let me talk to my manager” runaround—Lucky was already there, proactive and friendly. The whole process took less than two hours, paperwork included.
The showroom was spotless, the coffee was fresh, and every staff member I passed smiled and said hello. These guys clearly love what they do, and it shows. We went into dealer with a plan to see Greg. We sat down as there were no staff visibly available. Finally, after about 20 minutes, a young woman asked us for help and we said we’re here to see Greg. She said OK will call him… We sat for another 15 to 20 minutes with no updates and no Greg!
Finally, we grabbed another random person walking by and said we don’t have to see Greg. We’ll see anybody at this point. We want to buy a car. Thats when Dumitru helped us. He was friendly, informative, and took us for a test drive. He talked about our options and tried to get us the best deal. He was pleasant and attentive and offered us coffee while we waited once the The deal was agreed upon, he followed up with a phone call and text message to ensure that everything would be ready for pick up the following day. He walked us through all the features of the car and followed up a few days later to ensure we were happy. It was a very good experience.
I must say I was not impressed with the dealer ship overall… People just seem to be walking around, not paying attention or interacting with customers. One person was even slumped over sleeping on the desk. Gone are the days when you walked into a dealership and people jumped up to shake your hand and greet you. People often say that going to a car dealership is worse then going to the dentist. That is far from the case with mazda of new rochelle. After going to a few dealerships in long island and not having such good experiences a friend recommended to me to go to Mazda of New Rochelle and I am so glad that he did. I went there from long island and had a tremendous overall experience from start to finish. From the moment we got there we were greeted with a big smile and hello from Georgia(who happened to be the GM). She escorted us into the showroom which happened to be immaculate and she introduced us to a salesman Ross. He was very helpful in finding the right car for us and then working for us to get a great deal as well. Once we bought the car we were taken into the finance department (which is usually a lions den that most people hate dealing with as well.) Well Jean couldn't have been any nicer and he was very thorough with explaining everything to us. Most important of all is that he wasnt pushy at all about buying anything that we didnt want to buy. Georgia followed us through the whole process and made us feel so comfortable as well as making sure that everything was going well with our purchase. She was absolutely tremendous as was her whole team. As a person that was previously a salesperson in the business, I strongly and highly recommend making the trip to Mazda of New Rochelle and I guarantee that you will be happy that you did.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new CX-5, and this dealership truly set the bar high. Before coming here, we were at another dealership where the constant games and back-and-forth completely turned us off. The difference here was night and day.
Our salesperson, Jasper, was refreshingly honest and straightforward from the very beginning. He made the entire process easy, transparent, and stress-free—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear communication and professionalism. It was exactly what we were looking for after our previous experience.
The finance manager was also amazing to work with. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and there were no surprises.

UPDATE: I still have not received any response a week after my review. Calling their phone line has been pointless because each time someone answers and says hello, they hang up as soon as I begin speaking. I was also told by the dealership that my car had an open recall, but Honda has confirmed that there is no open recall on my vehicle. This is my first review I’ve ever written because I felt compelled to share this experience in hopes that someone would finally take it seriously. Unfortunately, even this attempt feels like a dead end.
I’m not sure why this dealership has so many five-star reviews. I purchased a car here two weeks ago, and the entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Important information was not clearly communicated to me, and when I asked questions, I was made to feel as though I should have already known the answers rather than being helped. They then proceeded to not fix any of the issues so the experience could go as fast as possible. This attitude came from both my salesperson and the finance department.
Less than two weeks after purchasing the car, a part fell off despite only driving on highways. When I reached out to the dealership via email, I received no response. I ultimately had to take the car to Honda of Stamford, where the issue was handled with true professionalism. I had to pay for the fix myself. Additionally, while driving home from the dealership, the tire pressure warning light came on within five minutes. This is something that should have been checked before the vehicle was handed over.
I’m happy with the car itself, but disappointed with the buying experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership unless they have a vehicle you truly love, as the customer service did not match the positive reviews I had expected.Dec 31, 2025 -

I went to Mazda New Rochelle after seeing a few CPO cars online and talking with a specialist. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered coffee/hot chocolate, and immediately went to view the cars I was interested in and test drive a few. I had a budget in mind and received thorough advice on what was available within my budget. It took me a few days to test drive some cars because I was uncertain about what I wanted. My car was stolen a few months ago in NY, which is what brought me here as I had to car shop again. I explained my situation to the team, and they were patient, didn’t pressure me, and provided all the information I needed to make the best decision. A few days later, I financed a new car, and I am really excited about my purchase. I definitely recommend going to Mazda in New Rochelle. I worked with Lewis and totally recommend him, but the entire team at New Rochelle was great. Thank you to Mark for helping me finalize everything and giving me a tour of the car before I drove off with it. The team at New Rochelle was transparent, supportive, patient, and did their best to work with me. The only feedback I have is that it is extremely cold in their office and main area. I was freezing every day I was there. Please fix that! Keeping guests warm will make them want to stay longer :)

I had a total loss of my 2022 Mazda CX-30 in September 2025 and was searching on all of the apps (Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, etc) for another CX-30… I found several ones that I saved and received a notification of a price drop on almost an exact replica of the one I lost at Mazda of New Rochelle. I inquired to the dealership and Ashley, the internet manager was quick to reply and sent me an IPacket on the vehicle. It was everything I wanted in the higher trim and with very low mileage and no accidents with only one previous owner! The cherry on top was the price… it was the best price I had found thru any other dealership! I live in the Capital District and the dealership did not deliver but they let me pay a deposit over the phone to hold the CX-30 for 48 hours to go down and check out the vehicle. I drove my rental down the next day and I felt welcome and excited upon my arrival! The CX-30 was in mint condition and I knew I found my new ride! They worked out the financing and got me a lower interest rate thru a financial institution I never heard of and even helped me drop off my rental locally! I highly recommend Mazda of New Rochelle and can honestly say they deserve the high ratings and positive reviews others have left! Thanks you to all the people that turned my nightmare of losing my beautiful car into an experience of getting something even better that I LOVE to drive and feel happy to walk outside and see every single day!!!

I recently purchased my first car — a Mazda CX-50 Premium Hybrid — from Mazda of New Rochelle, and I have to give full credit to Jasper, my salesman. He was absolutely amazing — patient, understanding, and never pushy. He was incredibly accommodating with both my father and me, took the time to answer every question, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. I wasn’t even planning to buy a car that day, but thanks to his professionalism and calm demeanor, I felt confident moving forward. 10/10 — definitely ask for Jasper if you visit this dealership!
However, I did have a serious issue with the finance process. The financial manager was extremely sneaky and misleading. We had already made a deal on Saturday, but when I returned that week to finalize (with my full down payment) and pick up the car, he suddenly claimed that Mazda had “declined” the deal because my credit score wasn’t above 800 (mine was 750+). He said I no longer qualified for the promotional rate and instead pushed a new loan through another bank at a much higher interest rate — and he only disclosed this after taking my down payment check and after we had signed all the paperwork. This experience felt very dishonest.
When we pushed back and said we’d rather cancel, he conveniently “stepped out for a minute” and came back saying he got an “exception approval” for the original deal — which made the whole thing feel even more suspicious. He also kept pressuring us to buy unnecessary Mazda coverages that didn’t make financial sense.
All in all, I love my car and highly recommend Jasper — he truly made the experience positive. But be careful during the finance portion. Double-check everything before signing, and don’t be afraid to stand your ground if something doesn’t feel right.Oct 08, 2025 -

I had been car hunting for almost a year and was feeling anxious from previous bad, shady dealership experiences, but wow, I couldn’t be happier! Everything was straightforward, and the pricing was exactly as promised: honest and transparent from the start. I had an excellent experience with Lewis at Mazda of New Rochelle back in February 26, 2025. From the moment I walked in, Lewis was very professional and attentive.
