Very disappointed, deal was set, even down payment was done and signed the deal. Minivan start to have rain leak inside, Luis, I guess is the manager very un-professional, offer to fix but didn't, lie over lie. They never went to DMV to do paperwork.
The day they finally called the car was with rear camera and navigation system not working until Luis said... IF YOU DON'T WANT the car like this I better give you the money back.... Hell yes, I take my money back and walk out of this sacammers.

I purchased a car no warranty on it and had problems with tires and my axle cracked. Cars may look good on the outside but underneath a whole different ballgame. It was a waste of money.
Dishonest and rude. I don’t understand how you are in the field of sells and don’t know how to do your job adequately. Husband went in today to check out prices for the second time in 2 days. The day before the worker gave us one price, came in today and he told us another. I don’t comprehend how prices change that drastically in a matter of hours. Save your time, money and quite honestly breath and go somewhere else.
The owner of this establishment is profoundly unprofessional. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Poor business skills indicated by the owner’s behavior. Even on Yelp he tried to leave a review for his own business because the reviews on every platform are terrible. Very dishonest across the board.
Terrible, con artist, Husler's, classic bait and switch scam !! check it out for their awesome deals. cars are either lemon, stolen, crashed or with fake carfax reports. plus dont forget to leave them deposit for their multiple fees:prep, doc,
finance, detail or perhaps few other on top of the super low advertised price. good luck elsewhere.
I don’t even know if I can find the words to describe my experience at this place. I think the owner needs to evaluate each worker. Customer service is zero, knowledge is zero, incentives to sell I can only assume is zero.
Went in to buy a specific car and my man couldn’t give two cents about what I was saying. He was rushing me to buy another car and when I said no like 10x he said “ well if you don’t want it it’s ok, here’s my card think about it” and started to walk away.

I drove from PA to NY To buy a blue 1996 toyota tacoma a sales person by the name Rulaman de leon advertised this truck in perfect conditions, nothing is wrong runs and drives. After seeing this truck i was dissapointed to find a leak and on top the chassis on this car was bad, very rusted underneath and broken , the sales person stated they couldnt provide all details otherwise buyers wont buy! I took a 2 1/2 hour drive for nothing waste 5 hours of my day gas and tolls.. false advertisement if you dont know about cars bring a mechanic if you decide to purchase these people are liars and untrustworthy.
THINK LOOK DRIVE BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR YOUR NEW CAR I wanted to let yall know what happened to me when trusting this dealer, a man named Luis sold us a car stating that it was in good condition, but when we arrived home a few days later we noticed that the car was dropping oil, it was giving us a lot of problems. When we called Luis he told us to take the car to them, they fixed a few things, but not all. He did not want to pay for all the damages the car had, the damages the car had were numerous problems also change the brakes and now the transfer case is broken.in 3 months i have spent in the mechanic repair this car ,so do not buy cars on this dealer that does not give them a good car.MR.Randal told me he wanted call me but he did not believe .this dealer robs people and more his own Hispanics that of necessary go because their sales people are also Hispanic,and believe they are in good hands,and it is not so good they steal from people and they do not care and Randal is a liar and another Hispanic that's why they sell car steeling from fighters and workers.take into account when baying this dealer does not happen to them as they stole me for believe our same people and is the worst that one cam

Where do I start? This "dealer" is a SCAM. Their customer service is horrible. Luis Barios a sales representative doesn't know what he is doing. When we arrived he just stared at us as if he wasn't looking to sell a car. We liked a car they had and decided to put down $3,000 as a down payment. They handed us a contract which didn't comply with what we were looking to do. They offered us a finiancing option but sold is a completely different story. The had found a bank who would do business with us but the condition was under a 48 month period. Basically at the end we would be paying almost 20,000 for a car that is worth 12,000. They didn't explain any of this instead they told us we were signing off on a 36 month deal and we would pay a total of about 12,000 including interest. We are about done and ready to take legal action for their unlawful behavior. This is unacceptable we are offering our business and their screwing us over. DONT BUY FROM HERE, do your research and find another dealer!!!!
By the way it is so sketchy that their 4-5 star reviews are from people with the De Leon last name. These "De Leon" work for this dealer, don't be fooled!
He claimed to not have time to talk because he was “super busy” mean while no one was at the dealership but me, i asked for a test drive of the vehicle i intended to purchase and he denied my request and on top of that the engine was spray painted this place is a joke dont waste your time no stars is the right rating for this place
Today I went in to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. No one greeted me or said hello. I then turn to my right to see a dealer (Luis Barrios) just staring at me. You would think he we ask how he can help but instead I had to ask questions. His attitude was so harsh I asked him if even wanted to sell me a car. Oh well, I guess his business is too good for a black women!!
Im giving White River Auto Sales 4 stars. I would have given them 5 but I think they need a bit of improvement in their communication area such as responding to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.However, that being said, I purchased a used car (an older one in fact) and Louis was very helpful,understanding and knowledgeable about the car and the process. I am registering the car out of state so that can get complicated but he knew what needed to be done. The car was a 98 Sebring Coupe Lxi in a color I had been searching for for years. I didnt expect a lot because of the cars age but Louis told me several times that the car ran great and it does. Everything works better than I expected, Although the car has some body damage I knew that before I bought it. (city miles...lol) but the engine, transmission and options work great. I bought the car fully expecting it to spend 2 months in the body shop for repairs and paint and she will but the heart and soul of the car are just as Louis told me they were. After all the engine is the same one used in the Mitsubishi Eclipse so there is heritage in that heart. ;) I would definitely recommend WRAS and buy from them again. Good people.

I am only giving this so called dealer one star because it doesn't let me give 0 stars. This "dealer" is ripping people off by over pricing their vehicles just compare prices with other dealers. I bought a car from them and 3 months later the transmission broke. Then another month later the transmission broke again so they lied and said they fixed it. That is not counting that about a month after buying the car i had to get a new exaust manifold and the muffler fell off. The sales guy there lies all the time to keep you from calling. I have been out of work for almost a month thanks to them. TO ANYBODY PLANNING ON BUYING FROM THIS DEALER STAY AWAY!!!! I have learn my lesson. Always do research online and compare prices with other dealer and trust me you will find a good car.
Like the review below I have also had a very unpleasant experience when buying my car at this "Dealer". First off Id like to say that the car I was Buying had been in a previous accident which cause the airbag to pop, most everything looked fixed. But at a later date they told me that the seat belt was not working and they would send the replacement to me as I had agreed to install it myself and save them the hassle. 5 days later when I had not received the seat belt they had said that they received the wrong part and I could Buy the part myself and they would send me a check. I did just that, and after repeated attempts to collect that check, It is obvious they don't intend to pay. They give you next to nothing on your trade in and tell you to lie to the bank since the bank does not take trade ins. Once your out the door they wont do a damn thing for you, simple as that. Yet another super Shady car dealership. I love my car though, Ill just be on my own for anything that goes wrong with it. their six month guarantee is a complete joke if i cant even get a six day one. Oh and like the user stared above Jinet didn't hand out the contract or the guarantee paperwork. I was an out of state sale, and also received the "I Don't Know How" and had to stay for 5 hours of paperwork... Unless your after a Specific Model car like I was, You should defiantly consider this place as your last option!
STAY AWAY- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! We are in the process right now of reporting our experience to the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies. Without getting too into detail, this place completely made things up on our contract, there's a complete idiot woman (Jinet) who works at the front desk who only knows how to say "I no know nothing!" when you ask her perfectly reasonable questions, she's refusing to provide us with the contract paperwork that is OURS that we need to submit to the BBB (such as our own contract which she DID NOT GIVE US AT THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTION) and after 2 consecutive days of trying to get in touch with the manager, she will not provide us either with his name (she claims not to know his name) NOR has he returned my calls-- now today we are told he is "out of the country." This place is a scam and a joke and does very questionable things- such as KEEPING YOUR DOWN PAYMENT MONEY AND NOT APPLYING IT TO YOUR VEHICLE! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this "dealership"-- bunch of con artists. And definitely not the smartest bunch of people you'll ever meet.
