I walked in the store at 6:45pn to get key made the machine stated I need to go to the key person . The Customer service paged employee name Morris. Employee was paged several times and never came . I walk out of there at 7:45 pm with nothing done . And no staff help what so ever . I would not recommend coming here.
I was shopping a uber delivery order and (HD ) employee Galveston helped me find the part I needed right away, the aisle was very neat organized and quick to access. Thankyou again Galveston for your hard work and dedication

Came in on a rainy day, I was looking for a way to keep my young niece entertained indoors. Romancia not only stepped in to help, but went above and beyond by ginding three different craft activities that were age-appropriate, and perfect for a cozy day inside. Talk about customer service! Schedule delivery for a tenant apartment to replace appliances, they showed up claimed they could make the delivery because the appliances don't fit. Currently have a 30" standard stove and 30" fridge. In the space that was delivered by home depo back in 2017. The guys where talking and measuring the doors and stairs. And said ok we have to remove the packaging went outside I was upstairs talking to tent 10 mins later went to see what they where doing, the guys left! Drove over to depo of course no help solving the problem told me they can't lift the fridge up the stairs because it won't fit? What about the stove? Why didn't they deliver that. Or the fact I had the same exact brand and size appliances upstairs already! Called a moving company said it be 600 to move the appliances and told hd to pay directly to have them moved for me since your store advertised moving and haul away services. Argued for 2h finally said refund me the entire order I'll go else where since they weren't going to return till the 24th a week away to redeliver. Then has the nurve to tell me I can't get a refund until the appliances are returned to store which I don't have nor did I ever see! Caulked fraud department and filed claim against them. And on my way home called homedepo again and put in a return request for a shed I had delivered 2 days ago. Just because I'm petty so now you lost out of a $2100 on appliances sales and $4200 for a shed. I will wait a few days to collect my thoughts before I reach out to corporate and the bbb!
Great customer service and incredible knowledge! Mr. Marshall went above and beyond with due diligence. He is the best! I walked in for something small and ended up with so much more. I forgot all about Loews—Mr. Marshall made my shopping experience absolutely satisfying! I was able to get all my kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer... It's a great store, I always buy here. There have never been any problems with the refund! Thanks for that! As always, Home Depot helps out. Everything you need is there and the return works great.
Discusting customer service. One hour 33 minutes in hold . After that another 1 hour on hold to see if they have on display 3 different types of outdoor barbecue flat grills. Horrible. I went to lowes and made a purchase of 15 thousand dollars in flat grills 2 of them were free lol. I needed a lot of them because we are a family of 65 people and we do a lot of parties every day from April to end of November we are greek and we love to have thousands of people in our house every year. Thanks to lowes they helped us by those with 2 minutes lol .
Employee was not willing to help me get information from another Home Depot location regarding renting equipment . Instead, she tried discourage me from getting it. She wasn't knowledgeable about the problem I had to give me any advice on the topic
The fact that there’s no other home improvement store nearby creates no competition and therefore no reason for this store to even try to have good customer service or positive shopping experiences. I’ve never been to a less helpful Home Depot. The lines are long and slow. Good forbid if you have a return or exchange. And don’t even bother trying to save time with curbside pick up because you’ll sit there for an hour and no one will bring you your items. This store is disgraceful.
Had a great experience at customer service today. Lady that helped me was at the 1st register. She was pleasant and just nice. I'm writing this review because I really like how I was treated today. Thank for helping me return my kitchen drawer pulls and outlet covers.

Post-covid this Home Depot has really gone down hill. Never brought back self check-out, workers chatting away instead of working, lines longer than any other store, etc… Currently waiting in line for 30 minutes and only halfway through the line. Much rather go to the Port Chester or Stamford one. New Rochelle management needs some major work.
It is what it is. The only place to get certain things in person. This visit, I noticed the flowering plants have gotten so much more expensive than last year. They never seem to have anything on sale. I got the boxes I needed and this visit, the long check out line went fast. However, please train your cashiers to look and check all the merchandise in the cart and open their mouths and speak to be heard! Mine stood there staring at his screen silently until I had to ask him if he had the total! After me not able to understand him 2x, I looked at his screen to see. Wow! It didn't need to be so hard.
This home depot is absolutely amazing.. They have a huge selection of products to choose from. Most of the time I can find exactly what I'm looking for. The prices of fair and this customer service is great. We also like the hassle free return policy.
There's plenty of free parking and customer restrooms.
It's also conveniently located in the northeast part of The Bronx at the bottom of gunhill road right off of I95 New England Thruway exit 10 North. Easy to get to in minutes from East gun hill road off of the The Bronxriver Parkway or Hutchinson River Parkway/ New England Thruway
Horrible place to go , worst home depot I have been, the place is a mess costumer service is ridiculous, they don't have enough carts for the costumers because the little amount they have are full of material that goes somewhere else, the employees are very disrespectful saying they need the carts to work , looks like home depot can't handle in store shopping, very stressful time.
Home Depot was...Home Depot. I went there looking for a nice Christmas Tree for my family and found it. Abundant selection of trees to choose from, however unless you are elderly or a lovely woman you will not receive the level of customer care and assistance you are hoping for. After about an hour of searching through trees I found the perfect one , 6+ footer, a nice wreath as well, the guys tied it down to the car nicely and prepped the tree very professionally I must say. The wife is happy with the purchase, which is why they are still getting 4 stars. Saw a lovely black monarch butterfly during my time there which was also nice.
I enjoy going to Home Depot...friendly staff, fast check out and lots of free parking. This time I went to get a new toilet seat but unfortunately for me the one I wanted was not in stock.
