On July 1st, 2023 my car was repossessed by this company from the hotel I was staying in . I was in the process of moving so I had all my personal belongings in the car at the time . It took two weeks for Hertz to track the car down and they sent me the location to this place. Upon arrival a young, Spanish guy wearing gray shorts and a white t-shirt approached me and asked if I was looking for a gray Honda. I never mentioned which car I was there for but for some reason I felt then that everything was going to be okay. The man then told me , “ Yeah that car went to JFK and was never opened.” I never even asked him if the car was touched. However , I went to JFK the next day and the car was recovered. Unfortunately, my entire car was broken into by this repo company . They stole my MacBook Air , my IPad , $150 cash and several outfits . I reached out to the manager of this place, and he told me that he will get back to me and I never heard from him since. I am in the process of taking this to a legal matter, but I figured I would let other people that do business with this company know .
If this people come and try pick up your car, do your best to not to give them, but if they do then make sure you take everything outta your car even your COINS. Cuz they will steal no matter what.
Very aggressive towards women! Norberto Rivera Jr came to repo the car I was in and literally attempted to hold me against my will by blocking the car and refusing to let me go. Each time I attempted to drive off, he blocked the car with his white truck. He then called the police and lied saying I hit his car thinking that was going to make the police pull me out, but instead they told him to get out of my way and leave me alone! That’s instant karma right there.
First off I am a person who read reviews and move off the reviews but in this case the reviews are the the total opposite. My car was taken for something that really wasn’t my fault, but that’s here nor there. But the night my car was picked up from Steven one of the drivers. He called me before taking the vehicle and to give me a heads up. One I want to commend him for his patiences he had with me. And provided all the information and what to do next. The very next day I spoke with Stephanie who was so informative and respectful and answered all my question on what to do next. The day of my pick up for my vehicle I spoke with Jennifer I received the same outstanding customer service.
Please don’t go by the reviews because everyone wants instant gratification and you can’t please everyone. The people at this company went way above and beyond to below me within 24hrs and my process was very smooth and quick.

Under the most unfortunate circumstances, this company was contracted to repossess my car, even though it was completely paid off. The driver did not have to, but knocked on my door before towing my car, and sat in his truck for 45 minutes while I screamed at the finance company trying to get a resolution. He (the driver) gave me as much info as he could to help me and was very kind and gentle with me in a very tough situation. When I was able to get the situation resolved 4 days later, the company called and promptly returned my car exactly when they said they would. That driver was also kind, polite and professional.
I recognize this is not an easy job. The people they deal with are not apt to be in a good mood. But these gents were as sympathetic and helpful as they could be in a tough situation. Kudos.
My car was recently towed. 100% my fault so not going to pass blame there. What I don’t understand is why I would be charged a “no key fee” when these people come to my house at 1am in the morning like thieves in the night. Maybe if they showed up at a normal time
People might be more willing to communicate with them. There’s something so unethical and disturbing about coming to someone’s house in the early morning and disrupting sleeping babies and elderly people. Unscrupulous business.
These people are very nasty they have the WORST customer service EVER. AND THEY are THEIVES.They took 26.00 from my center console, stole my Jordan retro 11 2016 edition from my back windshield. And my iPad from the back pocket of the passenger seat. These people don’t care about the consumers. They talk to you anyhow they feel. They had my car for 3 days and they stole 3pf my personal items from the cabin. Like they really think that people not going to notice their property is missing. I made a complaint to them and the to als company who hires them to repo my car. And they over charged me 285.00. When the paper work states that there was no fees. So I’m going to get the law involved.
Had a bad experience wirh this tow company. I have my car towed from this tow company. When I inquired if the tow company was responsible for storage as well they confirmed that they are responsible for both Towing the vehicle and storage of the vehicle. When I went to go and hand them the key so that I could get my personal properties out of the car, they did not let me in while they emptied my car of the items and put it in a bag. When I checked the bag I found a couple of items missing specifically my phone, personal items, and important paperwork.
I am assuming they are in the business of opening vehicles, so it had to be the employees who took the items. If you ever have your vehicle towed by this company make sure you have a police officer present when they empty out your car of your personal items. I wouldn't let them search the car without someone being next to them while they are in the act.
Super shady company. Tried to overcharge me over $450 on something that was already paid. BE SUUUPER careful with them. If you are sure of your charges stick to your ground and don't pay a dime more. Conveniently they only take cash... I'd love them to be audited by IRS. Only good experience was the guy who parked my car, cool dude.
I wasn’t going to write a review, but at the end of the day is about principle. 1st, due to the Pandemic they are open 3 days a week, but if your vehicle is in there hands they are charging for day that they’re closed. The front desk personal (Isa) whom was extremely rude and unprofessional herself advised me “We are closed to the public” but they don’t answer their phones (which is unprofessional because there’s a child’s voice on the voice mail) nor return phone call. 2nd, They took my Lysol bottle from my truck!! Now if you are going to enter Someone’s vehicle practice Professionalisms and don’t touch anything inside the Vehicle!! Only plus side was they took me without an appointment.. Like (Isa)advised me when I was asking her why the $250 fee “Feel lucky you’re getting your truck today”.. And this is on top of the $495 they charge the bank.
Ditto from all previous reviews, your drivers are maniacs, I get you guys have a tough job & sometimes a repo driver can be in harms way when trying to repo a car but they can act like humans, not like animals. They should not be threatening anyone by coming back for my car.
Just like everyone else my phone is missing from the center console, and to make matters worst, they punctured the Oil Pan in my viechle, when they towed it last week, i already started my claim smh...Luckily i was Smart enough to REFUSE to sign the part of the paperwork stating my Car was in Good Condition and all possessions remained in viechle at the time of retrieval. POINT BLANK, I'M NOT SIGNING PAPER THAT CONTRADICTS MY STATEMENT/COMPLAINT.
Some associates over the phone were unprofessional after the fact, and got a attitude when i asked for copies of my paperwork.
Didn't even want to give 1 star this place is horrible the staff especially (Isa) very very rude the tow truck drivers are horrible they damaged my car they won't take responsibility for it and the switched my key fob to an Acura key fob and now my two key fobs I had to my Honda dont work and they won't fix the issue HORRIBLE PLACE...and they also stole items from my vehicle
The "ladies" that work in the Office are amazingly rude and do not want to cooperate at all. They tried to charged $82 to get my personal property! Do not pay!! I called the bank and the agency that hired them and they were forced to hand the personal property for free!
This is the worst place ever. The reps on the phone has so much attitude and started to cussed me out. I’m still waiting for them to turn in my plate so I can stop paying my insurance it’s been over a month. Like WTF. The next thing they like toy hang up the phone on you.
You know, just because you are towing peoples cars doesn’t mean you have to treat them and their possessions like low class sh*t. Needs better customer service.

Poor Poor Customer Service ,Hours of operation say from 10:00am-4:00 Pm , however they don’t answer the phones , Their Times didn’t indicate lunch or closed times but when I arrived the doors were closed and a worker was on “ Break” made me wait outside for my car for over 45 minutes.Don’t recommend
They open only 4 days 6 hours a day so they can charge u more money and they don't have no respect with the customers they treat customers dirty the way they talk and everything
