UPDATE: A manager called me yesterday, Oct 22nd, 2025 stating he would take care of all of my issues with vehicle. Said he’d call back within 2 hours to confirm everything. It’s a day later no call back. I am planning on buying a BRAND NEW vehicle from another dealership where I know I won’t be neglected.
My attorneys will be contacting this dealership.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. I got disrespected by employee who sold me car. I got cursed at, called a liar, then was told to take down original bad review I had because he didn’t want to lose his job or get reprimanded over something I complained about because of his boss. Nonetheless, I am now at another GM dealership with this piece of crap equinox they sold me that had electrical problems with radio, driver side window and now a loud ticking noise in the motor, at only 56,000 miles and it’s a 2022. Please they only make you happy when the actual deal is done. DO NOT GO HERE.

I came into this Chevy location to replace an emergency flat tire, expecting a relatively quick and straightforward process. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and a general lack of professionalism.
I dropped off my car the night before and arrived early the next morning. I was told the tire would be replaced soon, and I even saw someone inform the service staff about my car. However, from 9 AM to 11 AM, the car hadn’t moved from the same spot with no updates, no estimates, and no one checking in.
Eventually, I had to leave for work. I was told it would be done by the end of the day, but again, there was zero communication in between. They don’t reliably answer their phones and direct you to text instead, but no one responds consistently through text either. I was told how much the service would be and rushing to get out. It wasn’t until my family and I called multiple times that someone finally explained they had already ordered a tire apparently the “only one in stock” without ever discussing the options/brand.
At around 3 PM, I was told by a different person that the car still wasn’t ready because the tire had not arrived. They would not know when. ???? Then, just before closing at nearly 5 PM, I received a text saying the car was finally ready and needed to be picked up by 5:30 or I wouldn’t be able to take it. After entire day of having an extremely hard time getting a hold of the individuals who worked there, this last-minute message felt rushed and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when I finally received the paperwork, they had my name and address completely wrong. I don’t even understand how that happens when all of my correct information was already on file. It showed a total lack of care and attention and if anything was unclear, they could’ve simply asked for clarification.
The lack of communication and accountability at this location is unacceptable. No one seemed to care, and I was left to chase down answers all day. I will not be returning and will be advising others to avoid this location as well.
Made a service appointment and was treated like a superstar, I met with my technician Boris who was amazing with all the work that had to be done. The car was clean and repaired as the promised. I will definitely go back there for my next visit again. You guys rock. My advisor John was so super knowledgeable and took very good care of my vehicle and helped me with a discount for veterans. You cant beat that. See you guys for the next one.
I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was kept updated throughout the day on the progress. By the afternoon, the issue was completely fixed and I was able to pick it up the same day. Nicole Lillo provided a wonderful experience. Professional, attentive, and very reassuring. Highly recommend!

The salesperson, Damian Garcia, convinced me to purchase a 2025 Chevy equinox and it is the best car to have as my first car. The service was excellent and I had no issues getting the car I wanted. I thought I could trust a Chevrolet dealer on their word. But I found out after giving my personal information over and they ran my credit after saying they wouldn’t do that. That they “just needed my information to give me a competitive interest rate for my financing”. Only to get an email notification that my credit rating had dropped 5 minutes later because it had been run for a car loan.
The manager on duty apologized, said it was a mistake. That they would make it right by adjusting the vehicle price to compensate. However, this was just another lie, after seeing their offer, I found that the price was the advertised price. They didn’t adjust the price at all.
Shop elsewhere, the finance team at this dealership will lie to your face. Do not give them any personal information.
