Took my 2016 Nissan Altima to get checked out and they were absolutely wonderful. I was helped by Minnie and she made sure that my Altima service was completed in a day. The work was amazing and my car drove like a dream coming off the lot. I will definitely be coming back; they were amazing.

Great dealership to buy or lease a car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always have your best interest. I’ve leased 4-5 cars from New Rochelle Nissan and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my leasing experience.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Nissan dealership in New Rochelle on January 10, 2025 Approximately around 9:50am.
I visited the service department due to an issue with my vehicle key, which was no longer responding to my car. I spoke with a service advisor named Lily, who was seated at the second desk on the left in the service department. I explained that my husband had replaced the battery in the key that we brought from them after it stopped responding to the car, and I was seeking assistance to determine the cause.
Lily briefly confirmed that the battery was installed correctly and stated that programming issues often occur with keys purchased from third party vendors such as Amazon. I clarified that the key was purchased directly from your dealership in Sept 2024. She then advised that the key would either need to be replaced or reprogrammed and quoted a charge of $239 to reprogram the key and run diagnostics.
At no point did she attempt to look up my purchase history, verify whether the key was still under warranty, or check the key against my vehicle to determine whether the issue could be resolved with a simple fix. Given that we paid over $200 for the key itself and an additional fee of $185 for programming at the time of purchase, I found it unreasonable to be immediately quoted $239 without any troubleshooting.
I asked whether this issue commonly occurs with dealership issued keys and whether I would be required to pay $239 next year if the key malfunctions again. She replied "I would."My husband then requested clarification directly via the phone, explaining the amount we had already paid for the key and its programming. At that point, Lily stated that this does not normally happen but that the warranty had expired, as it is limited to two years or 12,000 miles.
For context, the key began malfunctioning in April 2025; however, we continued using my husband’s key until we were able to make time to visit the dealership. Despite being long standing customers of New Rochelle Nissan, we were disappointed that no effort was made to investigate whether the issue was due to a defect in the key sold to us or whether a simple correction could resolve the problem.
Being asked to pay $239 for a potentially faulty key that was purchased and programmed by your dealership, without any attempt to diagnose the issue first, is unacceptable. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in your service department, and as a result, you will no longer be receiving our business.Jan 11, 2026 -

I had a very concerning experience with Nissan of New Rochelle. I purchased a Nissan Sentra and Ray (finance manager). The vehicle was put under my mother’s name without her being present, and I was never properly informed or walked through the contract terms at the time of signing.
After reviewing the paperwork later, I discovered a $3,500 service contract added to the deal. This was never clearly explained, despite the fact that service contracts are optional and legally allowed to be canceled. The moment I requested to cancel it, communication completely stopped—I’ve been left on read and essentially ghosted.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable practices are extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge others to carefully review all paperwork and be cautious when doing business hereDec 30, 2025 -
Everytime I visit Nissan of New Rochelle I'm always assisted by Donell VanCleave who is customer friendly professional and knowledgeable. Always goes above and beyond to make sure me as a customer is satisfied. Love this person he is a giant in his craft and an asset Nissan. Kudo to him!!!

I had an exceptional experience at Nissan of New Rochelle, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Corinthian. He demonstrated professionalism, humor, and intelligence throughout our interaction. Corinthian thoroughly explained the vehicle’s features and even conducted a test drive with me. Although I did not make a purchase that day, Corinthian’s patience and attentiveness were commendable. It was the most satisfactory experience I have had with a car dealership so far. I made an appointment with Corinthians( Corey ) talking to him on the phone was pleasant, Patience, understanding, and Profession; but much more in person he made me feel right at home. Corey listen and took all my concerns by finding the best Vehicle that fits my budget. Corey was very strategic on finding a low mileage new car with all the features, I needed, and more. Corey Put my children needs into consideration by making sure the vehicle have all the space, and Comfortability a child needed . Corey never gave up on me, He wanted the best for his client. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue last year. The battery died 14 months later. Nissan of New Rochelle wanted close to $800 to perform a diagnostic and replace the battery, plus $4,000 for faulty locks that don't respond to the remote to lock/unlock. Of course I declined this erroneous offer and ended up paying almost $300 for the diagnostic and left with the same issue...a low-read battery. Car died again later that night leaving me with an additional charge to replace the battery. That money I had to pay Nissan went down the drain. Nissan of New Rochelle is not there for their customers, but to bleed us dry. Never again! I've been sold a lemon from them before, gotten crazy advice and the list goes on. I was assured that those people no longer work there, but come on...the mess continues. Shame on you guys.

Don is such a wonderful person, when I arrived for my oil change, he met me at my car and brought me inside to talk about what services I might be needing with the weather change and it made me feel very valued as a customer. Please take your business elsewhere, drive down to Port Chester or Whiteplains. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Management is not there to serve the customer properly, The GM is nasty. Before going there I highly advise to visit the other Nissan dealerships. Please avoid this location.

We bring our 2018 Nissan rogue sport to this dealership with a slipping transmission, they tell us that the transmission needs to be replaced. We call Nissan USA and they agree to pay half of the cost due to ongoing litigation about all the CVT transmissions in the cars. By "coincidence" the transmission is now not able to shift into drive without lifting this flap and sticking a pointed objectnin there. So I call the service manager Minnie and she says that one has nothing to do with the other. I asked her to have her manager Mike call me she said he is busy for the next hour this was at 10;24 am. I finally call back at 4;02 pm and speak with Minnie again ad said I never got a call back from Mike, she puts me on hold and says I told mike again to call you, I said will he call me today she said I don't know he is running around today. 4 minutes later I get a call from Mike he says he didn't know he was supposed to call me back. I tell home its no coincidence that this happened with the transmission because even though it was slipping it still shifted fine. Mike continues to tell me that they change these all the time it is a common part to break on these cars and it will be about $1100 to fix 160 of which is labor. I reiterated this is no coincidence and that it should be repaired at their expense. There was more said but that was the basically the conversation. I ended it with this dealership does not value their customers and I stand by that statement. I suppose that this comment will go into the "archives" of comment both good and bad. But this is once again a dealership that does not stand behind their workmanship. Please proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Nissan of New Rochelle. They were caught on a lie and do not stand behind their workmanship.

Visited this location a couple of weeks ago to explore lease options for my mother and was helped by Corey (Corinthian) who invested so much time and patience. We didn’t get a car that day and Corey did not give us a hard time. Mom just needed time to explore other brands and process all the information given. Today we went back and of course, sat with Corey again and mom walked out with a brand new Sentra!
Corey is very kind and truly seems driven by making his customers feel happy and secure with the deal. We are not really ‘car people’ so it helped to have someone who would answer all of our questions and address our concerns.
The manager of the location (I am so sorry I forgot your name!) and the Finance manager Alex were also extremely supportive, patient, and made closing the deal easy and efficient.

I just wanna give a big shout out to the staff at this dealership. Everyone was super cool ,super professional and the overall vibe was great. My Sales representative (Donell), went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I left in something nice & more importantly affordable! Not to mention the level of patience he had with me & the hassle I came with lol ! Definitely would not have gotten the same treatment elsewhere! Donnell! He was amazing when renewing our car lease. Super efficient, patient and quick! Never before we had an experience of how quick the deal was. Normally, and on average, at other locations, it would take up to 5-6 hours from start to finish. We were out in 2 1/2 hours. I was sincerely blown away how fast Donnell and rest of the team worked. My husband and I are super appreciative of their services.

First of all Nicole is AMAZING! Thank you! I went in to return my Nissan Rogue 2016 lease. I originally leased my car in NJ and I didn’t want to travel so far away this time around. I almost went to Teddy Nissan but for some reason decided to take the ride up to New Rochelle instead and I’m so glad that I did. The entire process was seamless. Everyone was nice and straight forward with no gimmicks. I explained to Nicole what I was looking for and explained my budget which was basically broke and she was able to find the perfect vehicle for my needs.
