Please take your business elsewhere, drive down to Port Chester or Whiteplains. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Management is not there to serve the customer properly, The GM is nasty. Before going there I highly advise to visit the other Nissan dealerships. Please avoid this location.
We bring our 2018 Nissan rogue sport to this dealership with a slipping transmission, they tell us that the transmission needs to be replaced. We call Nissan USA and they agree to pay half of the cost due to ongoing litigation about all the CVT transmissions in the cars. By "coincidence" the transmission is now not able to shift into drive without lifting this flap and sticking a pointed objectnin there. So I call the service manager Minnie and she says that one has nothing to do with the other. I asked her to have her manager Mike call me she said he is busy for the next hour this was at 10;24 am. I finally call back at 4;02 pm and speak with Minnie again ad said I never got a call back from Mike, she puts me on hold and says I told mike again to call you, I said will he call me today she said I don't know he is running around today. 4 minutes later I get a call from Mike he says he didn't know he was supposed to call me back. I tell home its no coincidence that this happened with the transmission because even though it was slipping it still shifted fine. Mike continues to tell me that they change these all the time it is a common part to break on these cars and it will be about $1100 to fix 160 of which is labor. I reiterated this is no coincidence and that it should be repaired at their expense. There was more said but that was the basically the conversation. I ended it with this dealership does not value their customers and I stand by that statement. I suppose that this comment will go into the "archives" of comment both good and bad. But this is once again a dealership that does not stand behind their workmanship. Please proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Nissan of New Rochelle. They were caught on a lie and do not stand behind their workmanship.

Visited this location a couple of weeks ago to explore lease options for my mother and was helped by Corey (Corinthian) who invested so much time and patience. We didn’t get a car that day and Corey did not give us a hard time. Mom just needed time to explore other brands and process all the information given. Today we went back and of course, sat with Corey again and mom walked out with a brand new Sentra!
Corey is very kind and truly seems driven by making his customers feel happy and secure with the deal. We are not really ‘car people’ so it helped to have someone who would answer all of our questions and address our concerns.
The manager of the location (I am so sorry I forgot your name!) and the Finance manager Alex were also extremely supportive, patient, and made closing the deal easy and efficient.

Had a great experience with Corey our salesman at Nissan. Alex was also a great experience with finance. He gave us an option for payments we were never recommended before. Corey put us in a brand new Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. It’s beautiful! Ask for Corey, he will take care of you!
I would not recommend. They overinflated their fees compared to the online price. I saw a car on their site that was listed for $18,000. When I went in, after fees and taxes they were asking for more than $24,000
No hassle what's so ever. Donell, my salesman was knowlegble and very easy to deal with. Alex in finance was just as good. He did not push anything on me that I didn't need nor want. Really was a simple transaction

People are nice and welcoming. However, I expect to get my tires rotated if that is what I’m paying for. I gave it a second chance, and they didn’t rotate my tires. Last time I went the rep sold me a package due to the age of my car. Moreover, he said the same thing to the two people after me. I get it, is a business and they have to upsell, but now I wonder if the car really needed it and if it was done properly. After that, I won’t be going back. Just make sure things do get done to your car. I’m not the type to write bad reviews, but services were not done for free, so I expected to have the job properly done.
Please look for Angela Boyer. She is the epitome of a “correct” sales advisor. Angela - thank you for your patience and utmost professionalism and staying with us till 10pm to get the car out on a holiday weekend.

RUN AWAY! If I could leave zero stars, I would. We returned a leased Rogue at the beginning of the year and financed a used car, only to find out that Nissan of New Rochelle did not report our leased car as returned until mid March, resulting in us being charged for two additional months when we did not have the car. Angela, a sales rep, ensured that this matter would be resolved, but until this day it hasn't.
On top of that, after purchasing our car, we came to find out through an appraisal at another dealer that Nissan of New Rochelle submitted it to the DMV as having a branded title. After reaching out and speaking to the manager Angelo, he claimed it was the DMVs fault. After several phone calls and a week and a half of waiting, the DMV called back and said Nissan submitted the car as having a branded title, and only then after calling Nissan and telling them this did they admit that it was a clerical error.
As if this wasn't all bad enough, after emailing back and forth with Nissan, their receptionist Camela has continued to respond to my wife's emails by CC'ing someone else's email address instead of mine, resulting in a complete stranger seeing all of our private information.
Whether intentional or not, these practices are unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We've yet to have these matters resolved. It's been ongoing for weeks.
My experience at Nissan of New Rochelle was very pleasant. My Sales Rep Angela was very helpful and informative with regards to what I was looking for and meeting my expectations. Donnell! He was amazing when renewing our car lease. Super efficient, patient and quick! Never before we had an experience of how quick the deal was. Normally, and on average, at other locations, it would take up to 5-6 hours from start to finish. We were out in 2 1/2 hours. I was sincerely blown away how fast Donnell and rest of the team worked. My husband and I are super appreciative of their services.
First of all Nicole is AMAZING! Thank you! I went in to return my Nissan Rogue 2016 lease. I originally leased my car in NJ and I didn’t want to travel so far away this time around. I almost went to Teddy Nissan but for some reason decided to take the ride up to New Rochelle instead and I’m so glad that I did. The entire process was seamless. Everyone was nice and straight forward with no gimmicks. I explained to Nicole what I was looking for and explained my budget which was basically broke and she was able to find the perfect vehicle for my needs.
