Mike, and his father, Frank, helped my family and I sell my car by allowing us to park it in his lot - while I am overseas! They made the otherwise stressful process so easy for me, and asked for nothing in return. They've run this business for decades and still value human connection at the center of it. Frank and his crew are top notch, they did a complete rebuild of my interior on my 2025 ram 1500, look like it came out of the show room, the body looks brand new, it rides better then it did when I drove it off the dealer lot. They fixed my vehicle as promised with no issues or concerns.They were very prompt and on schedule when it was time to pick my car up. He followed up by keeping me informed of the progress of my car. The entire establishment was very professional. They were able to accommodate car rentals from enterprise. My car was in an accident requiring auto body repair. Mike, Frank and Liz were beyond helpful throughout the entire process. They took photos uploading them along the way and were in communication with me throughout the entire process. The work they did was outstanding, making my car look brand new when compete. This place was *so* helpful when getting an estimate after my car was in an accident. I found them through the State Farm approved shops list and they were the only shop that was able to take my car in that day! Everyone else said it would be weeks to get us in! On top of that, when it became clear that the car was totaled, they were kind enough to pull all of my items out (including my plates) and hold onto them for a few days when I was able to come get them.
Their communication and kindness was very appreciated, especially during such a stressful situation!

I came in to get an estimate to fix a broken side view mirror. The work was done but when I came to pick up the car only the cap of the mirror had been replaced and not the broken turn signal or another broken piece underneath. Nobody mentioned anything to me and if I hadn't checked they would have been happy to see me go. When I told them the entire mirror had not been fixed, they gave no apology, only a story about how all cars are different and vw's are complicated and their mirrors have multiple parts. How is that my concern??? I really didn't understand how a reputable autobody shop didn't know to make sure it has all the parts to it needs to fix something. I was then given an estimate for the remaining parts and was told I wouldn't be charged for the labor. When I went back to get the missing parts put on, they were good about getting it done quickly and the mechanic did a fantastic job. However, they then tried to charge me $50 more than what I was originally told. Long story short I was not pleased with my experience, poor management and lack of attention to detail really hurts this place. I wouldn't recommend it.

Frank is great. I have had work done on my car and my wife's car and everything is done right the first time. His prices are reasonable and fair. Frank is perfect for both body and engine work. I would recommend him for any automotive need.
Absolute pleasure to deal with! All my personal and business vehicle issues are handled by Frank and his more than competent staff. Weather I need a brake job or body work it goes to Frank And Liz. After Having a THREE MONTH ordeal , going back and forth with brake repairs that were done at New Rochelle Auto Body I strongly would not recommend this shop for anything!!! After picking up my car for the Third time, I was assured by Frank Bombace that everything was fine. That same day I got stuck on 684 with my 6 year old daughter for one hour till a tow truck came. When I took it to another shop after evaluating my brakes I was lucky and thank God I did not have an accident! When I told Frank what happened he ignored me. His wife and partner Liz had the nerve to attempt to make excuses for the problem and when I ignored her she lunged at me like an animal calling me all sorts of names, BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Frank and all the people at NRAB are terrific. They picked me up and dropped me off and arranged and returned my rental for me. The car looked great, they even buffed out some scratches on the other side of the car and touched up all the little dings on the front bumper for me at no charge. Very friendly, very helpful.
