Excellent Service and Communication
I brought my wife’s car in to have a dent repaired, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team did a clean, professional job, and the repair work looks flawless. What really stood out was their communication—they kept me updated every step of the way, from when the part arrived to when the work was completed
I originally left a positive review but have since discovered a few things and feel I have to update. First of all I discovered that they had left a wrench attached to the wheel stabilization bar that caused the wrench to rub the inside of the tire during turns. Not to mention the damage it could have done to the underside of my vehicle or to cars behind me if it had fallen off while driving. The passenger side door was mis-installed requiring a new harness and caused a paint scape on the leading edge of the door. The hood was not installed properly and was mis-aligned with the fender panels. There is water intrusion somewhere on the passenger side where the panels were removed. Have not been able to get anyone to call me back despite repeated messages (that was an issue also when the car was being worked on: no updates, no calls to let me know there were going to be significant delays getting parts).
I was initially hesitant to bring my Tesla here since not every shop is equipped to handle electric cars properly. My car had been hit in the back, and I was worried about how it would turn out. To my surprise, Tedesco Auto Body did an amazing job, the repair was flawless, and you honestly couldn’t even tell anything had happened. The staff was friendly, professional, and really went out of their way to be helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and great service!
Five stars all around! I've come twice to this shop, both for tire issues. The first time was about a year ago when I had a nail in my tire, and they worked efficiently that I still made it to school. The second time, I had them re-evaluate my tires due to warnings on my dashboard, only to find that they're there's likely a sensor issue. I plan to come back if the issue ensues. Everyone that I've met have been so kind and professional.

Outstanding workmanship, Top-notch customer service, Transparency in communication. I personally consider Tedesco the industry standard for managing automotive damages, including thorough knowledge of the surrounding processes of how insurance, rental, and other services integrate in the process. And, my experience involved working on a Tesla Model X - certainly a complicated repair process for even the best Tesla Certified technicians - which they are.

I’ve been here twice due to low tire pressure, and both times the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly, and they fixed the issue in just 20 minutes, free of charge. Highly recommend this place for any car check-ups!
Tedesco did a great job. The price was exactly as estimated and it was completed on time. Car came back cleaned and Gabriel was accommodating enough to stayed a few minutes after closing since I was late picking up the car. The shop is immaculate. They are Tesla experts and your car will look like new.

My Tesla model Y had some damage done to the door. I brought it to a local body shop of mine to see if they could repair it but they weren’t Tesla certified. They told me to bring my car to Tedesco auto body. I ended up taking it there and working with Dario who was very helpful. They did a great job repairing the damage and my car came back cleaner then ever!! I’m Very happy with their work!!!
I only trust these guys!! I own a car rental business and ive used 40 different autobody shops, so i know what to expect and what the norm is. HANDS DOWN TEDESCO IS THE BEST MOST THOUGHTFUL AUTOBODY SHOP I HAVE EVER USED!!! It is the small things that make a difference.
1. I got my cars back and they were 100% detailed, im not talking car washed, im talking a $200 detail job, Ive never seen these cars shine like this, no other autobody shop has ever done that before, some will put it through a car wash when done, but this was professionally detailed.
2. The before pictures they take over every inch of the car are super helpful, they email the pics in a PDF and it is super detailed to what damage was already there before they touch it. Ive used them a few times already to show proof to customers.
3. They were super fast on my Rivian and they were average fast on my Tesla.
4. They went above and beyond touching up little things to be nice.
5. They did an amazing color match and it honestly looks better than when it was in the accident.
