Purchasing a vehicle is probably exceptional there. Hannah the service advisor is very friendly, Shaun the service manager is very kind, Joseph the general manager writes great emails. If you're looking for a solution for a damaged Vehicle, go somewhere else or buy Honda. Great looking location, good coffee and cookies tho.

1st time client and visit to this service center. On entry of the service area the exterior condition of vehicle is captured with detailed images. Service Advisor Peter met us at our vehicle on entry. Nice dad jokes to break the ice. We explained the reason for our appointment. The check-in process was smooth. We waited onsite during the service appointment. We suspected it would not be a long visit. We were out in a reasonable time. Waiting area was comfortable and quiet. Check out included explanation of work and a video done by technician.
For a 1st visit we were very satisfied with the communication prior to visit and while waiting we were informed of the progress of the vehicle. We will continue to provide updates of future visits.

I had the absolute best experience at Audi New Rochelle. I called in for a car that I saw on cars.com. I was interested in this car, but lived two states away. I lucked up and got Jason as my go to person (although I'm sure all the staff there is amazing) He was extremely communicative. He called me multiple times, made sure everything was ironed out before I got to New Rochelle, I mean the whole works. As a woman, I always worry that people will try to take advantage of me. Jason's only goal was to make sure I was happy. I left there ecstatic. He even called me weeks after the sale to make sure the car was good and I was still happy. Such a good genuine guy. I am buying all of my cars from here moving forward. All of the staff are true professionals that provide white glove service. And it truly matters when you are purchasing a vehicle.

The best dealership I have EVER been to! Very clean and looks new, full with inventory!!! I was looking for a vehicle from BMW and also Benz and I was so happy I finally went to Audi. Now all three of those cars are nice, but I like to spend my money at a dealership with great salesman. In short, something came up and I ended up not purchasing a vehicle at this moment, but I have to say Diego was AMAZING by far! He is a super kind, professional and has a great personality. I've been bringing my 2016 Audi A6 into New Rochelle Audi for several years now. They are the gold standard in professionalism and customer service. They treat me as if I bought it from them and it's a great feeling to know that the car is being worked on by professionally trained Audi technicians. I had neglected bringing the car in and it was in bad shape but they took it without a reservation and gave it back to me like new. Now my car should last me another 100,000 miles. Great job guys!!!

So. Everything did not go smoothly. We had some hiccups during the buying process. Most of the issues were that I was buying the car in my company name, and that made taxes and financing much more difficult. BUT... They stayed calm and handled the situation like professionals, and we got it done. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They were diligent about not losing the deal, and even though it was a far departure from the normal deal, they finished it up, and in the end, it went smoothly. Thanks to AL AND JOSE.
