$2,000 for slow mediocre service?! $250 Diagnostic check is insane after I told them exactly what was wrong with my car in the first place. They charged me $700 for a used alternator that wasn't even worth $170! Then $220 for a small battery that was worth half that! I HAD TO TEACH THE "MECHANIC" HOW TO TAKE THE KEYS OUT WHEN THEY GET LOCKED INSIDE OF THE IGNITION! Then they had the audacity to charge themselves $900 in labor fees for a job that takes 1hr45min at most! Ridiculous. Terrible experience.
