Excellent and timely service at a great price.

I had an absolutely best experience with this garage. They kept in touch and called me on every thing that was being done. They went above and beyond most garages I would definitely give them more than five stars that you’re allowed. Hopefully, I won’t need them again, but if I do, I’m there.

I highly recommend Town Line Auto for any collision related needs. Town Line was able to quickly take care of my situation which involved someone backing into my car. The other party was at fault (and claimed to be at fault), so luckily it was handled entirely through their insurance. The turnaround time was very quick, the workmanship on my car is top notch, and despite a minor hiccup at the end where my key-fob needed to be re-programmed (2021 Gen 10 Civic), I had no issues at all. Lastly, they have specialists that they work with for Japanese cars (Subaru, Honda, and likely others) as these cars have a lot of modern sensors for lane assist, adaptive cruise control, etc. which they are able to handle entirely in-house. I was recommended Town Line by others, and I highly recommend Town Line to anyone who needs work done especially if insurance companies are involved. Communication was easy, clear, and the turnaround time was excellent.

Been using townline for years for routine maintenance. Recently took a car in for repairs after an accident. They are always helpful and on time or better. Never had an issue with any work they’ve done. Strongly recommended.

Incredibly happy with my service at Town Line Auto! I was in an accident in my brand new truck and they made the repair process extremely streamlined and headache free! Cannot recommend townline auto enough! I've had two repairs done to my car, first a deer and then a parking lot scratch and dent. Each time, my car looks and feels brand new. The whole team really makes a stressful process so easy, they are always available for questions and do excellent repair work. And, to top it all off, they detail the inside and outside of your car after a big repair. Its rare you find a place where every single staff member you come across is kind & competent.

I can't thank Town Line enough for their collision repairs made to my car, after someone hit me in a parking lot. They made everything seamless, from dealing with estimates and repairs, to getting information over to my insurance, and setting up my rental car with Enterprise. (Special shout out to Tracy). Aside from the collision work, I recently woke up on a chilly morning to find that my car didn't want to start. Went to Town Line, and would have gladly given them the business, but it was discovered that my battery that I got from a local dealership was only 7 months old, and therefore under warranty. They still checked everything out for me and ran tests, before I sadly limped my car over to the dealership, reluctantly. Upon getting to the dealership, I was told that I cannot get my battery replaced as a "quick service", and would have to schedule a date/time to come back to have the battery tested to see if it failed per the warranty. I, obviously, was upset at the fact that I had to drive my car home on a practically dead battery, then drive back the following day, IF my car even started, in order to jump through these hoops. Nobody there seemed to care. It's protocol of the dealership. And THAT is the problem. (I did get my car to start, and got my free battery after the test showed it failed. Shocker 🙄). To make this VERY long story short, the kind of caring and service you get from the folks at Town Line, vs. the coldness and uncaringness you get from a dealership, are a drastic difference. I even received a voicemail from Town Line the next day, (shout out Andrew), just making sure that I got my battery and everything went smoothly. THAT'S the kind of service you get at Town Line.

I can’t thank this body shop enough for the incredible job they did on my car after I hit a deer. From the moment I brought it in, the staff was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything as stress-free as possible. The quality of the work is outstanding—my car looks brand new again, and you’d never know it had been damaged. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

Town Line is fantastic! I had three separate claims running at once on my Ram 2500 truck. Town Line did an extraordinary job fixing her up - hood, roof and both sides of the bed. My truck is now back home and gorgeous. She looks brand new! Definitely recommend the team at Town Line!

Just had body work done on my 2024 Silverado. Has less then 9500 miles on it. Struck a deer in the right front headlight/fender area. I brought the truck to them. Set up a drop date. The rental car was at the shop when I arrived. Gave me an estimated date of completion. They were able to beat the scheduled date. When I got there the truck was detailed and ready. I looked over before leaving. Ian extremely happy and impressed. The paint blend was spot on. I would and have suggested them to others who need work done. They also completed my inspection. Thank you I’m very happy. Hats off to the staff and Tracy. You all made this painless.

Highly recommend town line auto for your auto Needs... tires, body work, maintenance... They do it all, and they are super kind. My truck went in for repairs after hitting a deer. It had significant right front damage. Because it was only 2 months old, I asked that they use only Ford OEM parts for the repair and they did. Although I’m impatient, Tracy was kind and knowledgeable every single week when I called her asking about it. And she always called me back if I called when she wasn’t at her desk. She took care of everything in regard to having the insurance adjuster going directly there to inspect the damages. I can’t say enough about how professional Tracy is. The Townline crew also knocked it out of the park with the repairs. The truck looks like brand new. I couldn’t pick out a single flaw, and I searched. Everything lines up right too. They all did a fantastic job!! I highly recommend Townline for all your needs when it comes to mechanical and/or body work!! Thank you so much Townline!!

I brought my car here to get an inspection. They came out 20 minutes later with a quote for $650 to replace the rear brakes if I want to pass due to "rusty rotors". I told them, no, and took the car back. Took it to another shop 2 days later with no changes and passed with flying colors. No mention at all about the rotors or anything wrong with it at all, as I thought before I brought it to Town Line. You can take what you want from this interaction but I, for one, will not be taking any vehicle here to be worked on and I certainly won't be suggesting this place to anyone.

Had excellent body work done on two occasions. Recently had Tire Rack tires mounted & balanced. Can't say enough about the efficient and friendly service experience. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. No need to bring your car to a dealership when this place does it all. I was quoted $150 more at the dealership than I was at Townline. The front reception staff was super friendly, thank you Kathy! Justin in service was very thorough and his crew did an amazing job on my car. No exaggeration, my car came out feeling newer than when I pulled off the lot. Thank you for being a reliable and trustworthy auto shop.

The driver's window on my 1978 Lincoln Town Coupe was stuck in the down position and I was heading out of town for the weekend. I stopped by Town Line having never been there before and they graciously agreed to store the car indoors until the needed parts arrived the following week. They called me to update me when they had received the parts and were going to take apart the door panel. Bear in my mind, this is now a 45 year old car and it's easy to break clips, plastic pieces, etc. when taking things apart. It's also not common knowledge how the window regulators and associated parts on these cars work. Upon picking up my car, the door panel looked like it had never been apart - this is a good thing! - and my power window up / down was now functioning like new. In summary, I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work and ability to accommodate storage of my vehicle on such short notice. I also thought the price of labor for the work performed was reasonable. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend.
