I had both my cars serviced this week. My very expensive Audi at Audi Hawthorne and my Wrangler at Croton Auto Park. The experience couldn’t have been more different. Audi was awful and Croton Auto was incredible. Nancy does all their scheduling and she always answers the phone right away, very friendly and helpful. Arrived for my appt and Mike gave a warm welcome, asked a few questions, grabbed my key and sent me on my way within 2-3 min. Followed up later in the day as he promised and car was ready when he said. 10/10 all the way around.

I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The team was fast, transparent, and consistently clear in their communication. Even though I was buying a used truck, I genuinely felt treated with the same care and attention as someone purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Brianna was incredibly helpful in gathering all the preliminary information and quickly connecting me with the right people. But the real standout was Ethan. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort to make everything smooth and worry-free were exceptional. Buying a used car can sometimes feel like a gamble, especially sight unseen, but Ethan went above and beyond to make the process feel comfortable, safe, and fully trustworthy. When I arrived to pick up the truck, everything was exactly as described—smooth, efficient, and handled with real pride in their work. The Ram 3500 Laramie I purchased feels practically new, and I couldn’t be happier. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Ethan—you’ll be in great hands.

The absolute worst experience ever. I bought a Ram in February and have literally been in the shop or having my truck towed (at my own expense) since. They expect the customer to pay for their negligence and don’t actually repair the car they ;create a paper trail. So far within the last 6 months I’ve had the thermostat , water pump, and alternator replaced twice -as well as electrical issues and other safety hazards .Nancy’s first line of defense is for the customer to pay so she avoids directing your calls to someone who can assist. Better off buying a car from Matilda’s father. UPDATE: When I called the number below from Croton, it was a Lifeline number for elderly support. Like stated above in my original complaint, Croton has not been helpful with addressing my concerns. I’ve made two calls to Croton’s main line today and was informed by Nancy that the service technician needs to receive a report for another technician and one of them will call me. It’s going on two hours of waiting for an update on a car they had in the service shop for over five weeks.

Horrible experience. Purchased my Ram truck seven months ago and have had way too many issues. The dealership has had to service my car more than a few times with no loaner or rental to support me while my car is inoperative. On top of paying for a car I can not drive, I am also paying for rentals due to the dealership selling me a truck that they can not fix. I would highly recommend going to another dealership for your car. The owner has been contacted multiple times with no response back to a unsatisfied customer. I wish I never stopped at this dealership to purchase a truck. The sales and service teams lack transparency and appears to be dishonest when inquiring about my truck updates. Please do not go to here for a car purchase or service!

I’ve been a big fan of ram and have bought all my vehicles here, I’ve never needed service. This past month I had motor issue in my 23 ram. I thought I’d have no worries since I bought the extended warranty but an easy path wasn’t in my future. The service department lied to me from the minute the truck was towed to them, The communication is terrible everyone there gave self-serving responses and I spoke to a bunch of people trying to get clarification. In the end they did the minimum repair, the warranty and service here are very bad.

Took my car for an oil change and mentioned a strange noise. They didn’t even check it the first time, then after a week said it was the turbo and fixed it. While updating the radio, they broke part of my rear camera. They promised to replace it, said the part had arrived, then canceled the appointment saying they never had it. Now I’ve been without a camera for over two months because of their mistake. Terrible service and very unfriendly staff.

I wanted to take a moment this morning to leave a sincere thank you to Jay Miller and Chris in the Finance Department at Croton Auto Park. My family has been coming here for years and Jay has always been our "go to" whenever we’ve needed anything car related. Most recently, I found myself in a very difficult situation after my nephew was involved in an accident which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next, but the first person we called was Jay. As always, he made the entire process seamless, supportive and stress free! Chris worked his magic behind the scenes and got us approved with ease. I picked up the truck last night! Less than one week. I am incredibly grateful for both of you, for your professionalism, your kindness, the laughter and the way you show up for your customers. Thank you for helping me through such a challenging time. I had a fantastic experience buying my new truck here. My salesman Jay knew all about my Ram truck, both inside and out, and was extremely helpful and courteous. I got a fair price on the truck and the process was quick and smooth. They really helped with the trade in value of my older truck, even with a transmission issue. I would highly recommend this dealership as they will treat you like part of the family. Thanks to Jay and the team for all your help!

What’s the point of having an appointment for repairs when they neglect to even look at your car for two days. No phone calls, no follow up. It would still be sitting there if I didn’t reach out to inquire. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything before but the level of incompetence and indifference displayed by the service department is second to none. If you value your time or have any self respect at all please steer clear of Croton Auto Park.

Just bought a Certified Pre Owned 2021 Ram 1500 from Gabrielle and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Spent two weeks prior looking around and so many places post a price online but when you get there all the hidden fees and car salesmen shenanigans pop up… prep fees, reconditioning fees, can only give it to you for that price if you finance through them, someone was very interested in this vehicle yesterday, and so on. My initial contact with Gabrielle was an email and she responded immediately with a follow up phone call and sent me a couple extra photos I requested. We agreed on a price and sent me a copy of the bill of sale. The next day we drove the 2 hours upstate to finalize the paperwork and take ownership of the truck. Tax, title, inspection and dmv fees were the only additional added. There was no last minute changes or hard push to sell an extended warranty. It’s a family owned dealership and it showed with how personably eveyone was. I would highly recommend stoping by if your looking to buy a car.

Croton Auto Park has always been a trustworthy place to purchase Stellantis products. My mother purchased our families first car from this dealership back in 2000, so when I was looking for a new Dodge, I knew where I wanted to go. Carl and Jay are the guys!!! Both are transparent, honest and trustworthy. And if you have any issues after purchase, they’ll take care of it without any hassles. I can speak on this personally. The customer service here is fantastic. Whenever the day comes that I become a father, I’ll make sure to purchase my Durango from here. The only problem is that by then, both Carl and Jay will probably be retired by then. But I’ll be back for sure.

Dismissive rude uncaring front desk people, and mechanics that had to work on the car three times over to fix a basic issue over FIVE WEEKS! Their failure to do their job required that I rent a car in order to get to my job. The service manager is a nepo baby; his daddy apparently owns the dealership. Clearly, he is over his head in the job. He’s gone two hours before they supposedly close on Fridays and voicemail messages are never returned. If I ran my business like this, I would be living on the street. It will be interesting to see what happens when the new Jeep dealership opens down county and people have more choices as to to whom they trust their vehicles for service and repairs. If you fail to execute your job effectively show some contrition and maybe even apologize. Don’t expect that from C(R)AP. Crap indeed. 🤮

I have to say the team at Croton Auto Park was great when we recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for my mother. Croton Auto Park had the truck we were looking for but was a little out of the way. We decided to check it out and we were impressed with the vehicle and the team. My sales guy Micheal who also happens to look like professional comedian Bill Burr… was wonderful. We worked with Chris to get mom the numbers she wanted to pay and we closed the deal. The whole team congratulated her and mom even got her first rubber duck for her jeep. It was a great experience, what car buying should be. Thank you for all the help.

The Croton Jeep service department is one of the best places I have brought my car. The honest service, friendly people, make it very comfortable knowing they don’t rip you off. Have three Jeep’s in our family and my kids travel from Stamford just to get their car serviced here. And the always friendly Nancy who makes your service appointments is the best!

Awesome guys!! Very smiling and responsive. Bought a dealer certified 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. When I was driving my car, I felt that I did not have enough air. When I got home, I pulled out the cabin air filter. Thanks to the tech team! You have left me a wonderful reminder of the car's previous owners, now I own a small piece of wealth straight from Florida where the car was before coming to New York. Magic bubbles on the hood when buying?! You said nonsense when I bought the car, we will fix it in three days, you just have to come to our service! I came back two weeks later to fix the broken leather on the steering wheel of the car and the broken speaker in the driver's door in one. It's been 4 days. The leather on the steering wheel was somehow glued, the speaker still wheezes. Another month passed (bubbles on the hood, of course, no one did). The start-stop system failed. Came back to these great guys! Great job! The faulty battery was replaced very quickly. But apparently they really did not want to part with me, so for one they broke the climate control in the car. And how responsible people offered to give me a ride to the train station so I could go home and pick up the car sometime when they could fix it. While I'm sitting here, the technicians promised to find the cause of the breakdown. I love these guys!

Had the best experience I’ve ever had by far at any dealer, at this dealership! I must commend ToniAnn in the office for her support, kindness, and patience through a pickle we had to overcome before getting my new vehicle! She was on top of it and so friendly! I am so grateful for her consistency and help! I’ve never had such a positive experience with someone in that type of environment! Also, Chris in finance, and Paul my salesman, were GREAT as well! Such a friendly, welcoming, and confident dealership. As a young woman, I am so pleased and happy I made the switch to them from my previous dealer! Horrible. Run around. Took more then a full week to just get an appointment. They did not even look at it the day of the appointment. Second day charge me for fuel filters that from the picture attached looks as though was never changed. Charged me for a diagnosis that is covered under warranty. Made me do all of the homework about the warranty. complained to me that she spent time making phone calls when I gave her all the information for the warranty including a claim number. Told me the part would take a few weeks to get but truck is safe to drive not to worry just come and get the truck. The next day not even 24 hours later truck driven less then 50 miles here I am stuck on the side of the road (Route 9 no less) took 3 hours to get towed. Vehicle clearly states from pictures that filters were not changed. The truck clearly was not safe to drive as it lost all power on a major highway. What a disgusting excuse for a business On top of it all she wanted to charge me over 300 for WARRANTY service when I have a $100 dollar deductible. Pitiful. I will surely be disputing their 657 dollar bill Don’t go there save yourself a headache Horrible

I purchased my first vehicle with them in 2012, a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great experience start to finish. I put 142k miles on that SUV and it was never in the shop for anything more than general maintenance. So, when i was looking for a new vehicle, I went back to them yesterday and as expected, I walked out with another vehicle, a Jeep Cherokee Limited. Roberto was a pleasure to work with even though he was fairly new there. Smiled all day long and fulfilled all my expectations. Vinny got me the financing and completed the transaction in a great manner. If you are in need of a new/used vehicle and want an easy transaction, stop by and see Roberto, Vinny and the staff and you won't be disappointed! UPDATE to above purchase: I purchased a 2015 Cherokee Limited that had some issues that couldn't be taken care of in house. To make things right, Vinny took back the vehicle with no questions and got me into a 2016 Cherokee Limited. The owner and staff made things right and that said, completely earned my trust. There was no back and forth once it was determined the vehicle had an electrical defect. I had a new vehicle within one day and it's been smooth sailing ever since. They have a committed customer going forward!

I've had my personalized Jeep Compass for just over a month now. I love it so much. I am so glad I made this purchase. My brother has previously purchased two vehicles here and was pleased with the service as well. Jay was great! He was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. He never made me feel like less of a person (because I'm female) like some other local dealers have. When my car was delivered to the dealership and I came in to sign the paperwork, everything was all ready for me. I was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely deal with them again.

After visiting many dealerships over the past few weeks, I can honestly state that this dealership was by far the best. Top Notch in my eyes! They treated you like family. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the all the vehicles and really took their time to explain all the features. Jason, the General Manager, was very personable and answered all my questions and concerns. Bill, the Sales Manager, was honest and fair. Jay, the Sales Representative, delivered the exact car I wanted and at the price promised with no hidden agenda. Chris, the Business Manager, explained all the financial information regarding my lease which put me at ease that there were no hidden costs. I have purchased and leased many cars in my lifetime and by far Croton Auto Park made me feel very comfortable and confident about my lease. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know and i will definitely return for future purchases.

Was in the market for a Charger for a couple of months when I found this car at Croton. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful. Especially understanding that I was 3+ hours away from there location. Once I made the initial contact, we discussed and hashed out the details over the phone and email. When we finally came to an agreement I made my trip the following night after work. Upon arriving the car was parked out front and all clean and ready to go. The sales associate greated me at the door, gave me an initial walk around of the vehicle than offered a cup of coffee while he made the final arrangements. All paperwork was pretty much finished when I arrived. The whole purchase took under 20 minutes as they knew I had a far drive home. I was 100% happy with my purchase from Croton and would gladly purchase another vehicle from them.

Just purchased a 2017 wrangler from Croton Auto Park! My salesman, Jay, was incredibly helpful and patient. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and remembered us each time we went in. Jay knows his stuff and made sure the car I was buying was what I needed and was in my best interest. For jeeps, Jay was a pro and knew the ins and outs of what I was looking for.
