I went to Bucci Auto Body after accidentally denting both doors on the passenger side of my truck at a construction site. I went to them and 4 other body shops nearby for quotes and turnaround time. Bucci had the best price and with their reliable reputation and reasonable turnaround time, I decided to go with them.
I’m normally skeptical of the lowest initial bid (because in my experience it resulted in substandard work or change orders that cost more) but Bucci did the work perfectly so im glad to have gone with them in this instance. They did the work at a quality consistent with other reviews here and I was very pleased to have gone with them.
Bucci replaced both passenger doors on my truck completely and fully. The owner John Park was excellent to work with and very accommodating on scheduling the work (I dropped the truck off when traveling out of town). Each door looked brand new when done and matched the original manufacturers’ colors. If you are needing auto body work in Lower Westchester, you won’t go wrong going with Bucci.

So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with insurance and the repair process. He even helped me with a temporary fix to my banged up vehicle and the rental process. Had an issue with the AC in my car. I worked directly with John and he was great. Professional, excellent communication and worked with my insurance directly which made things very easy. They had my car fixed within a few days. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10! The work and service was great. My car was brand new, fresh off the lot, until one day it got hit while it was parked! I was so upset because I thought it would never be the same, but fortunately I was wrong. Bucci’s made it look like nothing happened. It still remains as a brand new car. So happy!

Great experience from start to finish. We met with John and Shaw to get an estimate on the damage. They were very courteous, understanding and efficient. They quickly took pictures, collected some information and gave us an estimate to be presented to car insurance company. Later we dropped off the car for repairs, got a rental car arranged. They did a great job as promised and on time. Called us to give a heads up that the car will be ready on Friday and yes it was. They workmanship was excellent. Cannot tell if the car was damaged. Will recommend this shop to friends and family any day! John and Shaw and the crew are very polite and respectful.
Bucci's is probably the best auto body shop I've ever been to. They offer honest and quality service that lets you feel like you're not getting bamboozled as you walk out the door. I worked with John to have my highlander rear body panel and bumper fixed and repainted, and they finished the vehicle a couple days earlier than estimated.
The speed unlike most other places I've been to doesn't mean a poor job. Their work was immaculate. Beyond that Thier customer service is awesome and really went above and beyond to make the already hectic process easier.
I really can't say enough about these guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that may need some body work done. I definitely am glad I've found them here in Ardsley, and will use them exclusively for any repairs in the future.

John, Shah and crew take excellent care of their clients. I was referred by my neighbor in the city, it is easily worth going to Ardsley to have the customer service I experienced. Shah drove me to the Enterprise up the road that I wouldn’t have to wait for them to come get me. Will return (but hopefully not soon)!
This was our first time using Bucci Auto Body for a front end collision and insurance claim through State Farm. I have to say it was the most painless and pleasurable experience I’ve ever had with an auto body company and insurance claim. They handled everything directly with State Farm quickly and walked me effortlessly through the process. They even gave me a ride over to enterprise.
Their work was top notch, our BMW looked brand new after new parts, painting, buffing, and finishing was done.
Something I thought might take a couple months took a week after the estimate and drop off. They treated me like I was there #1 customer and I can’t recommend them enough!
This was my second time working with Buccis Auto Body. This time my 2020 BMW X4. There’s a reason I went back to Bucci's. I worked with Sean this time, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I received a call every few days providing me with an update. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, where we were in the process, etc. They also fixed something small not related to the accident, which was a nice touch. Bucci's Auto Body was great. I brought my truck there after I was side swiped while my car was parked at my house. Shah made the process quick and easy. My car was fixed quicker then I though it would take. The even drove me to pick up and drop off my rental. Best experience I've had with a body shop. Would definitely recommend them.
Good work, quick response time. Brought in my X5 after a hit and run. They gave me a quote on the spot, dropped off the car a few days later, got it back in less than a week. Overall good experience. The guys I dealt with, Kyle and Sha were very helpful.
This is one of the best auto body shops that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The owners, the Bucci brothers, are gentlemen who I felt truly care about their customers. They have been a fixture in Ardsley for years as I am told. Our vehicle had some extensive damage to two doors and Bucci's auto was able to quickly get it repaired and they did a fantastic job. They knew that I was paying for a rental out of pocket because I didn't bother to get rental coverage from my insurance. Bucci did a great job to get the repairs done. Given that I live in the neighborhood, I will definitely continue to go them for all of my future auto body work. I highly recommend them.
Bucci’s is a really terrific body shop. They helped convince my insurance company to pay much more than originally estimated to fix my car. Gave me great advice, did a super job on the car and were honest and helpful through the process. Highly recommended.
