They are efficient. They estimate the timeframe to do the job accurately. They do honest work. Others referred me here, and I've been happy each time I've needed something. They don't upsell.

This brief experience was terrible. I walked in, the clerk just looks at me, so I say "Hello." He quips, "Hey." as if I'm the worker and he's the customer. He doesn't ask how he can help me, he just stares - so, I already knew what he was doing. So, I asked him if anyone was available to do a basic oil change. He says, "No." I knew he was refusing to service me because I'm a Black. So, I just say "Okay." He goes, "We're backed up today, we can't." There wasn't a SINGLE soul in the waiting room. There wasn't a SINGLE car in their open garage - NOT ONE! But, in true racist fashion, his behavior defied all reason and logic. The goal of a business is to turn a profit. He would rather deny me service because I'm Black. He didn't suggest, "Oh, if you come back at such and such time tomorrow we can help you." - NOTHING. This behavior was purposefully insulting and disrespectful. In short, if you're African-American, or any person interested in fairness, equality and justice don't come here.

We rarely write Google Reviews - but Ardsley Tire's honesty, speed, and thoughtful service make them an asset to Ardsley and the Rivertowns for anything tire-related, inspections, and more. Highly recommended.

I swear to God I found my mechanic shop for the rest of my life. These people are so genuine and honest. Not forgetting that they work efficiently and fast to give you your vehicle back better than it ran before. I came to them in the summer time and spent A decent amount for them to do a beautiful job on many things That was wrong with my vehicle. Their customer service is on point. And they won't give you the run around for sure. They made me feel comfortable and they work well Together. I highly recommend this mechanic shop for anyone in the area or beyond the area. Went in today to get a state inspection done. He called me shortly afterwards saying that all 4 of my tires were bald and couldn't pass my inspection. I know my tires need replacing soon but they were nowhere near bald and has enough thread left to pass. The wear markers were not showing and I still have more than 2/32" in two adjacent major tread grooves as required by the DMV. He tells me when I got there that it was the inside of all four tires were bald. I didn't know that was a requirement but he then said I had to pay $37 for the failed inspection. I asked him whether he will charge me again if I bring it in with the fix and he said yeah he will charge me like $20. Most decent places would just say get it fixed and bring it back and won't double charge. I am attaching a picture of my supposed bald tires.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. After dealing with a dealership and a chain tire store and being spoken down to at both, I was beyond happy to have found Ardsley Tire. From the first phone call through pick-up, I was treated with respect and like I was family. I have already recommended them to my friends, if they ever need tires or repairs.

Always a great experience. I had a rattling sound under my car which they fixed in short order and the price was extremely reasonable. Always a pleasure to use Ardsley Tire.

Flat tires are always a surprise, but especially so when it occurs a few hours before the family’s aiming to depart for the beach. Typically that’s no good, but with these guys on the team, it was noooo problem. They quickly ordered up our tire, were transparent about the likelihood of it arriving on time, and kept in touch. They even had it swapped out before the originally estimated time — unreal! I’m very excited to have found my new tire shop. You can’t go wrong here. Great shop.

I had my oil changed and supposedly fluids checked. However, after two or three window swipes, windshield fluid was gone. I live in town my windows don’t get dirty. Makes me question all of their work.

We had our car towed to Ardsley Tire for a flat. We were informed the next day that the tire was unfixable, and it wasn't worth it to replace just the one tire and it was best to replace all 4. We are conscious shoppers who read reviews and compare prices before pulling a trigger on any big purchase. Unfortunately, we were also away from home and felt pressured to give Ardsley Tire the go ahead or else we couldn't leave our car at their shop for 3 days. After we returned, not only did we notice that they installed a different model of tire at a higher cost, but also that we paid a 37 percent premium on the tires compared to multiple other online and retail outlets. Cherry on top: almost 30 dollars in credit card processing fees! Needless to say, please do your research before pulling the trigger at Ardsley Tire. We'll take our and our family's business elsewhere going forward, because supporting small business should not come at such heavy premiums.

Went in for a carco inspection for my insurance. Called ahead made an appointment the same day like an 1 hr in advance. Got there little early which wasn’t a problem. The Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Did the inspection took pictures and was in and out in about 10 min.

One of the tires was leaking air, called here for the tire repair in the morning. Front desk told me that they are available now and to come. I went, he told me that they are busy and come back at 1:30 pm. At 1:30, I called again no one picked up, wanted to go and check in any case and now they told me to come back at 3pm. I want to make business with local shops, seriously. However, this is not how you make people come back to your shop.

Loved this auto shop! I had my car towed here because my tire rod broke and they fit me in. My car was fixed the same day I dropped it off and the work was great and the guys were very polite. I will be bringing my son's car here soon. I definitely recommend Ardsley Tire Connection & Auto Repair!

We’re relatively new here, but have used Ardsley Tire five times for different services. The prices are fair, the people are lovely and attentive, and they do quality work. This spot seems like a true community staple, and I love that!

I had to replace my spark plugs, could, and coolant leak. And I had a very honest conversation with the guy who runs it. Great conversation, and great service. I have not ever used this spot before. First impression was impressive.

I’m pretty jaded when it comes to these auto repair operations. Like everyone else I’m been screwed over too much by lowlife car repair establishments. It’s beyond hard to find a good one. Too notch doesn’t even come close totally to fully describing Tom and his operation. He’s HONEST to a fault. One of the best mechanic shop owners in Southern New York. His crew also does damm fine work. He has my business forever! Go talk to him for yourself and see. If you’re any sort of alive above the neck you’ll instantly recognize the good human that he is.

Came in for an emergency tire repair. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. They addressed the problem and fixed it ASAP. Honest work at an honest price. Highly recommended

This is a rockstar service center! In every way - from service to price to workmanship. In fact, it has been decades since I experienced anything like Ardsley Tire & Auto Repair. Friendly, a facility that's clean and pleasant. Work rates are reasonable and posted in plain view. About prices: Forget the "discount" tire stores. They advertise a price not including all the add-ons. (Whaddya gonna do, mount them yourself?) By the time you're done, the tires are much more expensive than advertised. I went in for a repair and ended up buying a set of tires at a price that was about the same as the discounters. As a bonus I got quick service and zero hassle. The A+ experience started with the first phone call. A bright, cheerful young woman answered and gave the details I needed. The young man who owns the business was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. They got the work done when they said they would. I've lived in Ardsley 20 years and had barely a dim awareness this place was even here. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS. These young folks care about delivering service, quality, and customer respect at a great price. A rare thing!

Highly Recommend. I was in Town for a meeting, and had car trouble. Everyone I spoke to at Ardsley Tire was AWESOME. Friendly, professional, trustful, and responsive. I wish they were located where I live ... they would have all of my business!

Update- I’m back to leave another SHINING review of these guys (and girl!). A random light came on unrelated to the service I received from Ardsley Tire, but was for my brakes so I gave a quick call and they insisted I stop in ASAP to have it looked at. When I arrived and the light had disappeared- but they still insisted they take a look, and squeezed me in right away. They ran diagnostics and made sure everything was safe. Again topped of the fluids and even caught that my inspection was inspired. Really happy to know about this place and recommend 1000%. It’s the small town business model that deserves to be supported and their work and customer service should be commended! Original review- FANTASTIC! After a failed attempt at using a local chain tire store and being very disappointed. I decided to call Ardsley tire based on their great reviews... I’m so happy I did. The service was that of a small town shop you’d hope for. They were quick, efficient and very good about communication. They even checked things I didn’t ask for and did complimentary top offs on some fluids. They didn’t try and upsell anything- very honest! I’m happy to support a local small business and will definitely be back!

I have been going to Ardsley Tire for about 15 years when it had been owned by Nick. I was apprehensive to begin with someone new but boy was I wrong. Wonderful people, great service and as honest as they come. Fantastic experience!!

These guys are the best! Straight shooters with no bs. I went to dealership to get recall airbag changed and they told me I needed all kinds of stuff fixed. I went to Ardsley tire, they checked the list and changed out my brake lights for free. No charge!!!! They didn't even know that I was out of a job.Who does that nowadays? Thats why I always go there. Like I said these guys are good people. Highly recommend. God bless.

Bobby & Thomas are fantastic. I just finished paying my car off last week and a week later my check engine light illuminated on my dash board. You can only imagine my displeasure with how funny life can be at times. As soon as I entered the business they were very attentive. They even went the extra mile to reconfirm the diagnosis with my car. The customer service was top notch as well as the professionalism. They take the time out to explain so that you can understand the situation. They treat you like a human being. Definitely recommended.

Great experience, Nick and his family are very attentive, fair, and will only do the work that they feel needs to be done. I never felt taken advantage of. He is a straight shooter though and is very much to the point. However, he's always explained everything that I had doubts about. A great local repair shop. He will squeeze you in if he can, but they're always busy. I would recommend calling ahead and scheduling if you can.

First visit for oil change, inspection, tire rotation and new battery. Husband and wife running the place couldn't be nicer. They offer quick efficient prompt service at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

They are the nicest guys. I had a cut tire on my Audi and they gave me prompt service. They truly went out of their way to get me the best deal on a new tire. I would recommend them without question to anyone looking for new tires.
