Craig is amazing! Fair, honest and friendly, with very reasonable pricing. He's always been able to get me in on short notice.

My son was buying a van from a private seller, the whole sale of this vehicle was contingent on vehicle passing my state inspection. It supposedly passed. Then a week later my son went to get an oil change, the mechanic that changed the oil said it should not have passed. Why, it’s because there was a foot and a half of frame missing from rot. There was no way that put it on a lift or they would have seen it. Pretty negligent if you ask me. So there has been a SV form sent with pictures to DMV so they can investigate. This was wrong all day long.

Craig is seriously awesome. He always takes care of my mom’s car and mine when I’m in town. He fits us right in whenever we need help or service. He is affordable, efficient and super kind as well. Thank you for all the help over the years, Craig!

I had to have some tires installed on my girlfriend's car and they got us right in! We dropped the car off at 730am and the tires were installed before lunch time! I will be back in the future!

Wouldn’t do an inspection claiming my vehicle had “mechanical issues” and wouldn’t pass, took it to another shop next day and passed no problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BUSINESS. Craig was awesome, now I believe he’s a scam artist that just wants to take your money. Went for an oil change and my oil was leaking not even 1000 miles in, take your money elsewhere. He also likes to diagnosis issues without inspecting the cause of problem then refuses to fix the problem. Craig is awesome, very helpful and straight forward. Go here if you don’t wanna deal with shade tree mechanics, get quality work done, and ease your mind of your car troubles.

I ended up with flat tire. Was able to get my spare on. It was Friday 5 min after 5pm when I pulled into O'Connor Automotive. He was very helpful! Had my tire patched and back on with 20 min! This sign hangs behind the counter, this certainly applied for me on Friday. Ty so much!!!

I feel so fortunate to have taken my car to Palmyra O’Connor Automotive today. I am in the area on a short vacation and had car trouble on the way. The owner (I’m guessing) diagnosed the problem right away and arranged to make the repair for me the same day. He was professional and also kind and the rates were very fair. I rarely write reviews but my experience with O’Connor Automotive was great and I wanted to add my positive review to the many others (not surprising).

Craig is amazing! Always takes the time to answer my questions, oil changes are fast and very affordable. Always has a smile on his face. Large repairs are fairly priced and completed quickly. O'Connor Automotive is THE place I take my car, the first place I think of whenever someone needs a recommendation.

Stopped by on my way through town with a car full of kids with a flat. They took my car right back and I was on my way with in 10 minutes. Best flat tire experience ever. Quick and easy. Thank you so much!

On a recent trip from Seattle we hit a screw and had a flat, we called the shop and Craig was very helpful. 15 minutes later we arrived to his shop van full of kids, he was out front waiting for us. Faster than the kids could eat a pb&j sandwich he had everything patched up and we were back on the road. More than fair on pricing, we decided to pay him double what he quoted us because sometimes the service is more valuable than the work provided. Craig saved our day of activities in a beautiful little town!

Had two tires put on and Craig was super nice got me right in no scratching of the rims tires balanced nice. would go back again or recommend this shop.

Couldn't even balance my tires correct even doing them twice,took my car with no banging sound in it after taking it to just mount and balance tires ,every tire had weights stacked on top of each other with over 3 oz out on each tire ,also had a friend go there to have tires done and he left all the lugs loose on her wheels .wouldn't recommend

Craig is an honest, talented mechanic. He helped me out several times and is extremely reasonable, sometimes to the point of not charging me at all for little, but really important things--like when my windshield wiper wouldn't move on a very snowy day. His rates are reasonable, he's honest and works so I'm without my truck for the shortest time possible. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, he's friendly, too! Don't hesitate to visit his shop!
