Absolutely amazing guys. Got a flat tire on my truck and ironically pulled over in their lot. Even though it was after they closed Zach offered to help put the spare on, and ended up fixing the tire and putting it back on, which was very generous of him as he was pulling out as we got in. Will be getting work done here, thank you!
We have been going to Ken's for many years, and highly recommend him to anybody. They are honest, they don't sell you on extra or unnecessary work, are very reasonable, and they always do great work.
Ken and Zach have always been great to me, they tell me exactly what my car needs to be alright and nothing more. Zach even warns me about things that are wearing out and will need replacement in six months to a year that will be expensive so I'm prepared for the expense.
I am always pleased when I go to Ken's. I was having a hard time with another local auto repair shop. They were charging me an arm and a leg every time I went there which seemed to be monthly, and they didn't seem to care what it was doing to be financially. The prices are fair at Ken's and they explain things to me and tell me what is absolutely necessary to be fixed and what can wait a little while. I love that they are honest and actually care about their customers.
If you have any auto issues I would absolutely go to and trust Ken's Auto I have brought my van in several times to have work done and I cannot express how pleased I am with their service and especially their honesty. They could have easily charge me more on a few things but they didn't . They definitely have me as a lifelong customer! Don't make the mistake of bringing your vehicle anywhere else!

My family’s been going to Ken and Zach for years and they rarely have a problem diagnosing problems and fixing them in a hurry with a informative aditude. Daily part delivery’s and exponential service from a man that has been working on cars for decades, Small shop but over the top delivery. Would recommend to anyone with problems too big or too small.
Smaller shop on the edge of Wayne and Monroe counties run by a family. Very honest pricing, good comunication with the customer and high quality repairs. Skip the chain stores and let Ken do the repairs. You will not be disappointed.

I sent my son to Ken's with his Kia. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired within the time projected by the tech. Customer service was excellent in terms of communication and accommodation. Zack was the mechanic who worked on my son's vehicle. He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. He isbhappy with the results and says his car now "purrs like a kitten".

Went in for a simple oil change and that’s exactly what I got. Super quick with great service. Felt nice to get the service needed without them trying to sell me an air filter and other stuff. These guys 100% will not rip you off. Very very happy I went with these guys.

I have been coming to Ken's for over a year and a half now and they always take care of me. Honest, fair and great service! Won't charge you for services you don't NEED to have done. Trustworthy...I totally trust Ken and Zack for their opinions and knowledge on safety and repair issues, especially when searching for new vehicles.
It's hard to find a good automechanic who knows his trade well. Ken and his sons are not only great but uptodate on Modern automotive technology. On top of this they are honest and fair in their prices. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable automechanic, who does a great job, and is honest. His estimates are fair and accurate.
