Warren at Bumpertime was terrific! We had to reschedule the body work appointment several times and he just went with it!. He did a great job on my sad front end, fixed a smallish issue on the back and even painted a little scrap that only he and I could see. Pricing was very fair and the work was completed as expected. Oh - and what an absolutely charming man. Thank you Warren for a great experience
I initially called with questions regarding a bumper for my daughter's car. The team went above and beyond to provide pricing and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their helpfulness and the personal touch that made me feel secure and well taken care of.
Bumper Time did a great job repairing a long scratch and a crack in the bumper -- instead of replacing it (MUCH cheaper than the quote from another collision shop). Warren is super communicative, took photos to show me how the work was performed, he obviously cares about the quality of the work and treating customers like people.
If you want quality work for the money done by an honest and humble man, Go here. I’ve had work done by Warren multiple times (for my own service and stuff left on used cars by the previous owner.) He’s the best bang for the buck body man in this area, hands down.
Highly recommend this place. The owner is professional and does outstanding work. He did it in the exact time he promised. You would never know there was damage to my car after seeing what a phenomenal job this shop did.
Terrible service - After replacing a door and quarter panel, they forgot a couple screws and denied it. By the time we got back, we had already lost the mud guard and the door arm rest was unsecured. Unpleasant to deal with - Avoid at all costs.
