Had some issues with my Jeep Renegade a few weeks ago and these guys were able to get my Jeep in same day and fix the issue for a reasonable price. Everyone else was booked out several weeks. Definitely will be coming back.
My 2018 Rogue was repaired by Mike installing control arm left side lower ball joint and it was completed in the time he told me it would be along with an alignment. The job was done up to specs. They are all great people and I have made them my new repair shop for my car. They are all kind, pleasant and explain everything and if any other questions arise they are on top of taking care of everything. I give this repair shop five stars. Good work, great people and over all greatly satisfied.

Mr. Mike Sealy took time away from his work to help me repair a hole in my tire. I was on my way to work and had a flat. I went in to see if I could get help. Although he was extremely busy, his generous kindness allowed me to continue my days mission without delay. I am so very appreciative of him. He could've turned me away, but instead choose to solve my problem!
This service station is wonderful. First- the wait time is wonderful. You never have to wait long to be seen Second- outstanding problem solvers. They diagnosed the problem with my Impreza told me exactly what was needed to solve the problem. Kept me up to date on all the repairs. Let me know exactly what I need ( new tires). Charged me a very fair price and had my vehicle done in record time. I highly recommen Patterson's. The owners are exceptionally great at providing outstanding customer service. I will return to Patterson's whenever my cars need service. The station is beautifully remolded. I wish I could give 100 stars and 1 million likes. They are that good
A business that just opened its second location here in Lansing and they really saved the day for my car. I was able bring my vehicle in ASAP after my valve stem broke on my tire. Within minutes they brought my car up, patched my tire, replaced the valve, did an oil change and had me back on the road in no time. The cost for what I had was appropriate and the work was seamless.
As a person with high anxiety when it comes to cars, I was well taken care with their attention to detail and extensive knowledge on cars and maintenance. Definitely recommending to a friend 🙌
