Had scheduled a tow with them to have them take my vehicle to Waterloo with AAA on 12/11. First they said they would be able to pick it up that night and deliver it in the morning. then when I called them to explain where the key is going to be and they said they were getting delayed so it would be a few extra hours. I told them that is fine, as the night went on I had my coworker inform me when they arrive when it got to 2am in the morning I called them again for an update due to not being there to get my vehicle then they tell me that their tow truck driver was overworked so they will be delivering it first thing in the morning. Around 8:30 am 12/12 I check with my supervisor to see if there was any update if my car was still there or not when he told me it was I called them again and they said they are finishing up some other tows then will be right there to get mine. I asked them for a time frame so I can let my mechanic know and my supervisor know. They told me they will be there in an hour. 10:30 rolls around and I get a message from my supervisor informing me there is still no tow truck to pick up my car
They were an extremely kind and efficient with their retrieval of the car to be towed and the Driver Matt was phenomenal.

My driveway was damaged by tow truck/employee. Mike Huckle said he would pay out-of-pocket for repairs because he didn’t want to go through his insurance. I have provided him an invoice for the repairs and he has not paid and will not return my call.
My mom and I were driving to Vermont through New York State when she hit a deer and totaled the car. These guys showed up less than 5 minutes after State police asked for a tow truck and they even were nice enough to drop us off at the hotel right across the road from their shop AND helped us grab a bunch of our crap from the car to take the the room. I can’t remember what our driver’s name was but props to him for being a wonderful man.
Locked my keys in my car and had them back within 30 minutes from when I called. Mason came out to help me, was very professional and got my keys out in no time.

Had a tire go on the highway at night. Called Huckles and was quoted an hour wait, but only ended up being about a half hour because their guy on duty made a call and an off shift driver, Don Cook, made the decision to come out and help so I wouldn't be stuck on the side of the highway for that long. Don was an amazing guy (calm, professional, caring for my safety), and he got everything situated, with my car dropped off at a shop and me home by the time the original 1 hour quote would have been just for waiting for truck to arrive. Highly appreciate Huckle's and especially Don!
Called AAA after losing power steering in my vehicle. My driver, Mason, arrived very quickly and my vehicle made it safely to its destination!! Highly recommend!
Had a flat tire, called AAA and they sent Huckle’s to put on a spare. They were here within 30 minutes and Matt was excellent. Overall great service and very happy with the quick fix he did. Highly recommend!

My minivan unexpectedly died on the side of the road on a Friday night and they were able to tow it to its destination in one hour. Mason was polite when he called to let me know it had been towed. They made the whole process very easy.
Mason came out at 11 at night and popped my car open within a couple minutes with no issues. Real cool guy, fast service, no complaints of the time. Won’t be locking my keys in again lol
Mason is a fantastic person, he arrived promptly and pried the fender off the wheel as I thought I could drive it home. But it had no power, so mason took it to Donovan's garage for me and I just want to say you have a kind and helpful person representing your company. Just had Huckles come over and unlock my truck. My keys locked in it while I was cleaning it. They were very quick to get here and the guy who came over was great. I believe his name was Mason. If I got the name wrong I’m sorry but he did a excellent job and was a nice guy.

Mason towed our vehicle tonight. He was very pleasant and efficient. He went above and beyond to safely tow our vintage truck, which wouldn’t start. He arrived in a reasonable timeframe and took care of everything related to the tow. Mason represents Huckles very well. They are lucky to have him as a great representative of their company. I can't say enough good things about Mason about Huckle’s Towing. He truly went above and beyond when my car wasn’t starting. Not only did he arrive quickly and handle the towing efficiently, but he also made sure I felt safe and comfortable during the whole process. He stayed with me until everything was taken care of and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It's rare to come across someone so professional, kind, and genuinely caring.
Our truck wouldn’t start even with a jump on a Monday night at 6:45. Called Huckles and the lady on the phone was very friendly. Not even 15 minutes later the driver named Mason showed up and was very friendly and helpful. Got everything hooked up in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. 10/10 would recommend, thank you Mason!
Broke down really far from home and on the side of the highway. Called and was greeted by a friendly voice who was very helpful. They had the driver there faster than what was expected.
Matt was very courteous and friendly. Loaded my truck up and we were on our 50 plus mile journey. He got us home safe and took great care of my truck while loading and unloading. The price was very fair.
