These guys are top notch! Went to the dealership for some brakes and they gave me a quote that was wild. Cruised over to Apalachin Auto and I’m glad I did! Saved me a boat load and I got double the work done! It’s never easy to find a good mechanic but rest assured these guys are it! Can't say enough good things about these folks. We've been customers since they took over the business. Their work is exceptional and the only time we have had a problem, they have made it right immediately. They got a bad batch of batteries from a supplier and replaced them without question in two of our vehicles. And when I couldn't get one vehicle started to take it back for the battery replacement, they came to me. They even dealt with a challenging situation with the plow on the vehicle and got everything working right in short order. They watch out for their customers too ... they let you know if they find a problem and whether it should be dealt with immediately or if it can wait for a better time. They are very easy to work with. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants reliable service.
Love this place. The workers are all very nice. Quick service. Clean. Also not as expensive as all the other places u would go. I definitely recommend taking your cars here.

These guys are great... They do their very best to work with you, and in my case what I mean is I bring them a car with no appointment making a weird noise, and I express the fact that I really really need it ASAP, they in turn work it right in the schedule, got it diagnosed and fixed within a couple days, including ordering the parts and waiting for delivery. They're also super friendly and I have yet to have anyone at that garage try to sell me anything I didn't need.
I can't recommend these guys enough. Highly knowledgeable and easy going. Straight forward with the problems and explain the whole process. He was kind enough to stay late even though he didn't have to. I will be using this shop from now on. Any of the negative reviews were because they want immediate gratification and they couldn't understand parts take time to ship in a pandemic. Don't hesitate, they know cars and how to fix them.
After I attempted to have my RV dash A/C fixed at three different repair shops who could not diagnose problem, it was very a refreshing experience dealing with Floyd and Maggie. I was in town for a short period of time and not only did Floyd diagnose the problem and explained it in detail (electric short and bad fan motor) the day I brought it in but came to my RV site the next day to install the part when it came in. I was also surprised at how fair the price was as it was less than what I had paid the other 3 shops who were unable to fix the A/C. THANK YOU SO MUCH FLOYD AND MAGGIE!!

Absolutely the best place to go for all things mechanical and just everyday service they can do it all! Floyd is the only mechanic I trust with any of my vehicles! If you're not using Apalachin Auto you're missing out and probably being over charged and taken advantage of.
I dont trust anyone but Floyd with my vehicle! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Maggie is very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend this place.
Great place! I have been taking my various vehicles to Floyd for over 10 years and I don't trust anyone else with my car! My car is always ready when they tell it will be, their prices are great compared to other garages. If you’re having problems with your vehicles take it too Floyd at Apalachin Auto. He ALWAYS lets me know what any repairs are before doing them, he's very honest and knowledgeable. I recommend him to everyone!

stay away! this place is a nightmare! Poor quality of work and horrible customer service. Our daugher dropped her car off here for an inspection on the recommendation of a friend. I picked up our daughters car from here tonight after they have had it for over 5 weeks!!!! the car is still not fixed and had to be taken to our regular mechanic. They broke parts, lied, didn't return calls, quoted one price then changed it, claimed to do services that were not requested and do not appear to be done, they grossly over charged us. The wife is a horrible person to work with, she is argumentative and swears at the customer. In speaking to other people and mechanics within the community this is evidentally a known problem with this
