I will tell everyone and their brother to come to this garage. I had gone to Discount Auto in Endicott and they had reported that my car would take 1,200 dollars to fix for two problems. Took it to discount auto and they fixed both problems for half the price.
My car needed new shocks, the only ones Nicks could find were the cheapest and worst ones on the market. They called and let me know how not great the shocks they could find were. They are honest, and dependable. I have had friends and family go to them with issues that other garages couldn't figure out and they were able to fix their cars no problem.
This is the ONLY place I'll take my car. Period.
I was in need of a uncommon battery for my tractor and was treated as if I needed a $1000 auto repair. Ryan was friendly, professional, located & provided the battery, and at a great price to boot!

Honda dealer said $80 per wheel lock lug nuts to replace them. They couldn't get my nephew in for an inspection anyway. For $80 total, Nick replaced all the lug nuts, inspected the car, tightened a loose hose and got him in quickly! Super nice, super honest, super reasonable. Highly recommend Nick's Garage!
I have been to this shop twice in the last 6 months, both times I have received phenomenal service. The costs are good and the employees have been very knowledgable, genuine and kind. Would absolutely recommend this shop.
What can I say.? They were absolutely incredible from the second I came into their garage. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me in a precarious situation. Their integrity was apparent from our first interaction. Please do yourself a favor and use them if you can.
We are on a road trip in a vintage RV. It overheated on the way home. We were *superbly* lucky to see that Nick's Garage was close enough to get to. They were honest, helpful, and integrity driven from the FIRST second they encountered us. They went above and beyond for stranded tourists. If I lived closer I would definitely use them for my everyday mechanics. Truly, truly, can't give them enough kudos. Thank you Nick's Garage! The world needs more people like you!

Best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. The front tire of my car nearly fell off while on a road trip and within one day Nick’s auto had me back in the road. They fixed my tire bolts that broke off, ordered me a new rim and put in new ball bearing. All for a very fair price. They even let me use a loaner car for the night! 10 out of 10!
I wasnt impressed. Had my car towed there and it took a week to get looked at. Then they ordered the wrong tires for my car, and the mechanic isn't the nicest of people.
Work was completed when promised. Staff was great! Quality of work was outstanding! They have a long standing reputation in the area of being honest and reasonable. Now I'm a true believer and a customer for life!
I have been using Nick's for more than 20 years. That long tenure probably gives you a clue to my opinion. They are not the least expensive for things like oil changes however for the things you really need a mechanic they are good value. In 20 years I have never been disappointed by the professionalism of the staff and the quality of their work. I cannot recommend Nick, Earl and the rest of the staff highly enough.
Friendly, reliable, honest service. I can always trust that the work they recommend is necessary and not overpriced. Good, local business that cares about its customers. Been using them for five years and service has always been great. Not super fast for an oil change, but I'll take honest and reliable over speedy any day!
My girlfriend and I were traveling to Bethel, NY for a concert from out of country and our car broke down: brake calipers hanger and broke a couple of bolts snapped. The staff were very helpful, searching for parts from multiple sources and had us back on the road within 3 hours with a fair price considering the damage done.
Earl took the time to show us what needed to be done and why and the other staff frequently updated us to ensure that the work was being done.
Just got a new tire on horse trailer. Replaced the flat while on I 86/ Southern Tier highway. Fast service, very friendly.. Easy to get to. Really Nick's deserves 10 stars.

There isn't a better small garage in the area. Personalized service, competent diagnosis, fair prices and quick work. Nick rocks the ponytail, Earl is the stud behind the counter making you feel welcome. It is THE place to go.
