This place is the best!! They're always quick to load and the workers are great people. They were even giving out free waters and Gatorade today for the truck drivers!

When you get here, go on the scale first, then head to the office on the right. Check-in is quick and easy. After you're loaded, come back to the scale to get weighted and get your paperwork and you're all set!✅️

IT TRASH FACILITY IF YOU HAVE FOOD GRADE TRAILER BE AWARE IT WILL BE STINKY. BROKER SAY ITS CLEAN PLASTIC or plastic shaving BUT IT'S NOT .WVEN AFTER WASHOUT TRAILER STI SMELL BAD LOST TWO LOADS ALREADY
Do yourself a favor and just bring your trash yourself to the dump site in Owego, they are very nice and helpful. The residential pickup is overpriced for terrible service!
Have been trying to call them for over 2 weeks and still no answer the phone just rings and rings .. call Owego office and they answer the phone but can't tell you how much you owe or when you get anything
They keep raising the bill and then I haven't recieved a bill this last month and they keep taking my trash can and they completely collapsed my recycling bin last week not happy with the service and they claim to work with people in times of need but are not I'm finding a new company

you arrive at the office, check the pickup number, you get on the weight and go to door 7, when you are loaded you return to the weight, park outside and collect the papers in the office

Absolutely horrible company! Bad customer service, they back right out of a parking lot onto a busy street without looking at oncoming traffic (have video footage from many occassions) They dump the dumpster between the hours of 0200 and 0300! We are lucky if they do it at 0400 or 0445! We have young children. Once they are woken up, they won't go back to sleep! That affects and has affected them the past 2 yrs in school with being able to stay awake in class. I am working with my lawyer, and the borough along with the business they are picking up for to keep them from picking up so early. They stated they aren't to be there till 0500 the earliest and only 1x a week. This has been daily for the past 2 yrs now! Enough is enough. I also have a ton of video footage from security cameras, all time stamped, and a few on my cell of them, the driver and passenger, on my phone doing things that shouldnt be done. One thing witnessed was one riding the dumpster up and down while attached to the truck, yelling and carrying on loud enough to wake the dead! So no matter if this review gets left up or not, you, the company, again, are being made aware of this...only this time PUBLICALLY so others know you have been made aware.
