This mechanic is a total rip-off. They took my money for pointless repairs and never actually fixed my car. There's absoulutley no honesty or profrssionalism here. I felt blatantly scammed Beware- do not trust these people with your vehicle.
This is one of the worst expernice I have ever had with a mechanic. I vehicle in because it broke down on the highway, Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, I was told I needed a new starter and a new battery. I trusted their professional judgment and paid for both repairs.
After spending my hard earn money, the car still did not run.
The original issue was never fixed, and there was no accountabikity taken. I feel completely taken advantage of during a stressful situation. Rather than taking the time to properly diagnose the engine promblem, they replaced parts that clearly were not the root cause. Thats unacceptable!
On top of that, the customer service was poor. There was little transparcey, no clear explantion, and no real effort to make things right after the vehicle contnued to have the same issue.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This experience left me disappointed and fustrated!
My car broke down on the LIE and I was desperate for an open service station. My luck I found MZM auto repair who repaired my car on the same day. I feel they went out of their way to get this job done and have it done correctly. The shop and its staff were very professional gave me a great price and I hope the best for this new auto repair shop.
amazing service , worked on my jeep for a good while and it came back basically brand new , reasonable pricing and got it done in a reasonable amount of time overall amazing shop and workers
Honestly, this shop has been amazing and very helpful. When I first went there my car battery died and the shop had just opened and the employees were super friendly and jumped my car and helped me out so much. Later that day they replaced my front brakes as well as I brought the car back because I was so happy with the service and they also put in my new battery for me. Since then my car has been to the shop a few times for other issues that have come up and Zain had always found me good deals and has always answered when I called with issues he even came out to riverhead to look at my car once when something was going on with it. The service is fast I always get my car back right away and they make you feel extremely comfortable and they are willing to work with you when it comes to payment or parts. Honestly I keep taking my car back to them because the shop is very reliable and I appreciate all the help they have given me.
Hands down one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had. Great pricing, quality work, and an owner who’s genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. And the mechanic are expert. I took my car to be fixed for turbo. The dealership told me 4000 dollars, Zain helped me and he was very professional and kind. They fixed my car for 1500 instead of 4000 dollars. Very saved a lot of money with best job.
Scammers !!I sold a car to a nice lady and she brought her car here for inspection. They told her she needed a tune up and charged her $870 for plugs, coil packs , oil change and an air filter .. they then told her that cylinder two was dead and that she should return it .. we took car back and found that they only changed one coil and car was in perfect running condition .. she called and they immediately refunded her $300 .. these guys are scam artists !! Pictured is 3 original coil packs and only one new. They claimed they made a
“ mistake” and forgot to put other coils in ! They didn’t have any problem charging $120 per coil !! Also lied that she needed new motor when the car clearly passed inspection and has no problems whatsoever. Pictures is the computer with clear codes ( no dead cylinder )STAY AWAY !! THEY ARE SCUM !
fraud repair, my ABS light was on and it was diagnosed as a right rear sensor was shorted or opened and deed to be replaced. I was charged $815. for the part and repair, but the sensor was never replaced since the key to my wheel locks were home and not in my car and ABS light came back on. I had another repair station check to see if the the speed sensor in either rear wheel was changed and both original sensor still had rust on the sensors and bolts. STAY AWAY FORM THIS FRAUD BUSINESS, and i am still fighting the charge with the credit card company and BBB
They put a fake inspection on my car and i had to pay 550$. I went this week again and put excuses and he ask another 650 to fix the problem..thanks God i record all my calls.calle.. ill report report it .. i dont care the money buy is not right...worst service
Worst place ever. Scammer!!! When to fix a sound coming from under the car. $753 later the sound was still there. They burst my tire and tried to replace it with my spear without informing me. They wanted cash but I also out smart them. Pay with my credit card and I just file a dispute to stop the payment. I also have a police report
Best shop experience I ever had ! Amad the manager was so helpful and experienced in diagnosing my bmw x5 . Before he ordered any parts he'd show me the issue and then ask if i was comfortable before ordering. You can definitely trust this shop. since then I been going here for any issues whatsoever. 5 out of 5 in my experience !!! Can't beat that
Went in for a sensor replacement, came out with broken suspension. Never again. They seem to want to keep you coming back for more repairs and requesting cash only. Go somewhere else. Beware.
I went in because my car had an oil leak charged me $250 & the car came back worse asked me to take it back the next day & still did not fix anything terrible would NOT reccomend.
I had been going here to get regular service on my truck since I got my car in 2016. Recently they have been providing terrible service and are very unprofessional. First, my car had not been starting and they told me it was my starter and I replaced it. The car still did not start, they then told me it was the battery which I then changed, it still did not start. It turned out to be something small that they did not see. This past winter I had gotten my oxygen sensors changed there and I called them to see what they changed. They told me "we don't keep records I don't know you'll have to bring it in". How does ANY sort of business not keep records of their services? Terrible. Would not recommend.
I had just moved in the area , I came here to do an oil change I asked for a receipt and it was a few words they wrote on a piece of paper . I will not be coming back to this shop because not getting a professional receipt I find it to be very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me . I’ve never been to a place where I do an oil change and never received a proper receipt
Worst experience ever in life!!!Was told my vehicle was fixed...paid 2200$ only to drive it around the corner...then bring it back and they stall me for two months... long story short.. wouldn’t give me any paperwork saying what he done or nothing... told me take 900$ and we both take a loss?After two months of waiting to get my vehicle ...Thought they were honest but there CrOOkS...made sure not to give me any reciepts ... enter this place at ya own risk!!?
