Came in at 6 P.M in the evening for a nail that punctured my rear tire. They patched the tire successfully but they performed a “complimentary” battery test and told me the battery is at half capacity. I didn’t appreciate the mechanic looking in places I did not authorize since I had the battery tested a month ago and it’s healthy. They also recommended a brake fluid flush and wheel alignment even though I had an alignment done last summer and my brake fluid is clear yellow. I understand it was the end of the day and they have to hit a sales quota but if the service is truly “complimentary” they need to inform me first.
quick and super helpful. they dont treat you like an idiot who is clueless about cars and actually listen to your concerns. breath of fresh air. I talked to a few different employees and they were all great.
The guys at Firestone in Riverhead are courteous and they treat me with respect. Making sure everything i asked for is taken care of.
They always call when they see something and wait for permission to fix or correct the problem. I can drop my car to them on my way to work and its often ready before I get off. They most recently aligned my tires gave me a complete auto check, oil change and inspection.
Firestone in Riverhead was Fabulous.

I waited for my vehicle and was out within the hour. I definitely recommend them.

As always, Rick and everybody at the shop are great. They take pride in their work. They are fast and best of all they are honest. I definitely trust these guys and that’s why I keep coming back to them I do have to recognize Rick and Anthony. I will always come back to this shop just because of them.

We stopped in around 4:30 in hopes of getting an inspection, and Brian G was at the counter and said about a half hour as all mechanics were working in cars. We couldn't have had a better experience. He was very accomodating and explained everything about the inspection. We will definately be back!
Great service! They took me in first thing in the morning initially to get me a brand new tire at a great price. Also needed my inspection done and they completed it in a quick and professional manner. Front desk man Rick was awesome. Highly recommend.
This is not a review of a service I purchased, but rather a note of appreciation. I had a nail in my tire about four days ago and went to another shop to have it removed. On my way to work today, my tire pressure indicator came on. I wasn’t sure which tire was causing the issue, so I stopped at Firestone in Riverhead to have it checked. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Since I did not know which tire was triggering the alert, he kindly offered to put air in all of them free of charge and suggested that I drive for a day or two to see whether the indicator remained on. Another gentleman helped check the tire pressures and found that the tire that previously had the nail actually had too much pressure—likely due to the work done at the other shop. I am genuinely grateful to the staff at Firestone for taking the time to look at my tires and assist me. I will definitely return for future services and will gladly recommend this location to my friends and colleagues.

Rick and his team are professional, courteous and honest. If you don't need a service they will tell you. But, they're good about alerting you to future items in need of attention. Highly recommend Firestone's Riverhead, NY store for your automotive repair needs, not just tires.
I brought my work vehicle here for 3 new tires. I got a great price, the tires were in stock & the time spent waiting was minimal. There is a nice waiting area with TV & the place was clean. I would def recommend anyone needing tires or other car maintenance to come here first.
Expeditious service always! I need to take my company car to Firestone, I've been to almost every one in Suffolk County, Riverhead is the best. Rick runs a tight ship. He provides multiple updates, and keeps me abreast of progress on my vehicle. Appointments are reccomended but in a jam they have been great!
The staff was efficient, accommodating, and communicated well. The service was excellent, quick, and I didn’t have up wait. I got a same day appointment, caught a sale, and was treated great. I highly recommend you go to this Firestone.
We love these guys. Anthony, Mike, Rick and Brian and all the crew are all wonderful here!! They take care of your car like it was there own and are reasonable and expedient! They have the most comfortable waiting area out of anyone around
Buyer beware. My son brought his car to Firestone and was told he needed struts and other expensive work. They said he also needed an alignment which he paid for. When he brought the car to a reputable neighborhood service center for a second opinion, they said he didn’t need struts but needed ball bearings for much less money. The car drives perfectly now. And BTW, the neighborhood center says the alignment was not properly done. We are not car mechanics but this was our experience. Maybe it’s not the typical experience for others and we just had a bad day there.
Rick was readily available to assist me upon checking in. He listened to my concern(s). I did not feel embarrassed for not knowing my vehicle's mileage and if it has wheel locks or not. He called me immediately as soon as he has other recommendations for services to be done at the time of my visit. I also recommend their lifetime wheel alignment.
Everything was fast and easy! I got an appointment the next day for 4 tires. The Bridgestone tires are amazing and for a fantastic price. The guy at the front desk was extremely personable and he deserves a raise for his customer service!!
