We arrived thurs July 3rd for our Camper Inspection appt for 4:30pm ahead of time and was told you were closed. What's up with that?
Why would you do that. I was told you do that alot. Not Cool. Left messages on both phone #'s not even a call back. Not a good way to run a business. To Clarify your response I did have to reschedule 3 or 4 times as the person that was hauling my camper couldn't make it and I also was very sick for 2 wks and canceled appts the day before if not days before. The appts were always for 4:30 so your office must of forgot to mention that you close at 4:00 on Thurs. AT least I called you way ahead of time. You guys never called me yesterday saying you were about to close which would of been the right thing to do. I guess Im old school I don't leave people hanging.
Been using M and L for many years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They make room for you if you have a tight schedule and have no problem completing special requests.

For years now they’ve fixed my car whether it an oil change to repairs. My car and my family cars. They’re wonderful. They tell you ahead of time what’s wrong with your car and the price is fare.been going for years now. I definitely recommend.
Staff here have always been amazing, honest and trustworthy!!! My family has been bringing their vehicles here for many, many years! They are kind and most importantly honest!! As a female I think we sometimes, can be targeted by shoddy mechanics, I know more than most about cars without being in the field. They have never steered me wrong!! Everything from inspections to engine replacements they have been my family's go-to mechanics! I even came in panicked a little over a year ago a few minutes before closing-after getting some work done on my car (I work at a teaching school where students get hands on experience and had done some work on my car)- because my car was making a horrific grinding sound, they put my car on the lift and realized one of the students put my inner side rear brake on BACKWARDS!! They showed me and allowed me under to take pictures to show as a teaching moment for all, quickly fixed the problem and had my car back on the road in only a few minutes. Thank you for being so wonderful and compassionate! You guys are a pillar to the community!
I did bring my truck there once to have an inspection done and when it didn't pass they refunded the money and recommended another shop where to get it fix. they don't just take you in and your money! they seemed pretty honest shop. I will always go there first.
Yesterday I had an issue with my car. Several lights came on and I had a problem getting it into gear.
I was driving by M&L and pulled in to see if they could check my car. I’m sorry that I don’t know the name of the mechanic who was nice enough to help me. He checked my car and said a few codes showed and he cleared them. He said he didn’t see anything wrong and the codes didn’t come back on. He was so helpful and kind to me. I’m grateful to him! I highly recommend this place. They are very honest!
I purchased a used car for my daughter and reluctantly had the sellers mechanic get it in running shape .. and then couldn't pass inspection! Took a shot in the dark and went to the nearest mechanic's shop to my home, M&L. They diagnosed IMMEDIATELY, took pictures, ran down every single thing that was wrong, and got the car fixed and SAFE to pass inspection at a SUPER reasonable price. Needless to say they are now my go to mechanics.
I happened to break down at the pump my starter went. I decided to give m&l auto services a try since I was outside their door. They changed the starter and had me back up and running in a short period of time. I couldn’t be any happier. I had a great experience here.
I went in here for an oil change for a 2015 Toyota Tundra Synthetic oil and was charged $120 dollars. I called the dealership and there charge for the same oil change was $69 synthetic. They are ripping people off and claiming their oil is better. I will never return.
