I called in the morning to see if I could drop my car off for an oil change, they were able to take me immediately and they got it done in an hour. Service was great and they were very polite and easy to work with.

Would only take my car here for the best wheels alignment and fast state inspections in the island! See Pat in service a stand up guy always on point!

I’ve been going to Firestone for many years and the reason I go is they always treat me with the best service go see Patrick tell him Sal sent you. He will make your experience be absolutely the best. Don’t forget to add the tire protection on it does pay lotta road debris. Good luck stay safe

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. The service was great. It was done in less than 30 minutes. The employees were friendly and accommodating. I overheard the customers before me say “ we love this place”. Definitely recommend this location in Lake Grove. And they are open on a Sundays which is very convenient.

Superior service, as usual. They keep my info on file and are quick with estimates and service. These guys do a fantastic job and get me in and out pretty darn quickly on most days.

After being turned away at a different Firestone location because “they don’t have 2025's in their system,” I called around and found this Lake Grove location. Thankfully, they were able to help me without any issues. I purchased the Lifetime Alignment package here, and they successfully performed an alignment on my 2025 Toyota Sienna and provided a before-and-after printout as I requested. Everything went smoothly overall, and I appreciated that they got the job done when another location refused to even try. That said, I did have two smaller issues. First, when calling around, I noticed that about half of the Firestone locations in my area charge an additional “mandatory” $20 for a steering angle sensor calibration, while others either don’t charge it at all or don’t make it mandatory. Unfortunately, this location was one that does charge it, and it’s definitely something I neither needed nor wanted. The service advisor said it couldn’t be removed, and I respected that, but I wish there was more consistency among Firestone locations. I decided to go through with it anyway since this was the only one that had an open appointment slot for me on that day. The second issue was with the alignment results themselves. While all the values were within spec, a few of the rear camber and toe measurements were right at the edge of the acceptable range. Technically fine, but I would have preferred if the adjustments were a bit closer to the center of the range. Since I purchased the Lifetime package, it’s not a huge deal, but it does mean I’ll probably come back sooner than I otherwise would have for another alignment. Overall, though, this Firestone location earned my appreciation for being willing and able to do the alignment when others couldn’t. Despite the small drawbacks, I’d still rate this a mostly positive experience and would consider returning here in the future.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. The service was done quickly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. I was helped by Patrick D. who was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my dumb questions :) I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my maintenance and tire needs. Highly recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto service!

Pat and the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Lake Grove are friendly, honest, and serviced my car in timely fashion. They kept me informed before performing any services or charging me for fees or services I didn't need or request. They have permanently earned my business as a repeat customer. I had taken my car for scheduled service to the Lexus dealership where I purchased it and they gave me a quote/estimate for over $7000. I took the car to Pat at Firestone and he serviced the vehicle with only what the car actually needed and in the same day for a fraction of the cost (about $2200) Thank you Firestone Lake Grove!

So let me start off by saying this is one of the best on the go services I have experienced on the Island. They know what they're talking about when ot comes to cars and definitely affordable too than other places I went to. Love the vibe these people have and I didn't realise how much stuff they really do here. I trust these people with my car. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in for an inspection and the tech told me I needed new tires and brakes. The manager Pat then explained and showed me the brakes and tires. He explained the tire wear indicater and I saw the tires were even with them. He also showed me the brakes and explained that they were very low and just short of the pad being fully worn in which it would be metal to metal resulting in failed braking. I authorized the work and the car feels great! Pat was able to work with me on pricing and offering all incentives and rebates. I felt very comfortable with no pressure. Thank you for a Job well done!

Pat and his team are the only local mechanics that I trust with my vehicle’s. They are quick to diagnose the problem and get back to you in a timely manor. Most of all they work with you and give honest answers on what needs to be done!

Firestone in Lake Grove is awesome! Everyone there is super friendly and honest, they really take care of you. I never feel pressured to do anything extra, and they always explain what’s going on with my car in a way that makes sense. Service is quick, the place is clean, and they always treat you with respect. It’s nice to finally have a place I trust with my car.

I stopped in for a slow leak on my rear right tire. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He inspected my tire and told me all I needed was a simple patch and not a new tire (like another shop did). While fixing my tire Pat noticed my inspection was overdue and took care of that as well. They truly are a one stop shop and I highly recommend. 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option

I've been going here for a few years now between my wife's car and my truck. Always had a good experience with the staff. They always try to do right by you. Obviously they need to sell their services and they offer everything that they can do, obviously the run the business. I'm typically the individual who just goes in for one thing and gets what needs to get done. I had tires on my truck that wore out quickly. The manager Pat there was very good at helping me with my warranty claim and even giving me some options with regards to types of tire and possible upcoming sales. He was looking for me to get the most reasonable price for a new set of tires. I never look for anything for free but always appreciate the help when it comes my way. And I certainly felt that way this last purchase of new tires. They help me get what I needed and they help me do it in the most cost-effective way possible. Like I said nothing is for free but the level of service and professionalism I think is well worth it. I definitely recommend people come here if you're looking for tires. Don't expect it to be cheap, don't forget they are tires and they are expensive but if you looking for a quality products with some professional staff I would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience all around. Patrick and his team are the best. They did a complete diagnostic of my car and let me know the issues at hand and what needed imminent fixing and what didn’t, providing me with options and creating a trust between us that made me feel comfortable. They provided me with new tires, an oil change and inspection all for a very cheap price relative to other repair shops I had taken my car to for a quote.
