Tina addressed all the issues I was concerned about with the failure of my current battery. During the installation, Tina worked neatly and ran the diagnostics for the other electrical issues I was worried about. She put my mind at ease by showing me the results from these tests. I stopped by regarding a battery issue on my car.
First, he tested the battery, alternator and starter (for free). He gave me options as to what the next steps were for me to decide upon.
Once I decided on a new battery, he gave me pricing options. Once I decided on the battery at the price range I wanted, he installed it for me. He even cleaned the terminals. He never pressured me. He was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I offered a tip, and he would not take it. He said that he was just happy to assist me. AutoZone has a winner on their hands, and I hope they promote him to higher positions. I will certainly tell everyone I know to shop at his store. Thank you Alan Brothers!
Know what I love about Auto Zone? They install basic parts saving you an arm and a leg at the mechanic. Ever had a bulb go out on your car? Ever needed windshield wipers? Don’t waste time and money dropping your car off at the mechanic. Stop in at Auto Zone, the people behind the counter are more than happy to replace these items for you. I stopped in just this past weekend to get new wiper blades, 2 in the front, 1 in the rear. The whole transaction took 10 minutes, from purchase to completion of installation. Thanks Auto Zone!
I recently went to Pep Boys for a simple brake light and they overpriced the light bulb and the service. I was so overwhelmed and went to Auto Zone and that’s where I met Daniel and he walked me through getting the lightbulb and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to swap it out! Saved me $60 and an unnecessary wait time. Thank you so much Daniel, I will definitely be back to this location again!!
When I entered Autoservice, the staff were very friendly. Omair quickly fixed my problem, and I had my oil and battery changed here at a very friendly price.
Came in for a battery change. The terminal was pretty corroded and made it very difficult to change out the battery. The store manager, James, had to work hard to replace and maintain the integrity of the car terminal. I wanted to leave him a tip because of his perseverance and working in the hot sun…he refused the tip. Just said “have a good day.” Great customer service! I even offered to go get him a coffee and water. This is my Autozone for life. James, Thank you!
