Good work but….. very unprofessional, foul language of employees at front counter in waiting room. They never call back to inform you if tires are in. They talk terrible about every call they receive while customers are in the waiting area.
I’m very impressed with the speed and quality of service I received. I called and spoke with Scott about getting an appointment, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They quickly evaluated my vehicle, and I received a call from Dan who explained the issues, and provided an accurate estimate. I approved the work, and they replaced my rear brakes (rotors and pads) as well as the thermostat—all completed the very next day. The estimate was spot on, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Scratched two of the four wheels on my wife's vehicle during a tire install back in May. Made a big show of coming out to take pictures and make promises - but it's been months now (7/25/24) and I have been ghosted. I wouldn't trust these people with a wheelbarrow let alone another vehicle.

Pathetic. Went in this morning to see if they could fix a flat tire. Walked in and walked up to the counter. There were two men in there, one sitting behind a desk in the little office area, and one man behind the counter. I'm standing there waiting for him to acknowledge that I was there. He looked at me twice and turned his back to me. Never asked if he could help me, nor did he turn back around.
Absolutely pathetic. I would love to know how they stay in business treating customers that way.
I went across the street to baxters and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I've used baxters for several jobs and the are the best!!
I'll never recommend or step foot in seaways tires again.
11/2022 My daughter went for an alignment after $1800.00 of work on her car. CODY told her she needed $1400.00 worth of work before they would align her car. I had her car brought back and lifted and checked again by 2 very competent mechanics. Nothing needed to be done. I called and talked to CODY, at Seaway.He was rude, unprofessional and tried to tell me that obviously my mechanic knew nothing. The more I talked to people the more I became aware that this seems to happen often. She is scheduled with another alignment place who will be providing a condition report. If this condition report comes back fine and alignment is done, I believe this to be a fraudulent action. If the owner would like to reach out to me, I would gladly entertain communications. FYI, daughter just had alignment at a reputable place with NO ISSUES. BE VERY AWARE of this Company.
The Manager challenged me to a physical fight because I made a comment about lack of upfront pricing. The guy went out of his way to undo the work he did, just to make life difficult on me and "teach me a lesson" about complaining, even when I told him I'd just pay for it and not to undo the work.
I'd be embarrassed to have this man working for me.
Great service ! I searched everywhere for tires that day ! They saved me they had two left! Got me in that day right away ! Super nice people that work there!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!
ASKED FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT SERVICE 45 MILES AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATION. THE GUY WAS SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP IN 1 HOUR, SHOWED UP HALF HOUR LATE. TURNED OUT WE DID NOT NEED A REPLACEMENT, AND THEY PATCHED THE TIRE. THE BILL WAS A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR A LITTLE PATCH, AND WHEN I TOLD THE PHONE REP ABOUT IT, THIS IS HIS REACTION:
*LAUGHS* AND GOES "WELL, YOU ARE DRIVING A HALF MILLION DOLLAR TRUCK AND $XXX IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU?"
AND EVEN WORSE, THREATENS ME WITH PUTTING "ANOTHER HOLE" IN MY TIRE IF I DON'T PAY HIM.
REGARDLESS, THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE STAR FOR SAYING THAT.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT, THEY MIGHT THREATEN YOU WITH DAMAGING IT EVEN WORSE.
We were camping away from home and needed 2 front tires on our motor home. This place squeezed us in, gave us the best price around and got us done in half an hour. And everyone is pleasant deal with.
