It went here to have a tailight bulb replaced. It was a hot day in July. I had been very sick along with a broken right foot and a severed left one. I hobbled in and bought the bulb for 11.00 and a torch driver for 13.00 and not being able to stand I ask the four guys doing nothing to help. They all refused. I tried and a disabled homeless man tried to help but neither could stand long enough. I left without getting it done. Thanks for nothing guys,I'm 63 and your days are coming. Good luck too youse all. Against store pricey they said. Seems to me they were breaking policy sitting there sleeping on the counters with no customers. Now I know why.
I ordered parts from the store in Massena and was told they would call me when available for pickup. Cannot begin to explain here as to why ordering online through their website was beyond insanely impossible, even with assistance from online customer service personnel!!
My correct contact number was given during the time of the order, payment was made,
and I was reassured they would call. After several attempts to determine the status of my order, well over a month's time had passed by.
I finally talked to "the guy" who appeared to have all the answers and was mentally logical to give me the final answer to where my order had been living this past month.
A word to those who may follow in my path, do not order anything from this company unless you enjoy timing yur needed order by calendar month, not days of the week.

They had that 1 off size socket I needed at 6 pm on a Sunday. Can't say that for the other 4 places I tried before them. Should have stopped here first.
The employees are pleasant, willing to help, and actually know what they carry and which aisle it's in. That shouldn't be such a rarity but it is these days. Store is clean and tidy and well-stocked.
Last year, this place was awesome. I gave it 5 stars before, but I am changing it to 3. The store itself is great, but the worker who helped us this time was full of curse words and was very unprofessional.
As a customer service worker myself, I was not impressed.
I will try to limit my business here unless that guy is no longer there the next time I go in.
They helped me figure out that a diy project on my truck might not be diy for me, and helped me with a couple of parts for a project that was more my speed.
Mediocre visit ... Did get my questions answered and product available ... But I don't understand why people get into a customer service job with obviously no customer skills
Good conscietous and honest employee run. But get some special order rust replacement vehicle body parts prices more competitive like Amazon's and Ebay's.
Make sure they are made and stocked in America.
AutoZone I want to say it's beautiful star all the people that work there any one of them will help you if you have engine problems they will go out with your computer and check everything that makes your car run truck car whatever you got and I've never had no problem on that they sell the best they got parts for didn't get you and if they don't they order it and they'll tell you if they can't and they'll try to help you find it they'll lift up your hood. Check your battery out they have for me they save me a ton of money I advise anybody to go there it's one of the best you can't get better in the best they are good the Advance Auto and AutoZone they're both good stores I've been going on for 17 years now and I never had no bad luck when I'm a ball is replaced whatever went bad they have guaranteeing almost all the stuff they sell so you can't beat that auto store in It's a Wonderful store
Absolutely useless store and website all I wanted was a cool of steel 3/8" line they couldn't help me because I had no make model or year this is ridiculous I've bought them there in the past I went to advance auto and they sold it to me without hassle
Had parts I needed on hand. Very polite and helpful. Were extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and the right part I needed for my car. Definitely my go to place in the future.
As a local the store treated me with respect and the idea I have the knowledge to fix my own vehicle as I have 15 years of experience as a mechanic to date and still pulling 45 hours a week but the staff has no idea of my experience and still got my parts right the first time with a few questions and they were very professional especially Jeremy the commercial parts guy and Tyler another manager
Autozone is one of the best auto parts store in our neighborhood. They are friendly & knowledgeable. And if they don't have what you are looking for they will try to order it for you
Super helpful, friendly staff that went above and beyond to get me certain specialty parts. They didn't complain once when I had to return those parts and get others. I went here for all my parts while living in the area - they are great, and even help you install things like wipers and such. Great guys and gal. :)
