About a month ago I had bought a new tire through there company and I had them exchange the bad tire on my car with the new one after that I haven't had problems with my passengers rear tire leaking air staff was very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner The price for the job was somewhat prices but most things these days are especially if you want the job done right ✅️

Brakes went on my truck while camping…they were super nice and fixed them first thing on a Saturday morning and were so reasonable in price. I was pleased because they could have taken advantage of a female with a 10 year old along with me.

They are people friendly, helpful, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. I leave satisfied.

Stopped in to ask them to plug my now flat tire that had a screw in it, something that would have taken 10 mins tops...they told me no and left me fighting to plug it in the pouring rain on a cold January day....if you have car problems go anywhere else.

We were traveling with 2007 Jeep Liberty in tow when a loud squeaking started in the front end. Finger Lakes Automotive worked us in and repaired the bad ball joint quickly. The price and quality of their work was excellent. Thank you for taking care of our situation.

Scheduled my car to be towed for electrical diagnostic from another garage that could not provide the diagnostics. I called the garage on 11/4 and he had no idea what I was talking about initially but then acknowledged the other garage was closed the day he went to pick it up. He then stated he was booked for a few days. Today is 11/11 and he still has not picked up my vehicle. I am beyond frustrated at this point and will look at other avenues to have my vehicle repaired. I would not recommend this place at all. Owner has made zero effort to reach out even though he has my number. He tried to make it right when I called and said he had another cat (same make model) that he started working on. 3 weeks to get a vehicle fixed is unacceptable! I would have preferred to be told that he couldn't do it so I didn't waste my time.

I already love this place already because they picked my broken down vehicle within 30 minutes and Mike is so nice and professional. I completely trust him with my car and would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. Thank you Mike!!

My car wouldn't start while on a weekend getaway to Watkins Glen, and and needed to get my car serviced before the weekend was over. The guys at Fingelakes Auto were phenomenal with getting my car checked out and the parts taken care of in quick timing. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area. A+

Great work at a fair price.

Great place to take your car. On a road trip hit a deer and cracked our radiator. Mike was very helpful and was able to find us a radiator. Fit us in to fix it that day to get us back on the road. So thankful that we found a shop with such a great crew. Everyone in watkins glen is so nice and helpful. (Also loved the blues brothers statues out front) Thank you again!!!

Had a set of summer tread replaced with a set of studded snows. One of my wheels developed an air leak the next day (switched the sets on a Thursday). Called on Monday to bring the car in on Wednesday. Found out that the wheel stem was bad. Had it replaced, back on the road in 1/2 hours time.

I drove in with a screw in my tire. The man there was very helpful half an hour later it was all fixed down the road I went absolutely great people there thank you.

Had a tire go down on a Saturday morning. Pulled in and they took care of me right away. Was in and out in 30ish minutes. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service.

They treat both me and my car so well! Nothing negetive to say!

I am very happy with Finger Lakes Automotive. They have always answered all my questions and notified me of they find anything that may cost more than anticipated. I just bought a car from them and they where honest and so helpful making the experience easy and streamlined.

They are so magnificent!!! I have been lucky enough to have them as my auto service providers for one year and have had several major and minor repairs . Their attitude, professionalism and knowledge and fair pricing is phanominal . I so enjoy the luxury of trust and courteousness they provide and wish to tell all to utilize them often and be grateful for some of the last hometown service you may see.

My girlfriend and I visited Watkins Glen over weekend and truck broke down. I had nothing scheduled but because out of town, these peeps fit me in....was fixed by 8:45am!!! Love these people! Watkins Glen is the best and these people represent it well! Thanks again, Bill

Good work & fair price.

My husband and I will never buy a car at this place again. Since we have bought a vehicle there all we have had are multiple problems with it and have sunk a ton of money into it. Never again!
