Good customer service is important, and the staff here definitely understands that. The counter staff are smart and friendly and helped me get back on the road with a new coil for my 16 year old Buick. Highly recommended!

So I talked to employee that works for carquest told him I was in a pinch and needed a cailper and said he would deliver a cailper to advance auto this was at 9am in the morning said it would get their before 2pm employe said no problem and i said are sure u can get the bye 2pm because they Close at 3pm well I called 2:40pm nobody answered thanks alote won't be buying anything else from these fools again and on top of it they charged my card .so now am out of vehicle and money
